Problem with Chuwi VI8 Windows 10, stuck in windows boot - General Questions and Answers

Hi there!
I have a Tablet Chuwi Vi8 (model CWI519) with Windows 10, I've been using it for a while, and I've reseted it a couple of times too, but in the last try there was some problem at the initial configuration (user acount, wifi, etc), and after the last restart windows don't start... I only get a blue screen with the dots circulating at the center.
I noted that after too much restoring it, it was becoming slower (maybe it was just me)... Now, I want to try to restore it again, but I haven't found a method that let me do that whitout going to the restore options on Windows...
Is there any way to restore, maybe entering the "bios" or booting with an external media? I sure hope there's a way to do this...
Thanks in advance.

HP Ipaq h6315 Will not go into the OS - Freezes on bootup!

Hey guys!
While working on my PPC this weekend, I noticed that the system froze while just trying to open NYDITOT Virtual Display.
I tried doing a soft reset and after doing so the system freezes at the "Welcome to T-Mobile" bootup screen and it does not go into the OS (windows Mobile 2003 "Non-SE")
I tried pushing the soft reset button with the device OFF, without the battery, without the sim card, and nothing seems to work.
I cant even re-load the original ROM as Active Synch doesnt see the device due that I dont get into the OS.
Now luckely for me, T-mobile advised that i only had a 3 month warranty with them, which of course "expired" so i was hoping someone could suggest something that might help me resolve this problem.
Any help will be greatly appriciated.

RapiMgr hanging in Windows 7

I had been using Windows 7 for weeks withno issue (official beta, build 7000), then suddenly about a week ago I started having strange device issue. It started takin forever to go to sleep and when I got home and plugged in my usb hub or any usb devices directly in they would not be acknowledged at all. I think I have found the culprit. In the event viewer I am getting tons of errors from RapiMgr service not responding. Also, I cannot stop the service or terminate the process (WmdHost.exe) no matter how I try. I will restart and turn that service to manual startup now and see if I still get this problem. It doesnt happen all the time, but now that I think about it it may correspond with times where active sync wont connect for some reason (ie everything working fine but no active sync connection -> put it to sleep to go to class (takes forever) -> get home and plug in usb hub and nothing connects).
Anybody else have this issue? Was there a recent update to WMDC?
I'm also using the official Win7 beta, and I had a problem with WMDC when I first installed it. It wouldn't acknowledge that I plugged in my phone. I got really frustrated looking for a solution, and after a lot of cursing, investigating, and more cursing, I finally just uninstalled it and installed it again.
And if you can't uninstall it because you can't stop the process, try booting into safe-mode if you haven't already. If you don't know how to boot into safe-mode, hit F8 while booting Windows to have boot options come up, then select safe-mode. I haven't tried with Windows 7 as I haven't needed to, but in previous versions of Windows, I believe that was the key to press. Hope that solves the problem,
Dave

Thanks for the suggestions. There was no need to boot into safe mode as the process doesn't hang right after a reboot. It seemed to only start after running for a while. After rebooting I just uninstalled WMDC. I will see if the problem happens again but I am 90% sure WMDC is the problem. The question is just why would RapiMgr just start hanging all the time last week and continue to do so after a reformat? Perhaps the ROM that I am now running confuses activesync enough to cause it to freeze the process on my computer? I can't remember when exactly I started using this ROM. Hmmm. If I dont get the problem for a few days I think I will reinstall WMDC and then disable advanced network functionality in USB to PC on the device.
BTW, when I reformatted I decided to go to W7 build 7068. Not really any noticeable changes I dont think, but a nice new login screen background. MS did a very nice job with W7. So polished looking and a joy to use.

HP 614c problem

Hello.
I have this device for more than two years and after changing sim card it wont boot. It was stuck at Windows Mobile boot picture which after waiting went black. After allot of rebooting (including clean reboot) sometimes it started up but was slowed down like snail. I was able to update it from OS-v1.00.03 to OS-v1.01.04 and from FW-v0.81 to FW-v0.88.
After that it boot up more often but is still awfully slow. Now I was trying to find update to wm6.5 hoping this would help but with no success (factory recovery didn't work either).
I am out of ideas what to do to get it running back again. Can someone give me directions what to do (if this is even possible to fix)?
Edit01:
I have been able to upgrade to "23562 Beta 37 by kioeved". After upgrading, first boot stopped at Windows boot screen. After few rebooting system started (slowed down) barely. I am getting feeling that this is hardware problem but I don’t know how to determine that.
PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
I take it to service and they send it to HP. After a month I received new device free of charge. I have upgraded to wm6.5 nad it looks good.

[Q] After testing FRX07.1 i cannot access WinMobile apps on SD-Card

Hi,
today I decided to test Android on my HTC Topaz. I decided to test this one on a copy of my SD-Card, just to be sure that I could revert to the original one in case something goes wrong.
After starting HaRET.exe everything seemed to go as excpected. After calibrating the screen I saw a few times the "XDANDROID" logo flying around. But suddenly after that, the Smartphone booted back to Windows Mobile.
Since then, I am no longer able to start any Windows Mobile app that is located on SD-Card. This is not only true for the copied card but also for the original one!
So it seems, that HaRET.exe has done something to my Windows system.
Can anybody help me?
Ralph
Hi,
further investigation showed me, that probably the windows file system got corrupted after HaRET stopped windows mobile. I had to hard reset the phone
Thanks

Surface 3 (not-pro) sudden shutdown

Hi to all, friends.
You are my last hope.
I have a Surface 3 128, wifi only, with a registered version of win10 pro.
After the last update, it suddenly turns off, with no apparent reason. Indipendently from the context/actions in playing.
I tried to update win, to recover, to use it with battery only. The problem keeps to show.
What can I do? Can anyone help me?
BIOS vers.: 2.17.1246
Win Updates:
Security Update KB4519573, KB4524569, KB4515383, KB4508433
Thanks to all._.
Anyone?
I had this problem with a old HP laptop with an oddball 1.8inch SSD. I ended up finding a firmware update for it, and doing a secure erase. I'm not sure which one helped most (probably both, since a secure erase actually resets the flash memory at a fairly deep level).
there exists a microsoft surface data eraser tool, I'd run it and then use another usb drive with the latest version of windows on it to reinstall. (use media creation tool to make it)
