Debrick.img Needed Hard Bricked sm-g318ML, No Dload mode, No Recovery - General Questions and Answers

I got a real cheap cell phone to have it as a backup cell phone, it already came soft bricked, I was able before to enter into download mode. So, after lots of attempts (even I had already fixed other cell phones with same issue), Odin would say PASS but phone would continue with the same issue, stuck in logo, nothing else, no loop or anything, just stuck in logo. For my last attempt I tried flashing 4 files, including PIT file, and theeere it is, stopped working. So, I actually bought a usb jig and did not work. Any other suggestions? I gave a look into a youtube video titled "FIX DEAD / Unbrick Samsung Galaxy S3 i747M - Easy Method using SD card & debrick image" and it looks pretty solid.
Anyway it doesn't get detected by odin, can't access download mode nor recovery mode. I have tried different ways to fix it and the only way without sending my phone somewhere to service is to boot the phone through sdcard.
Those who have the debrick.img file from a stock sm-g318ml 4.2.1, would you be kind and send it to me so that i can try fix my samsung galaxy neo?
thanks again

Does the device at least vibrate when you hold the power button? If it doesn't then the sdcard method won't work.

[Q] Samsung 5570(Next/Pop) hard bricked

Hello xda people! A friend of mine got a Galaxy Next and after only two days he managed to hard brick it.
After trying to flash CWM with ROM Manager, he tried to reboot but the phone did not even turn on the screen.
I tried to recover it with all the methods i found but it doesn't go to download mode with the VOL.down+HOME+PWR.
the only thing i found is that it goes into a sort of recovery mode pressing VOL.up+HOME+POWER. Odin detects something but it's useless without download mode.
i also read about forcing it into download mode with a homemade Jig, but haven't tried.
Can anybody help me?

Hey! Did you find any solution???
i'm afraid, but no, I haven't find any solutions, other than JTAG, which i can't use because I would have to solder wires on the phone and I haven't got the necessary tools...

Help Just Soft Bricked New Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G SGH-T769

I followed this links w.mobilescommunity.com/android-tips-tutorial/208463-how-root-samsung-galaxy-s-blaze-4g.html instructions to a "T" and when the phone came back on it stops at the welcome screen no matter what. I tried to install ClockworkMod Recovery per these instructions /theunlockr.com/2012/04/17/how-to-root-and-install-clockworkmod-recovery-on-samsung-galaxy-blaze-4g/ and it seemed to work as I get the OMR mode when I try to get the download screen without having it already cable connected to the PC. When I have it connected to the PC I am able to get to the "Download" mode. OI! I never have had a problem rooting before. The stock OS ICS 4.0.4 was on it and I bought it new from T-Mobile and then it did the OTA update a week ago. I have had nothing on it other than stock and a few camera apps. I have already tried to return it to OEM with the OMR recovery but its still the same, always booting to the welcome screen. When I try to get it into a mode, ether the recovery mode or the download mode, it sometimes vibrates several times and then "May" go into one or the other depending if its cable tethered or not. HELP PLEASE, I disabled and this is my only outside contact short of coming into town to use the Internet at a cafe. Thanks, Jeff

----- Did you ever get your Blaze fixed?....
pretty much the same problem i have!!! i currently have the samsung galaxy s blaze and rooted it to the custom rom from konane using the odis program, it said passed and auto rebooted my phone, but when it gets to the home screen where you touch the android to set up your phone like its brand new, when i hit the android bot all that happens is a message force closing a bunch of apps appear. i can get to the download mode to install new roms and i've tried to re root back to the stock rom but now my computer doesnt recognize my phone. i've downloaded and installed the samsung drivers from several different forums including the ones recommended here but still nothing. what im wondering is if theres a way to install the rom or driver from an sd card to the phone or something else that im missing, or is my phone just screwed? any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Samsung s2 plus boot loop/ soft brick

hello! i have soft bricked my samsung s2 plus i had cm 12.1 i wanted to go to stock rom so i wiped my phone thru twrp. Then i downloaded the original rom from sammobile.com for s2 plus i flashed it all worked great but i flashed it as bootloader on odin and now when i turn on my phone it bootloops shows the samsung logo all the time and nothing is happening. i tried to go in the recovery mode that doesnt work but i can go in the download mode (odin). i tried flashing other roms but they say md5 hash value is invalid in odin and nothing works i dont know what to do please help me. i also deleted all of my files from sd card because maybe some files from the old rom were left there. please please help me
press power+power UP+home button . you will see logo and then you will get into recovery mode.
Tell me 1 thing. when you click on pda button in Odin, it need .tar, .md etc format. but the roms are in zip format. how you mount?
Hmm, try double-checking your settings in Odin, you might-ve done something wrong.
Try unplugging all the USB devices from your computer excluding the mouse and/or the keyboard, might fix this.
What else? make sure you flashed the right images for your SIIp, once I've bricked my device completely with that (acquired some grey hair that day).
See if you do those correctly, and if you seem to be installing everything correctly, try using the recovery to flash an image.
Good luck!

Help! My phone won't turn on!

I was trying to flash my S7 using odin and I was having trouble getting it to downgrade; I kept getting a Fused 3 >binary 1 error. I read somewhere saying that they checked "T Flash" on and so I did that. Odin said the pass and my phone turned off. Now it won't turn back on. I've tried holding all combinations of buttons to no avail. When I plug the phone into my pc, my pc makes the noise recognizing it being plugged in. Does anyone have any ideas? or am I SOL? :/

Hi
T Flash for what I found out is for and quote:
T Flash: T Flash option in odin is for Samsung boot recovery via sd card. This option is checked when we are going to make Samsung boot able sd card to fix or unbrick Samsung dead boot devices. In this case we must have Samsung original boot recovery.tar file for the exact model witch we are going to unbrick. We must have same and full working phone in hands. This option is used in new Samsung Qualcomm based models that allow boot from external memories. I will explain how to recover Samsung dead boot phones with sd card but in other post i will try to leave a link in this post. So T Flash option is to make a boot able sd card from full working phone to unbrick other Samsung phone.
You need to follow an specific procedure to use that option , no just select it and see what happens..
If your phone does not turn on and/or can get into download mode your options are very slim.....if you can turn on keep trying to get into download mode if the phone is not in a "normal" state it may take several tries before you get the correct timing.....
If the phone is on but there is no way you can get in download mode you may need a usb JIG
If the phone is not coming on at all.....well if is in warranty take it to Samsung , if not take it to a repair shop there are some specialized boxes out there that maybe can help
last thing you are in the wrong forum check here

maybe there someone can help

GM-6920F Stock Rom & Bootloop Issue

Hi There,
Had an ongoing problem which i've tried and havent been able to solve. My phone died a week ago, to my surprise it seemed to be unable to power on. After trying more simpler methods, i figured my phone was bricked, as it is unable to boot into recovery mode regardless of what input or method i use. I have tried all sorts of broken data tools .ect. before i tried flashing a Stock Rom onto the device, as i have lots of pictures on the phone i seriously don't want to lose.
I tried installing TWRP onto the phone, no luck as it couldnt boot into recovery mode regardless of what i tried. It will just display the Samsung logo still. I've now tried to flash stock firmware onto the device using Odin which gave me a "FAIL!", "complete(write) operation failed". I've tried flashing a recovery.tar file as it's been suggested, as well as things like firewall and Usb cables but nothing seems to work. Literally nothing. Seems that being unable to get the phone into recovery mode at any point is the sole issues of all of these fixes.
Maybe someone with better knowledge can advise. I'm not bothered what happens to the phone, the photos/data on it are far more important but running out of hope to be honest.
