My phone goes on a white screen after i lock it. Then when i try to lock it again and open it there's nothing. i mean all black i already tried flashing stock rom but it is still the same

My phone got stuck with just blue notification light. When I try pressing different button combinations, the screen just flickers with some blue screen for like half-a-second and nothing happens.
I tried connecting it to laptop through USB cable and my computer is not even recognizing the phone.
Please help.
What was done prior to this happening? i.e. how did it get stuck? I take it the Blue screen is the Android System Update screen.
You should still be able to boot into download mode?

I was using Google maps with navigation and it went black all of a sudden. No, I'm not even able to boot into download mode.
Just getting some quick flicker that only fills up like half screen, so cant even tell what that is.
Is there anything that can be done using Odin or some other tools?
This g920w8 has black screen that happened after some update. I can get screen on when going to download mode and can finish the process but when the phone tries to turn on after updating apps it gets stuck on black screen with blinking blue led. Tried few stock roms but at no avail. Tried rooting it and installed TWRP, cleaned practically the whole system and reinstalled new one but the problem remains. Sometimes the phone gets stuck on starting apps after flash and the cogs are spinning but the phone never gets past that point.

I've come up with a problem that has perplexed me on my Galaxy J700T. I've looked everywhere for solutions, but none have worked.
The phone's screen will go dark after it boots, but will show the lock screen for a split second. The screen will sometimes flicker back to life for a moment, but then go back out. This can happen a few times. Sometimes it will go back to the same screen, but sometimes it will show the lock screen. Sometimes it will show the lock screen on a flicker, but then go back to whatever normal screen or app it was on before, when I hadn't unlocked it. This only happens when it was on that screen previously though It sort of Flashes the lock screen I suppose you could say. The phone's screen seems to be unresponsive when it's black.
I'll start with what I know:
It isn't solely a hardware issue - The screen does turn on when you first turn on the phone. It shows the boot process. You can boot it into Download mode and the screen will stay on. You can also boot it into Recovery mode and there will be no problems with the screen. The phone can boot normally and the phone will show the whole process. The problem is post boot so I find it hard to believe it's solely a hardware issue, otherwise I should have these problems in the other modes too.
The screen isn't always off - I've managed to actually catch my phone displaying messages at the bottom of the screen for a split second. One such being that it has connected to the internet. This will show for a split second, while the rest of the screen is still dark. The screen appears to otherwise be dark with no light, looking as if it is off.
I've looked into this black screen of death issue I've heard about. I'm not sure if this is it. I've never had the issue before with any other android device I've had. It doesn't seem like it when I look at descriptions of the problem.
I have put the phone through Factory Reset, which hasn't worked in stopping the problem. As soon as the welcome screen shows up to set up my phone, it will go black again. I cleared the cache. I Cleared all data and reset it. Rebooted it in different ways. I did root it.
Would anyone here happen to know what's going on or have any possible solutions?
I flashed a custom ROM into my 2din android device and it turned to black screen and nothing appears on it, just a black screen. I tried to go to the recovery mode and I couldn't see anything on the screen , black all the time. I noticed the side buttons of the 2din blinks for a fraction of a second every minute.
Please help me to solve this issue .
My phone started doing some random screen flickering with black screen at the end, if I touch the screen I get a response (it vibrates), and if I unlock and open the screen goes back to normal for a while.
Is the screen gone or the band from the screen to the motherboard?
