Try turning off USB Debugging in Settings/Developer Options. If you don't have Developer Options, go to About Phone and tap on the build number around 8 times. Then go back to settings and into Developer Options and disable USB Debugging. This could also be some kind of driver issue (if you're using Windows) or a Linux issue (if you're using Linux)

I fix It. The solution is easy but in anyway you need wipe your device
The steps are below
1 switch your phone in bootloader mode
2 with fastboot enable OEM lock , after lock the phone will be wipe
3 wait boot and configuration
4 enable develop mode e now you can disable OEM protection (FRP)
5 now switch your phone in bootloader mode and with fastboot unlock OEM
6 after wipe your phone will be with bootloader unlock and Frp unlock
Good luck

Mi4c bootloader Unlock failed!!!

My MIUI version is 7.5.2 (Chinese Stable) . I want to unlock the bootloader and flash custom rom like sMIUI. Tried the official way to unlock and i got the sms with the verification key but failed while unlocking at 50% which is very frustrating. Would be grateful if anyone please help me in details cause i have less idea about flashing any mobile phone.
Someone has created a thread about the process (link below) but it says it won't work with the higher MIUI versions.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-4c/general/guide-unlocking-mi4c-bl-verification-t3336779
Please help me...
I unlocked 7.5.2 (not china version).
You can try the last 3 steps in the guide you linked. :
Reboot into fastboot mode (Power + Vol Down)
Command: fastboot oem unlock -> at this point you should have an unlocked bootloader
Now optionally install TWRP and subsequently CM 12.1 and enjoy (see respective linkes in the requirements for a howto) - TWRP: fastboot flash recovery <twrp>.img
Click to collapse
and then check if unlock was successful :
fastboot oem device-info
When did you receive the SMS notification? It may take a couple more days for you to be able to actually unlock. Not your fault, blame Xiaomi.

Can you please tell me in details how i install sMiui or other stock roms? Cause i don't have any idea u talking about. I have very less knowledge about the thing.
I used the same method like mesziman mentioned, worked great for me.
But you should try the developer version ! Some guys had same problem with stable...
Edit: Links i can´t give you (maybe someone else complete) but first of all you should get all and the latest driver. I think for that you could install the xiaomi suite from en.miui or miflash, don´t remember well.
Then you have to unlock bootloader like written before by mesziman. I used for that a adb program on my pc, don´t remember the exact name.
Go into fastboot, connect phone with pc. -> commands. Then you unlocked bootloader.
Now you can flash the recovery with for example odin (pc program) and thats it.
(install rom)
But look for a step by step guide. There is written exactly what to do.

BLL-L21: unable to " activate OEM unlok"

Hi,
I need some help please . After upgrading my GR5 2017 to BLL-L21C185B342 (nougat emui.5) I found that the option "activate OEM unlock" from developer's options is erased (written but not accessible). So I can't do anything later without unlocking the bootloader..
Please can you give me some ideas

there's no rollback files for bll-l21 yet
Hi guys!
Any news about BLL-L21 rollback files? @edwardola . @SmartDrevil
Probably when it is hidden it means that the bootloader is already unlocked ,when starting the phone do you have message saying that this phone is not trusted or something like that

SO ITS ALREADY UNLOCKED ,why are you needing activate OEM unlock since its activated by default in case you have unlocked your bootloader
The problem is that I can't flash recovery (twrp 3.1.0) on the fastboot method whithaout enabling OEM and usb debogage options. When I try, this message appears: "failed: remote command not allowed"

You are on nougat or marshmallow?
If marshmallow, then just re flash firmware to relock bootloader.
If nougat then you need paid method, dc-unlocker to relock bootloader

I am on Nougat and I have not a dc-unlocker count . So I should wait for the final Nougat version to be able to re-lock my bootloader?

Honor 8 FRD-L09 Can't flash TWRP FAILED (remote not allowed)

Hi, I'm trying to root my Honor 8 device and install TWRP. However when I try to flash the TWRP file in ADB, I get this error message:
FAILED(remote not allowed). I have tried different versions of TWRP, the latest one and the one thats for Honor 8 on their site. I have unlocked bootloader. I don't understand what's happening. Can someone please explain this?
It's my first time rooting a device manually, so i dont know much. If you are able to, please refer to things in an easy manner.
Thanks in advance.

And Also This TWRP:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/development/twrp-t3566563/page1

On TWRP Website, The TWRP There Only Works For The Honor In Android 6.
Also When Flashing a recovery Do "fastboot flash recovery [Filename]"

Yes i have unlocked the bootloader. I'm pretty sure i've already tried that version of TWRP, but i will try again tomorrow.
I always flash recovery using "fastboot flash recovery (file name)" so that's not the problem.

I had same problem. I successfully unlocked bootloader but after that I accidentally restored default settings in developer settings and oem unlock was ticked off and greyd out. Then I noticed the same FRP lock.
I had to relock and unlock the bootloader. Only after that I was able to flash twrp on my phone.
To relock you type "fastboot oem relock (unlock code)"
After that you can turn on "oem unlock" and "usb debugging"
And yes, It will wipe your data when relocking and again after unlocking so it takes some time. Hope this helps :fingers-crossed:

Dc unlocker Progam for pc

Did I just bricked my pixel?

I was playing with bootloader/flashing kernels etc. than I decided to lock bootloader, I entered the command in CMD, relocked the bootloader and instead of booting, I pressed "recovery mode" accidentally. Phone hasn't entered recovery, and Now the phone is not starting at all, just 0.1 seconds long flashing of google white screen and that's all. Can't enter recovery mode from fastboot menu, and cant boot either. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

You need to go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> set OEM unlocking as enabled. Also, make sure you're using the latest platform-tools package.
