GT-I8260 Corrupted my IMEI, help! - Samsung Galaxy Core

So I was just messing around with some ROMs and then suddenly it wouldn't connect to network, so i checked IMEI. And sure enough it's now 0/01. I tried flashing stock firmware with Odin multiple times with no success. I have root and TWRP recovery if that helps, and no backup of EFS.

Maybe someone could send me a backup of their EFS?

[Q] ESF Folder

I just rooted my phone and haven't yet flashed any ROMs. Anyway I was told by someone that you should backup your EFS folder (which contains the IMEI) as it can change your IMEI if you flash a lot and you don't get network anymore. Is this true? And if yes, where do I find these EFS files on my memory card?
Thank you
i just rooted and flashed my phone with ARHD rom, nth happened
just do a nandroid backup and everything will be fine?
EFS partitions are a Samsung thing, don't worry about it.

Accidently deleted my IMEI and I need to restore it

Hi forum,
First of all EFS backup is really REALLY important, do it.
Here is my problem, i wanted to update mahdi rom and wiped cache and data to flash a clean rom. While doing it also formatted system, firmware etc. carelessly.
I have no IMEI right now. I have a backup(not EFS) I did it but it didn't bring my IMEI with it. How can I restore it? or can I restore it? I have been reading topics for hours but I haven't found any solutions yet.
Thanks.
fastboot flash the stock cache.img or restore a Nandroid of the cache.img
Bad format of cache is most common cause of this, not efs on this device

Flash stock
Try to flash the stock rom and see if can solve the problem, however the EFS backup is very important and often you can't restore it without a full nandroid backup..
rootSU was right. It worked which means thunder_bolt96's suggestion also works. Thanks a lot.

rom flashing after octoplus

i had this situation i did not backed up my efs so i lost my imei after flashing rom..now its okay i took it to a local repair shop they fixed it within 1 hour and the imei is changed..now i backed up my efs..can i flash rom safely?
yeah...you can flash a rom since you have backup of your imei
In case you stuck in bootloops or recovery saying drk blalala you need to flash space kernel with odin to get it boot up...but you will not fix drk...you need to do this every time you flash stock

Before rooting my phone ive fully backup it first at custom twrp 3.1.1 before flashing the supersu at option #7. Ive lost my simcard signal then restore the backup ive made earlier but still my sim signal didnt came back. I just want to advised you that if you're going to root your phone after flashing twrp 3.1.1 reboot your phone to see if there is still sim signal because ive suspected that flashing the twrp 3.1.1 is the reason of loosing sim signal and not the rooting process (flashing supersu)

Flashing custom recovery not cause you lost your signal. You might currupted your efs partition.

Recovery flash with OEM ROM from oppo.com should fix corrupted NV issue and network signal loss caused by fastboot recovery flashing
