I have an app that I subscribed while I was in my hometown. However, that app is not able to be used out of Hong Kong. I want to still use the app in the United States because I also have family member who is very ill and need some entertainment. Currently the app is being backed up and I can send u in case u want to try. I am not rich and I do not know how much I should pay but at the same time I am ready to pay an amount. I want to first get a quote for the job after u investigated the possibility. Maybe I can pay partial of the amount if u need the money asap but I will only pay the remaining if the result is working. Please message me your email and we can discuss. I have developed a free PC app that is used for sending bulk SMS messages through Google Voice. A large amount of the people that use it have contacted me and asked for an Android version. My problem is that i don't know a single thing about developing for Android.
So, I am asking the community for help in developing this app. I wouldn't be able to pay mainly because the app will be free. However, if the dev would like, I would negotiate a 50/50ish agreement.
