Already working on it.
Can't wait for this, but I will. Liquid is my favorite rom, and it will be great to have a ginger flavor. Thanks for doing this option. Your awesome and you know it.
This is great. I like Liquid a lot. The only thing I want is to be able to customize the homescreen a bit more.
I use Royal Liquid with Launcher Pro Plus. Works perfectly together. I couldn't stand the stock home.
Previous apps to the left and Media to the right. Was driving me nuts. But i loved the lock screen. So the mix of RL and LPP is a god send.
Can't wait for 2.3.3 Good luck Option. Love your work!!!!
sweet I just read that option is working on this.. so many new roms coming out!

I will give this a try this weekend. The lock screen and the app drawer are the great aspects of this rom.
This is a project to mix and port LG Spectrum + LG Nitro HD ROM to our LG O3D.I haven't got myself very far still, just started to play with it yesterday. As you guys can see, there is a lot of work to do and I need help. It is still buggy slow, but Launcher rolls much smoother than our LGHome one. The ROM is mixed with my V0.2 right now, but the idea is to use as much as possible from the other devices framework.
If you want to help, just if you really want to help, send me a PM and I will send you a link about my progress.
This is how it looks like:

TO DO LIST ON POST 2
To do list:
-Make new LGHome2.apk to load the app drawer.
-Make new LGHome2.apk to load widgets.
-I guess there is a USB Host drivers in the system dump.Have to investigate it and make get it to work on O3D
-Keep porting the rest of the system to our O3D
Reserved to me 2.
well...its looks really cool
best of luck on this....i hope you manage to work it out
thanx again for your continuous hard work man
looks promising,
It looks very good actually. Minimal lag there IA what I saw. And I noticed the important essentials are working, phone, wick. Wasn't able to obviously see if you got the GPS or data to work or even Bluetooth but definitely seems very promising my friend. Really good job bro.

When I get at least app drawer to load the app list. It is crazy how the launcher still very smooth even with the 7 screens totally full with widgets. Cant understand why LG havent released an small OTA update just with this new Launcher to us.
We can't understand a lot of LG's doing... Thank god we have a few devs onboard. Maybe LG should try to buy some devs too. Good luck with the launcher.

great work dear ThiaiZ..
i've a suggestion.. give it some animations.. when opening or closing windows or moving from one to another.. opening and closing launcher menu or unlocking animations.. it would be
perfect if it take pace!
ThiaiZ, What news about your disk? And whether there will be in him something new except the house screen. I am the admirer of your disks, but last 2.5 very astable in comparison with yours 2.4 (but there video record not so good) I am sorry for my English, I write from the translator

Soft Keyboard Fix-Not Required in Version 6.0
Addendum 1) I just updated the ROM download that has had the keyboard fix added to it as well as removing that troublesome JB keyboard I put in there. I'll leave the "Fix" there though in case there are some that haven't had a chance to grab it yet.
For Justin Kase you wanted to check out the battery life...
Flashed it last night and started playing with it this morning and WOW! Had the initial FC of touchwiz and it went away. ROM is fast, noticably faster. This will be my rom for the holiday weekend. If you get a chance dont hesitate to give this a go.
Will download in a hour or so^^

Everyone's going to really like this one. I'd recommend firing up kernel tuner and getting both processors running and she'll be as smooth as a baby's butt. You'll notice when you first start, the Touchwiz Launcher will FC a couple of times but then never again. There is also a weather app preinstalled on the home screen you'll need to delete & relaunch. (That's what's messing with Touchwiz I would assume.) The only other thing, and this is MY blasted fault, is the 4.2.2 JB Keyboard I put in. Would have been great but FC's all over the place when applied. Just use root cleaner to get rid of it. May have to reboot after that too. ALL VERY minor issues and quick little fixes.
Other than those....a VERY SOLID DD that's not given me a moments grief since installing it. :good:
Rom look's great i am very happy this has been ported to the doubleshot so more and more users get to use this great ROm i created. Without people to port this and make it usable on more devices it would be limited to who uses it. I just hope more and more developers see the potential in it and begin to port it to every device My new forum is here rom4u.cu.cc Please all users and developers pop over. This new forum was built by the users for the users. This new forum you can post ANYTHING you want. Whether it be paid apps you find on other websites other Rom's you ported we allow ANYTHING. We also are in need of moderators developers themers and more users to join. We use a points system and users can issue other users points for good things they have done once a user gets to 10,000 points they are issued with $10 automatically and your continue to get $10 for every 10,000 points you get. What is the "Soft Keyboard Fix"? Does that delete the 4.2.2 keyboard or replace it? Steps to flash, or just flash ROM, GAPPS, fix one after another then restart, or restart in between each one?

I was a bit foggy wasn't I? The keyboard fix is just to get it rotating properly and actually popping up when it should without going to inputs and turning off the hardware one. That JB keyboard I put in has worked for me before & It's great when it does but seems to have a personality problems with some ROMs....this being one of them. I included Root Cleaner and it will uninstall system apps in one click. Just use that to dump it.
The installation process I kinda take for granted. I ALWAYS flash the ROM and let it settle in. Then I go back for the Gapps & boot back up and do their intro & sign-ups. Then I go back & run any included patches that come with a ROM. Personally, I've never had any issues doing it that way.
Butch....I don't know about those spellings. I've not had a chance to use everything yet.

Yeah man. I finally had a chance to check it out and that thing is bad. Just tap that little symbol out to the right inside where you select it & turn on Predictive Text. There's about 6 other functions & keyboard setups to choose from too.

I don't know bro. Just ran mine thru it's paces & can't reproduce that one. Installed Apex launcher, icon theme pack, switching back and forth between Tablet UI & Touchwiz and can get there in both. One of the Sweetest ROMs I've run in a LONG while.
Maybe a Dalvik flush and a set permissions in recovery?
Idk I mean i uninstalled the jellybean keyboard does that mean anything
Sent from my MyTouch 4G Slide using Tapatalk 2
No that wouldn't do it. I had to myself because it was causing me issues too. I did reboot right afterwards though. Might try clearing dalvik & reflashing your Gapps if worse comes to worse.
That JB Keyboard is a stinker though. That's the last I try that thru a ROM. It's a GREAT keyboard but never seems to work right unless it comes directly from the Playstore. You should grab it from there sometimes & give it a whirl.
Yup yup i reflashed and it works now...dal cache wipe was probably the answer thanks again man

So far it is running very smoothly. I have all my apps installed, have everything all set up the way I like. Only problems I have had have been onscreen keyboards. The Xperia keyboard wouldn't work at all, just FC. Neither the Samsung keyboard nor the AOSP keyboard will do trace (like Swype), they only work touching each key. The AOSP keyboard will show the trace, but just not enter anything in the field unless I touch each key separately. I wish I could get the trace to work on something as I'm so used to Swype, but I have been reluctant to install Swype unless I just have to do so.
I've set Kernel Tuner up with both cores running 1296/192 and Badass governor, NOOP I/O and 2048 SD cache. So far so good, won't know any battery stats for a couple of days, I think.
I checked mine & it's doing the same as yours Fuzi, so I just went ahead & used Root Cleaner & uninstalled Xperia & Xperia Chinese. I thought that might clear up the issue but afraid not. If I were you I'd go ahead & install Swype on top of it and see if it will activate. Of course if you're where you can just talk, tap the microphone & just dictate into it. It's cool as CRAP for texting, notepad, Playstore...all that stuff. I understand how it is to miss a function you've grown to love though.
Hey everyone, loving my new nexus as I'm sure most of you are.
I have however come across some apps that have really bad scrolling. Both of these apps did not have this issue on my note 2.
Amazon & Steam.
It puzzles me why this is because this phone tears through everything else I do.
Wait for them to be updated to be 4.4 compatible...I bet they work better then..

Any tip for a more clean userinterface and better costumization options.... i dont wan't animations, flashing, sounds, blinks and all bells and wissels everywhere and no whay to get rid of it.. i want a nice clean android the don't use 80% of battery and perfomance on useless ****.
I loved cyanogen mod on my samsund devices but i there is no final relese for the hh8 from what i have found.

@parra
You should've bought another device.
There are sounds and animations by default in cyanogenmod too, as on any other smartphone.
Latest cyanogenmod 14.1 (lineageos) doesn't even have support for theming yet.
That's everyone's issue with emui. Use these theme in this thread. Download and change .Zip to .Get then put them in local > theme
Open themes app and apply
Has no effect on location of buttons and layout
The sounds and animations are possible to be disable in every ROM! And they come active by default in every ROM!
So that's a "no-question"
The performance of the device, by default, is very good and you shouldn't have complains on that, specially if you come from an older device.
The battery is also pretty good, normally it lasts me a full day with some heavy use (not a lot of gaming, but there is no phone in the market that lasts long playing games!)
Besides the nice battery, the fast charge is great and very usefull!
But indeed, if you like to try and change ROM's, you bought the wrong device!
wait for emui5, you will love it..

I really think you should've researched your purchase before buying this phone; it sounds like something like the One Plus 3/3T or a Nexus would've suited your tastes more. Or just any device with a really healthy developer community.

Here is what I have to like about EMUI. While it is customized over stock android, it is also optimized very nicely to work with the Kirin processors and not to mention the dual-lens camera. From my experience, it is better than TouchWiz as TouchWiz gets slow as usage increases while EMUI is fantastic so far for me.
The sounds and personalization is in every stock ROM. If you wanted clean android, then you may have to pick Pixel but then again, Google themselves have said they are using a customized version of android in Pixel unlike Nexus. Again, that is a good thing as that helps OEMs (even Google) to optimize for the device.

Three thing I don't like about EMUI 4 is the notification shade, non sensical setting menu and no app drawer.
Luckyly I just got EMUI 5. It has nougat style notification, app drawer option and better setting menu. Last one still bugs me a little as a few setting still hidden under pile of menu.

EMUI 5, saved the day, it a realy nice android phone without the need for unlocking and rooting just to be able to use it. ill stick with the EMUI5 for now and use a samsung s5 and virtual machines in vs to run code. nice to have a phone thats actually a phone for a time and not a android andset thar sometimes can be used for voicecalls like it usualy endsup when tje modding goes overboard.
