Try the safe mode:
1. With the device powered on, press and hold the Power button (located on the right edge) until the Phone options prompt appears then release.
2. Touch and hold Power off until the Reboot to Safe Mode prompt appears then release.
3. Tap RESTART.
-The restart process may take up to 45 seconds to complete.
- Upon restart, Safe mode appears in the lower-left of the unlock/home screen.
4. With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality.

Systemui was a problem for me. I fixed. I just get in the configuration and change the stock theme for another one. Use the blink to get to the configuration ---> theme

Safe mode

Ever heard of it?
Later this day I got my phone out my pocket and it asked for my pin code. I entered it and my phone got to the home screen, the original one ( normally I'm using go launcher ex) with the (white) letters safe mode down at the left corner... I tried to click on apps but my phone got stuck and when it booted back up the letters were gone...
Have you ever seen that before? Where is the safe mode for?
Safe mode happen when you hold menu when boot your phone, " generally it lets you boot your phone without starting 3rd party apps to let you uninstall any apps that runs amok - probably in an fc loop. "
People can use this option when they got probleme before try a wipe data/factory reset

[Q] Imp:Phone wont start up.PLS HELP

Hi,
So i decided to install NOVA launcher and kept it as default launcher.
No when i wanted to go back to google launcher the system was getting crashed and some error like : "systemui" is not working was poping up.
Meanwhile i was getting notifications of whatsapp messenger and i could use it but when i was trying to exit the app , again the problem occured.
Thats when i decided to reboot the phone to my bad luck it is not going further after "FOUR CIRCLES(red, green, yellow and blue) which comes after google logo.
I had previously owned S2 and when i used nova launcher and tried to switch back ( aftr uninstalling nova) it automatically use to use google launcher.
Please help.
Thanks & Regards,
V
If it won't boot you may have to fastboot the factory image can you get into recovery and do you have a custom recovery If so try clearing cache in it

I need you to answer a few questions before anyone can help...
Do you have a custom recovery installed? (Eg. TWRP or CM?)
- If not, are you rooted?
- If you do, have u made a Backup through your custom recovery?
- If you're not rooted, do you have warranty?
- If you don't have warranty, how long have you had you're phone for, because Google provide warranty for a certain amount of time with your phone.
Basically, if you have a custom recovery installed or are not rooted with warranty, don't panic.
In not an advanced user but I know done stuff... And there's always a way!

Will try it one more time.I guess it should hardly take about 30 secs or so.
Oh, and also, see if you can fastboot by pressing the power button and volume down whilst booting up. If you can't, then try pressing power button + volume up + volume down whilst booting up.

I can do that , it is showing me options over there like recovery, poweroff, bootloader recovery, etc.
If factory reset doesn't work then you option is to flash the factory image. Have you unlocked the bootloader?

This is probably why it crashed. Your phone doesn't have a launcher to boot into. That's the reason it is boot looping. As mentioned earlier, you'll have to flash the factory image.

Yea, i feel the same. I forgot it was google launcher and its a nexus phone.
If it would have been some other trebuche launcher(like in samsung) , this problem would'nt have persisted.

That is the stock recovery. You can press both volume buttons at the same time, to show the recovery options.
Flashing the factory image is very easy. You put your phone in fastboot mode, plug it into your computer, and simple run the Flashall.bat (or .sh depending on your OS.)
Touchwiz Home in Samsung devices does not rely on google search. Our Nexus has a launcher that requires google search to run. Otherwise you can install AOSP launcher.

@vzuwOw if you run into this problem again just fastboot flash the system.img, not the flash-all.bat. it would have kept the rest of your settings and you wouldn't have to redo your while phone.

Messed up rooted Galaxy A3, com.android.phone stopped

Okay. This week I rooted my new Samsung Galaxy A3 and started removing some system apps. Until a couple of hours ago I nothing went wrong, but then I found this list on XDA and removed some more. Half an hour later a received a phone call and noticed that the name of the caller didn't appear. I assumed this had something to do with some apps and services I just removed. So I tried to reinstall an app who I blamed for to be the reason for my problem. But after that it went wrong. 'Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped' almost every second. And also a Google Search error appears every now and then. My phone is unusable now.
After some Googling I found that clear the cache could solve the problem. But it didn't. Then I tried to do a factory reset, but still the problem occurs.
I didn't back-up the system because it was a new phone and no personal things were on it.
What can I do about this?

Just flash the matching firmware via ODIN and your phone will be fine again
- Connect phone in "DOWNLOAD" mode (Power off the phone , then press "Vol down + home + power" at the same time)
- Start ODIN
- Select the firmware file as "AP"
- Press start ( Will take about 10 minutes)

Should be the right region for you if you bought it in your country. Different regions may have diffrerent firmware/modem versions. You should only use the version your phone came with to avoid trouble.

You would have to download the OS files onto your computer. Connect your device to your computer via USB and boot your device into download mode. You may also need to install applications to install the OS back onto your device. It's been a while since I've done that.

I had the same experience, and the only think i was able to do was to went to the first assistance center. Cause i was not able to get my OEM unlock code.
Your bootloader's locked, so manual flashing won't work.
If you don't have any exzperience in this regard, I'd suggest a visit to the nearest Service Center
Otherwise, 'dload' is your friend. Find an 'old'(marshmallow maybe) full stock Firmware package for your phone(the correct model). It'll be around 3GB when extracted. Copy the Update.app file and put it in a folder named 'dload' in your SD Card. Insert the SD card in your phone and press&hold Vol+,Vol- and Power button simultaneously until installation begins. If it fails then you've chosen a wrong firmware. If it goes all well, your phone should be up and running.
If it gets fixed, unlock your bootloader first thing, then you can flash the latest Nougat if you want
Dload is the easiest way around.
Unable to dload. When i press vol + - powerbutton. Its just restart and not load to install.
Its keep on restart , i also noticed it does not have bootanimation.only honor screen
