hey well i have totally blasted every remaining braincell trying to get my head round php apk or whatever the heck you wanna call it!
i need a man! (or woman!) who can help me intergrate my online payment processor into an app for my business mobile phones so invoices can be paid via app by my customers
i need either live support (skype/aim/icq) or someone who can just put all the code where it needs to be for me, id prefer the 2nd option on that one!!

I am not sure where to find a developer for an app. I do not want to start harassing random people. I am looking for someone to develop an Android app that would give people access to docs that I have created and docs that I have the rights too. It would sort of be like a dropbox type app with the option to email, send to dropbox, download to phone etc.
I have looked into writing it myself, but I am in grad school and do not have the time. I am not going to into programming either, so it is not practical for me. I am looking to pay for the app.
I understand that everyone has a "great app" idea. That is why I am willing to pay so there is no loss for the developer. If it is a bust, it is my problem.
I am not sure how it would work, who services app after on market. Do I need to buy a server or do I upload my info somewhere? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Guys, I had a bit of a genius idea for an App. Anyways I have got a quote from someone who can create it for me, what I am wondering is though, how difficult do Google make it to get an app uploaded. Do I need a developer license or upfront payment etc. I don't plan on releasing anymore (not anytime soon), what sort of difficulties/costs are involved? Also how does device compatibility work, do I need to list all compatibly devices or its it just based on O/S version?
