Bootloader Unlock Failed

I want to root my phone (Moto X Play). For that I need to unlock the bootloader. I have tried everything but I'm not able to unlock it. I installed all the required Motorola drivers and the adb/fastboot drivers. The is recognised in fastboot mode.
But when I try the fastboot oem get_unlock_data, I'm getting the same error again and again and failing.
D:\Documents\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140702\sdk\platform-tools>fastboot oem get_unlock_data
...
(bootloader) Failed to get unlock data, please try again!
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.280s
How to fix this? Please help.

Did you check allow OEM unlocking in developer options?

Yeah dude, I'm not that stupid. OEM unlocking is enabled, usb debugging is enabled, drivers are installed. everything is OK. Still I'm getting same error over and over.

Try turning off USB Debugging in Settings/Developer Options. If you don't have Developer Options, go to About Phone and tap on the build number around 8 times. Then go back to settings and into Developer Options and disable USB Debugging. This could also be some kind of driver issue (if you're using Windows) or a Linux issue (if you're using Linux)

FRP LOCK in Bootloop there is a solution?

brick my Huawei p20 now with frp locked already tried the command "C: \ Users \ ANDRE> fastboot oem frp-unlock Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL"
...
(bootloader) The device will reboot and do factory reset ...
OKAY [4.446s]
finished. total time: 4.452s "
Ps* Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL is code for unlock my frp
The cell phone restarts, it resets the error and when I enter fastboot again the FRP appears again, is there any solution to this?
Hope I can help you. Please try the following steps and let us know if it works for you:
1. In fastboot, use command "fastboot oem relock Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL". It should do a factory reset and bring you back to stock ROM
2. After booting into stock ROM, activate developer options
3. In developer options, activate OEM unlocking option (i.e. enable OEM unlock)
4. Reboot the phone into fastboot mode and use the command "fastboot oem unlock Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL". to unlock the bootloader. The lock statuses should be changed to:
Phone: unlocked
FRP: unlocked
6. Factory reset and reboot and you should be good.

Thank you very much for your attention.
Come on: Code Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL is FRP unlocking. To unlock Bootloader the code is T1JR94CJQLNOWMIA
"C:\Users\ANDRE>fastboot oem relock T1JR94CJQLNOWMIA
...
FAILED (remote: stat not match)
finished. total time: 0.007s"
"C:\Users\ANDRE>fastboot oem unlock T1JR94CJQLNOWMIA
...
(bootloader) Necessary to unlock FRP!
(bootloader) Navigate to Developer options, and enable "OEM unlock"!
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.022s"
Unfortunately the phone this brick, does not start the system only in fastboot and erecovery (which does not work) so I understood I need to unblock the frp to be able to perform the other task to revive my phone but when I run the "fastboot oem frp-unlock Q9QG9UMJ6P1WR5JL" everything that I have already reported in the first topic

I was driving in the car using google maps when all of a sudden my phone started to reboot, and got stuck in a boot loop... I haven't rooted or installed any ROMs on this device at all so I have no idea what triggered it to reboot or even get stuck in boot loop. I have it connected to my computer and have the "FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE" screen pulled up and I can talk to it through ADB, but I have no idea where to go from here, I've been trying to follow many different threads but I cant seem to find a solution that works for me... Anyone please help!
On the "FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE" screen it's displaying "Phone Locked" and "FRP Lock" I haven't found any tutorials on how to bypass the FRP lock for this device (While being stuck in a bootloop).
So far I've used fastboot commands

HMD releases source code for nokia 5.1 plus

As HMD releases the source code of nokia 5.1 plus/x5, now the community can work on the development of nokia mobile.

We still have the waiting game to see if they will let us unlock the bootloader. I don't see why they would release that if they have no plans to allow unlocked bootloaders. If anyone knows of any way we can help to get it done quicker, it would be good to know. Like a petition to unlock bootloader.

In my country ,china, a person who name is HCT_Mascot_洛克人EFI in weibo say he has already unlocked the bootloader and in the taobao which same as ebay you can unlock it by 30rmb. I don't know how they make it why they don't release it.
Yes I heard you can pay $5 to get bootloader unlocked but I haven't seen anyone with the bootloader unlocked yet so don't know if it's true. I don't think we should have to pay anything. They should share how they are doing it so we can all do it for free.

That is only for Nokia 8. I tried when I first got the phone app just crashes.
you can unlock x5 (5.1 plus) bootloader by putting your phone in fastboot/bootloader mode and typing "fastboot flashing unlock" in cmd (you need to connect your phone to a pc with adb and adb drivers)

Show some proof that you have unlocked bootloader ?
Well, I sold my X5 and now I am using a Oneplus 3t
If you are on pie, first enable the developer options, then access the developer options menu, switch the developer options off, then back on, you can slide the OEM unlocking switch to on and confirm it with password/figure. After that switch the ADB on, connect the phone to computer via usb and "sudo adb reboot bootloader" ...
sudo fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability
...
(bootloader) unlock_ability = 16777216
OKAY [ 0.008s]
finished. total time: 0.008s
So it's now in somekind of state it can be unlocked...
However: sudo fastboot flashing unlock_critical
...
(bootloader) Start unlock flow
FAILED (remote:
Unlock operation is not allowed
)

Yeah same thing for me, but
Code:
(bootloader) unlock_ability = 16777216
clearly said that the bootloader is unlockable
in Google devices a
Code:

should come with:
Code:
(bootloader) Start unlock flow
OKAY [ 38.004s]
finished. total time: 38.004s
$ fastboot reboot

Use only this command:
Fastboot flashing unlock
I too want to unlock, root and customize the X95... And failed at the very first steps.
I hope some of the forum gurus watches this phone/thread
Here's the steps I took and the errors I got, any help would be appreciated!
1. enable "OEM unlocking" in development options
2. adb reboot fastboot
3. a) fastboot flashing unlock FAILED (remote: 'Unrecognized command flashing unlock')
3. b) fastboot oem unlock FAILED (remote: 'Command not supported in default implementation')
Also, this phone seems not to be recognized in bootloader mode (displays only "=> fastboot", but fastboot doesn't recognize any device).
When booting to recovery, entering fastboot from there (same as after "adb reboot fastboot"), I can get to the point of failure above.
I'm really uncomfortable with the current setup, any help would be appreciated!

I haven't tried since the failure reported above, meanwhile I got a redmi note 9s for 119€, so I'm using this one on a custom setup now.
Still using the x95 as an AP, I'm interested on any progress made on the topic..

You need to turn on OEM unlock. You can do this using developer option.
Start mobile in fastboot mode.

The OEM unlock is "On", and the error keeps coming up. And the mobile is also in fastboot mode.
