Hello,
I have the same problem, my wiko kite does not start anymore it shows me "No Software"
Who could give us the procedure to reinject a stock rom for this phone please!
I contacted the after-sales service but we must first send them the telephone at our expense so that he can give us an estimate and return the phone, always at our expense.
So I think it's more interesting to do it ourselves considering the price of the phone. And since he was still working very well for my little boy I would like to do everything to make it work again.
Thank you so much for your help.

Maybe is too late...
I'm searching me too for a friend and i find this in web...
Wiko Kite is a Broadcom M320 chipset.
https:// support.wikomobile.com/soft/index_gallery.php?op=kjdhhg515d12365s1
On top of web are "Flasher" folder with a Broadcom flasher and then a long list of Wiko mobiles you can find Kite.
Never tested (for the moment). I'm not saying it's secure or whithout any danger and i'm not saying i know how to do it.
Hope that helps.

I find in DuckDuckGo searching "Broadcom Mt Wiko Kite"

you did the same mistake as many others, so the only solution is to send your phone for repair to Gigabyte or some service centre.

Hi LongJohn,
Yes, after checking the image successfully and the screen display FORMAT DSK2, just run about 2 BLUE bar then stopped, and show FAIL.
Please help to check is there any software can refresh the ROM so that i do not need to send it back to Taiwan.

[Q] SGR Dead :(

Hi all,
One fine evening last week, I found my SGR switched off. Initially I thought that the battery must have drained out. But after connecting the charger it showed no activity. Windows didn detect it, rather asked for apx driver. Gave it to samsung service center n they told that the motherboard needs replacements. Now they are saying that it is diificult to get hold of, coz the model has been discontinued and that I should wait for sometime.
Has any one faced this kind of situation before?? I was using stock Indian rom witht aradat's Kernel 1.4

Hi buddy where are you located in India ? What sort of service is this ?
I also have reboots, but they are rare.
I am currently located in bhubaneswar. Gave the phone to samsung service centre
Lil bit of research
I found that apx mode is for nvidia Soc's . This mode is a very low level mode in order to write bootloaders and other stuff. That's ok. But I cant understand how on earth a normal working phone suddenly decides to go into this apx mode ?

Mine reboots once every two to three days. I have a weird feeling it is hardware related, but I can't tell for sure. (I think it reboots on regular physical impact, like placing the phone down on a table but I've been unable to reproduce the problem.) I'm holding off on calling Samsung unless the problem intensifies.

Mail the Samsung CC in India asking your money back explaining the situation.
How in the world can these guys say components are not available for a recently launched phone ?
It must be work of some employee of Samsung that its taking time for them to get you a motherboard replacement. But do mail them, you'll get their email from Samsung India's website.
Please keep us updated on the proceedings on this thread, it will help other owners if they face a similar issue.
Update :
Samsung service centre ppl called me today and told me to submit all the accessories that came in the box, the proof of purchase and everythin including my bank details. They told me that samsung will refund my full ammount. When I talkd to them about a new phone, they let me talk to a senior guy at some head CC. He cooly told me " Sir, I am sorry for the inconvenience but you should know that since the production of this model has stopped, there are no spare motherboards, moreover you are getting the full ammount"
My opinion :- If the production has indeed stopped, then there is no future for this device. sell it if you can
Dude its not like that, it could be a regional availability issue and not country wide.
But its a loss for you man !
YEah sorry about your loss, but....selling a damm good phone for max half of the purchase price doesn't seem sensible CM7 and stock ICS is on the way. I really don't need much more
Wtf Samsung . Wtf .
Herpderp Defy.

Didn't get what u meant. I will get the full amount I paid for the phone. Rs 22000 or 440$. If CM is comming then I could buy it one more time
I was just referring to your last recommendation: "My opinion :- If the production has indeed stopped, then there is no future for this device. sell it if you can"
Oh! Sorry for the misinterpretation
No problem

Dude could you edit it out of your post, so it doesn't give the wrong impression buddy.
Hi all,
Sadly, I faced the exact same problem today. My phone was working fine, then suddenly it shut off and failed to start again. I have also been suffering through reboot issues but few and far between. Its totally unexpected how a phone can just go dead without doing anything. I was aghast at this! I have given it to Samsung Service. Reading this thread even I am not optimistic that they'll be able to repair it. I just hope they dont pester me into accepting an Omnia W or Galaxy S because in no circumstance I am going to accept it. Zerocool, buddy you are lucky to get an entire refund. I cant believe how they can launch such products in the market. I'll have to think twice before buying a Samsung again.
BTW: Zerocool, buddy how much time did they take to process the refund and through what mode i.e. did they offer a voucher or Cash?

[Q] Please help with OS update for Aspera RT3 tablet

I am hoping that is the right place to post this thread.
Two weeks ago I have bought an Aspera RT3 tablet to run Yamaha diagnostic applications. Unfortunately one of them will not run on a Android version 4.2 or less. The version installed on my tablet is 4.1.2 .
I have tried to update it but without any success and the manufacturer apparently doesn't have newer version of ROM for it. All I know is the RT3 runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM8625Q) chipset.
As it is, the tablet is completely useless to me so I would be very grateful if someone could find a solution to my problem. I am happy to pay for the service of course.
Thanks in advance.
Ever get anywhere on this? We have some aspera devices that I would like to root also... Tempting to just grab SuperSU and flash in recovery but not sure what end results would be...

Not a bit. I still have the tablet but can not use it. The manufacturer sys that they "looking for a solution" but it looks more and more like a dead end. I would be very grateful if someone could still help with this.

Wow, you actually had contact from Aspera? Well done. They have been pretty ****ty for me to be honest. We have an ongoing software problem, I have sent them a huge load of logcats etc, they have not done a single thing to help and now just seem to screen my emails to them. Really surprising that a small company can survive without offering decent support. Thought that was how the pipped the big guys, by providing individual customer service to their small user base.
I am trying to get a refund on the devices as I am sicking of the issues we are having and without their help they will continue to occur.

Company isn't making Official ROMs public anymore. Not sure how to proceed.

So I got a tablet for free: Allview 3 Speed Quad HD (specifications)
When I received it someone tried to install another ROM to "update" it, but the wi-fi wasn't working anymore, which probably means it was the wrong ROM for it. I tried finding the stock ROM for it, but ended up only finding an update for the stock ROM, not the ROM itself.
Contacting the Allview company, they told me they're not making public the stock ROMs anymore, the only way to get it is to go to their service and pay them for the reflash. I would do this, but I'm not in the country anymore, not even on the same continent.
So apparently this Allview company tends to clone cheap tablets from China, then make modifications and ROMs for them, so I ended up flashing a ROM for an Onda v975s tablet, which was the only ROM that I was able to flash successfully, but the wi-fi still wasn't enabling. Everything else pretty much works and performance is actually pretty good.
Apparently this tablet has a very rare wi-fi chipset, because Onda uses another chipset on their tablets, so I assume Allview changed it.
So I opened it up and took some pictures, maybe this could help me identify what wi-fi drivers this ROM could need?

Someone was saying that the only way to get this is to find another tablet like this with working wi-fi and extract the wi-fi driver/source code or just copy that entire ROM. Is that the only way? Because that's pretty unlikely since this is a pretty old piece of hardware.
So, does anyone have any idea if this is solvable or should I just give up? I'm a complete newbie, I only know the basic of flashing/rooting, so I apologise if this was a stupid thing to do. But I honestly don't know where else to ask about this. I know it's a long shot with these ****ty cheap tablets.
Please tell me if I should provide anything else.
Cheers

Find X2 pro stuck on Android 10

Hey guys,
I posted on the other threads but it seems like my concern shifts to be another.
First off: Yes I have tried switching regions with the tutorials. No nothing happened. I switched back to EuEx, no dualism because I don't need it.
Yes I tried every possible EU VPN Tunnel and updating OTA.
Nothing helped.
Now I have searched for my current Firmware, and there is no actual discussion about it. It is CPH2025_11_A.52 I am on the security Patch Level December 2020. So it came to my mind that it could actually be the firmware that prevents the updatingprocess. Is this possible?
With every other EU-Colleague of mine getting at least C59 with EuEX I'm starting to think it's just my phone.
Is there something I can do about it or do I have to wait for a flashable Android 11 zip? Which would ultimately leave me with selling the phone since I purchased it in regards to receiving an android 11 smartphone.
Thanks for reading in advance!
No problem with your version ,its just Oppo s way of doing things.I have cph 2025.11.A50 november security patch.
I reached them and they said i should take my unit to service ,i asked them why?its not broken !
Very wierd solution.
My phone works like a charm ,great performance ,good battery life ,so im happy with the software.
P.s bought phone from Switzerland.
@andreiselegean1984 @CaptainRage while it may not be broken on the hardware level there definitely seems to be something wrong with it, so sending it in is not that weird a solution imho. There surely is some sort of repair service in your country that acts as an official Oppo partner for warranty repairs, so why not just contact them and see if they can help by just flashing the newest software onto it and be done with it. The only hassle being that you'll have to do without it for a couples of days but maybe you still have one of your older phones that you can use instead for the time being...
Well Oppo doesn't seem to be cooperating that much:
We are sorry to know that you didn’t receive the ColorOS 11 update on your Find X2 Pro just yet.
In order to clarify this for you, please allow us to offer you a background explanation.
To make sure everything of the new version can run smoothly and reduce the unnecessary risk of the end-user, the ColorOS 11 update is released in batches. This is a protective measure used in global leave for all the new software versions. That’s why a certain amount of devices don’t receive the update on the announced date. But don’t worry! As your satisfaction is our priority, we at OPPO are doing our best to release the update for your phone as soon as possible. Rest assured that you will receive ColorOS 11 soon.
I appreciate your understanding and wish you a wonderful day!

This is just the usual BS the customer service gives you, forget about that. There have to be companies in your country that are official Oppo service partners which do all the repairs that are eligible for warranty. Contact one of them directly and tell them what the problem is and see if they accept it as a warranty repair.
