[APP] [4.0+] Auto- Reboot- Automatically Restart Your Device At Set Time [Root] - Android Apps and Games

Auto-Reboot/Restart/Scheduler
Root Required
I have lots of apps on my device and i am sure you do to.Most of these apps continue to run in the background even if you stop using them.
Eventually the device becomes slower, consumes more battery and needs a reboot/restart!
Why manually reboot your device when you can use "Auto Reboot/Restart" With this "Auto-Reboot" app you can set you device to automatically restart daily at any chosen time lets say 3:00am. This helps your phone to clear out its ram and start the day fresh.
Auto Reboot/Restart does require your device to be Rooted
*Lightweight Application Size
*Set Auto-Reboot/Restart Time and let the App Do The Rest
*Enjoy Much More Responsive Device
NOTE May Not Work On All Devices View The "Compatibility Information" for more details.
Feel Free To Contact me with any Bugs Or Requests of Issues if Any. I'm Always here to help.

Great
Great little application bro.
Any chance of adding the ability to choose which days to perform the restart?

Android Market 3.1.3

Well, Since I havent seen this here yet (Maybe I missed it) I thought I would share it with everyone.
Google has just started rolling out an update to the Android Market 3.1.3. Aside from a few slight aesthetic changes, the two main features include the ability to +1 apps and password protect (PIN lock) your Android purchases.
The addition of the +1 button allows you to, obviously, nab +1 apps in the Market while the PIN number feature allows you to securely set up a PIN number for purchases on the app store.

I have installed it and love it and works great and just thought I would share it with everyone that doesnt yet have it or want to wait for the automatic update (If our heros on custom roms will actually update automatically I don't know).
NOTE: Unless you are updating from v3.0 or higher you may need to uninstall the old market updates in order for this to install.
To do so, go to settings/applications/manage applications. Then tap on "all" scroll down to "Market". Tap on the app and select uninstall updates. Once you have done this then go ahead and install the app below.

Enjoy.
Wow, The more I mess around with this and update apps I really like the changes and it seems to be faster too. +1 for Google!
This version definitely seems much snappier! Thank you for sharing

[APP][2.1+] SwitchDataSwitch 1.0 : 1-click data traffic on/off switch

It's not for wifi, it only enables/disables data traffic.
What's the use of this app ?
Well I couldn't find one that offers this exact feature : other apps either open the network preferences screen (which then requires 1 more click), or don't offer a direct access from the notification bar.
I'm using it everyday to save some battery (at least it was not useless work ).
How to install it ?
Install SwitchDataSwitch via Android Market :
Or through other ways (including .apk download) : http://bitbucket.org/nicobo/switchdataswitch/wiki/Installing
Note : It makes use of the application "DataSwitch", so you'll be offered to install it if you don't have it already (I am not affiliated with DataSwitch however, and I don't even know its developer...).
For developers
This is my first app, and I'll be glad if anyone could give me feedback about it.
It uses some tricks that might not be fully compliant with all devices...
If you're interested into how I could use the notification bar without having an icon displayed, head to : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1286318. This post describes how to code the most interesting part of this application !
Cool. I'll give it a try.
Edit: This works great. It's nice to be able to turn off data with one click. This might help keep me from going over my 5 gigs/month like I did last month.

Thanks for your feedback !
Btw, to help you manage your 'gigs' addiction you should try this nice app : 3G Watchdog (not mine).
Don't hesitate to tell me if you need more features with SwitchDataSwitch !

Hello guys!
The Screen On application was a success and we thought it could be a great idea to expand the abilities of this application. We developed a new application called App Auto Settings, that works exactly as the Screen On application but let's you take control not only of the screen, but of WiFi, Bluetooth, Mobile Data, GPS and volume!
We have tested the app in as many devices as we could and it works fine, but please try it and report any bugs, suggestions or ideas, we cannot test it in all those mobile phones...

Thx for share.
Not seeing option for GPS on SGSII.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
Edit: 20/11/2011
So is this a beta limitation? or a limitation of GB where programs can not call for GPS on without user request like Tasker?
well, that's my bad...
at first, we wanted to take control of the GPS, but unfortunately for security reasons (good in my opinion), Google decided that only the user will be able to enable and disable the GPS, so we removed it from the application.
The screenshot though is old, and I will replace it!
Thank you for noticing it!
OK, I'm confused. No offense, but it is not very intuitive. I just downloaded it, and I cannot tell the difference between Red and Green on the Screen Timeout in the On Charge profile, and either way I set it, the screen timed out! Also, on WiFi and such, what's the difference between Red, Green and the white box? I also don't see my Navigation app.

this app is available on play store, and i dont like it cuz it a little bit lag
I've googled a few different queries and even checked an old thread about this app on this site but can't find an answer, so here goes.
I'm using an unmodified HTC Desire S and sometimes the app will just 'wake' my lockscreen without me doing anything. I can see this being an issue with battery life. One of the old threads did mention this problem but didn't give any insight on how to fix it, they just said "it has been fixed in later versions", and it clearly hasn't.
Thanks for reading.
edit: welp, didn't realise this wasn't in the general forums.

[APP][2.0+] Pegasus - Location Based Profiles

This app allows a user to automatically change his phone profile based on current position. For example,
it can turn the phone to silent mode when entering the workplace.
It is open source (github link below) and I am open for any suggestions.

There is already WhereRing: http://code.google.com/p/wherering/ , though it is licensed under GPLv3. That works with FINE_LOCATION, which is very nice for freetards who don't use Google Network Location or NOGAPPs. Of course the battery takes a bigger hit , but he did a fair bit of optimization.

Well this app doesn't need any Google APIs either, just accessing cell IDs (although I thought of adding Google APIs for a future version).
