Well, Since I havent seen this here yet (Maybe I missed it) I thought I would share it with everyone.
Google has just started rolling out an update to the Android Market 3.1.3. Aside from a few slight aesthetic changes, the two main features include the ability to +1 apps and password protect (PIN lock) your Android purchases.
The addition of the +1 button allows you to, obviously, nab +1 apps in the Market while the PIN number feature allows you to securely set up a PIN number for purchases on the app store.

I have installed it and love it and works great and just thought I would share it with everyone that doesnt yet have it or want to wait for the automatic update (If our heros on custom roms will actually update automatically I don't know).
NOTE: Unless you are updating from v3.0 or higher you may need to uninstall the old market updates in order for this to install.
To do so, go to settings/applications/manage applications. Then tap on "all" scroll down to "Market". Tap on the app and select uninstall updates. Once you have done this then go ahead and install the app below.

Enjoy.
Wow, The more I mess around with this and update apps I really like the changes and it seems to be faster too. +1 for Google!
This version definitely seems much snappier! Thank you for sharing

It’s only been a few hours since Google announced the all new (WP7-ish?) Android Market version 3.0.26. If you didn’t feel like waiting a few weeks for it to hit your device, @Eminembdg from Twitter was nice enough to provide the leaked apps and I’ve gone ahead and uploaded the extracted app for you to install NOW.
That’s right, guys. Just download from your phone’s browser and install like a normal app. It’s currently working great on my HTC Desire HD although I’m not sure if this will work on phone’s equipped with Android 2.1 and lower (per Google) but I don’t think that will stop you from trying, right? Let us know if it works for you! Enjoy!
Oh — and if the new Market ISN’T your cup of tea or starts to act a little wonky, you can always go back to the old Market following these simple steps:
Go into your phone’s Settings
Select “Manage Applications”
Select the “All” tab at the top
Scroll down to Market app and select it
Select “Uninstall Updates”
Now have your old Market back!

This IS beta. Most of it's features are finished, but I am polishing them up to make your experience with them better. It uses a windows companion application (soon for Mac,Linux) to sync with the app and allow a simultaneous unlock with feedback from both devices. HD Video of it soon when I release the companion app.
This app is FREE for ALL XDA Members as long as I can stretch its development. Download in attachments.
Mini-landing page.(Will be updated FIRST before everywhere else.)
Personally, I thought this was a cool idea. I've always wanted a fullscreen app on my PC to interact with my phone in this type of way. I hope you guys like it's development.
I have a couple more things planned for this app. I'm waiting for more people to adopt Windows 8 before I make a Metro app as a companion for this android app.

Thanks. Also, if anyone wants to be a beta tester. Specify for which OS, (windows, android, linux, macosx) and you must have a way for me to be in constant contact with you (skype, gtalk, gmail, msn, sms).
I've created an android app which will forward persistent notifications to the Gear S2. I's a work in progress but I believe I have it stable enough to use. I mostly created this originally to get google maps turn by turn on my watch and haven't tested much past that. If you feel up to it please download the development build and let me know what you think. After installing the app make sure you launch it, tap the three bard in the top right, tap "Notification Settings" and finally set "Gear S2 Persistant Notifications" to on. Once you've done this you should start seeing them appear on your watch. If you want to hide any notifications open the app and uncheck the box, this will cause that notification to no-longer appear on your watch. Bugs will be tracked using GitHub so if you wind any issues please post them there!

Google Maps
anybody use this? i'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a gear S2 and the google maps thing would be huge for when i'm on the motorcycle.
Super useful. But it's force closing a lot on the LG v20 stock Android 7.0
An Example: Deleting a file within FX File Explorer causes your app to force close.
Been able to reproduce the issue every time.
Auto-Reboot/Restart/Scheduler
Root Required
I have lots of apps on my device and i am sure you do to.Most of these apps continue to run in the background even if you stop using them.
Eventually the device becomes slower, consumes more battery and needs a reboot/restart!
Why manually reboot your device when you can use "Auto Reboot/Restart" With this "Auto-Reboot" app you can set you device to automatically restart daily at any chosen time lets say 3:00am. This helps your phone to clear out its ram and start the day fresh.
Auto Reboot/Restart does require your device to be Rooted
*Lightweight Application Size
*Set Auto-Reboot/Restart Time and let the App Do The Rest
*Enjoy Much More Responsive Device
NOTE May Not Work On All Devices View The "Compatibility Information" for more details.
Feel Free To Contact me with any Bugs Or Requests of Issues if Any. I'm Always here to help.

Great
Great little application bro.
Any chance of adding the ability to choose which days to perform the restart?

Hey thats a good idea i'll try implementing this
Hello there, great app, works flawlessly. But sucks to be using an LG phones, new unlocked bootloader's require a power button input to boot anyways since this app requires root, mind sharing the source code?
Hi,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I want to share some website & Android app I made.
Last year I thought about how it would be fun to just speak to my laptop/phone and get animations in return.
When I looked for such a website, I couldn't find it, so I made it myself:
voiceflick.com
I also made it into an Android app:
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.voiceflick.voiceflick
My nephews and nieces love it , I hope other people will also enjoy my website & app.
I made it just for fun, it has no ads, or anything else that will bring me profit.
The website only works on Google chrome, because it uses Chrome's built in speech recognition.
This was the first time I ever made an Android app, so there might be some bugs
If something doesn't work, please let me know, and I will look into fixing it
All feedback is welcome.
I hope you will have fun with it

More info about the app:
To save battery, VoiceFlick only records while you hold the mic-button.
All returned animations are appropriate for all ages.
The animations are rated G: General Audiences – all ages admitted.
VoiceFlick uses Google App for speech recognition.
So if something doesn't work, please check if Google App is installed and working:
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox
The voice records are not send to VoiceFlick, it is processed by Google App, (Google App can be configured to use offline speech recognition).
