Hi all,
i know that it gives a thread about the Hidden Torch menu, so i thought i test a little bit for some others.
I tested a lot with the shortcut Maker and found a link to a Setting Menu where u can set 5 App Shortcuts direct to the lockscreen like in other FWs befor.
the string is under Settings:
com.android.settings/com.android.settings.lockscreenshortcut.LockScreen SchortcutSettings
In this Menu u can manage 5 Apps which u want on the bottom of the lockscreen. This functionwas given in other FWs before, so i thought someone will use it when he knows that it is given in the FW now
Isnt this already in the firmware.. it is already enenbled on tmo s4

Haha, it's Sony Sketch (I install it using rom toolbox). Great font, used it for years.

Ok this part of the Menu is missing in my FW DBT.
So i think the DBT is the problem that this menu point is missing, in the past it was missing to in other FWs for Galaxy S2 DBT versions.
i have it from day one in every firm i tried

Then is the question "why is this menu missing in the DBT XXUBMF8 SuperSlim?" I think not that it is missing cause an app was removed, cause thats are system Settings which are not handeled over an app.
And i heard that im not the only one where this menu is missing, its a little bit strange...
I have DBT too and mine is also missing, kinda annoying...
maybe because i have 9500 ?

U must get a app like QuickShortCutMaker
In this app u must search under Settings for this point:
com.android.settings
/com.android.settings.lockscreenshortcut.LockScreenSchortcutSettings
thats the menu you need.

This worked! I had these same problems with a number of DBM firmwares, this worked perfectly on first official 4.3 release.
Thank you very much.
@OP
I thought the shortcut options for the lockscreen (in the standard lockscreen settings menu) were varied depending on the type of unlock method you used. If you only unlock by swiping, you had more widget/shortcut options available, but if you had a tighter lockscreen security then you don't have so many options.
I use a pattern unlock and the options disappear for me because of my unlock method.
I'll try your guide and see if I can add shortcuts without changing my lockscreen security type.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT: I tried the shortcut you posted, it does bring up that settings screen regardless of what type of lockscreen you're using, but with my pattern lockscreen it still doesn't show the shortcuts on there. When I set my lockscreen type to swipe, the app shortcuts appear on the lockscreen, and so does the menu option in the standard settings menu to select/change the apps, as per your shortcut to this screen.
I'm using stock rom and used the in phone software update to upgrade to Android Marshmallow, and since then the notification count stopped appearing on installed apps icon like whatsapp, facebook, etc.. Although it's still working on SMS, missed calls, emails, and other pre-installed apps
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall whatsapp but still not working
The notification count used to appear well on these apps icon under Android Lollipop
Anyone having the same? Any suggested solutions?
Do you have icon pack installed?

Hello! I have the same Problem. The Notification Badge did not count since the Update to Android 6
Same here! I guess its nt a bug, they just stopped it for any third-party application.

Next Update with 71 MB - nothing happend. No Notification Badge for WhatsApp
It is a Phone from my Firm. I can Test now a Samsung Galaxy S7 with MultiSIM. With the Galaxy S7 Edge all is working. I think that i switch to Samsung.....
Same problem here ???
I am having exactly the same problem. This is a bug to be fixed as soon as possible...
I am having a similar issue.. badge notifications comes on WhatsApp, FB, Skype, SMS, etc.. but not from my own App... we are still trying to figure-out why... of course we are using 3rd party libs... what do these Apps use to make this work? Any help is much appreciated...

After finally being released for Samsung's Galaxy s6, good lock is great, but the main color theme is not. Does anyone know how to change this color into grey? And also if you know how to remove the brightness scale from the drop down menu that would be great too.
Thank you

Lol I found out how change colors, but how do I remove the brightness slider?
Sent from my SM-G920T using XDA-Developers mobile app
you have to create e new routine or modify the default one
No way so far to remove the brightness slider. There also no way to remove items from the quick toggles. You just can rearrange them. Changing color of the background of the drop down would be nice to. Like an integration into the TW theme. But I think since good lock is still in development these features could take a while.

Does anyone know how to prevent the default routine from disabling bluetooth?
Can anybody provide a link to download this app?

My Xperia z5 premium allowed me to choose what app I will like to edit pic if there are more than one. However since I changed to galaxy s7 edge that option is not there. I tried to change snapspeed to default app but the only 2 option I got are URL and web link.
I have uninstalled few time but still can't change.

I am thinking of buying a LG Q6. I've seen NFC has it, is it possible to use Google Pay on it?

Yes, it is
I also read that it has NFC support, but I can't find anything on settings, nothing pops up when trying to share a photo and an app (I don't remember which one was it) popped up a message that the option I selected wasn't available because the phone has no NFC support
Am I the only one with this problem or do I have to do something else?

hmm, have u checked Settings-> Share & Connect? there are those settings in the latest patch (and previous of course). if noz, then check statusbar shortcuts
I don't even have that option In settings and I don't see any NFC shortcut.
Also when I search on settings nothing comes up
