hello guys,
i have 2 Problems with my galaxy R.
My mobilephone doesn't load the battery when i plug in the charger. If i shut down the phone and connect the charger, the phone goes on and the empty battery symbol is drawn an the screen and the refresh logo of the battery is shown. But after 1-2 second's the screen is black and the phone turn off, this repeats the whole time.
When i turn on the phone, it starts without problems, when i plug in the charger it does nothing. I tryed to plug in the charger during the night, and the pho73ne loadet from 59% to 73%.
I have the Galaxy R with 3 Branding (Firmware, which was installed, when i get my galaxy R), but i have rooted the phone and have clockworkMod 4.xxx.
Now, i wanted to flash the firmware again (for warranty, to delete root and clockworkmod), but i cannot connect my phone to the pc. When i plug in the usc cable, my notebook don't recognize my phone and the phone does nothing.
My question now is, how can i remove root and clockworkmod, so that i can give the phone to the shop for warranty?
I hope you have ideas for me, and sorry for my bad english, i'm from Austria

try connecting ur phone in apx mode and check that is it a hardware issur or software, to connect in apx mode reinstall ur battery and press VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER keys and plug in usb cable while these keys are pressed, ur pc should detect a hardware named APX

(1) To unroot flash unroot.zip via CWM
(2) To remove CWM recovery, flash stock_recovery.zip via CWM

I tried this, but the phone only shows "Warning. A Custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications. If you want............. Volume up: Continue, Volume down: Cancel (restart phone)
The PC's doesn't do anything while connected via usb cable with the phone
(1) To unroot flash unroot.zip via CWM
(2) To remove CWM recovery, flash stock_recovery.zip via CWM

Hey buddy! This is what exactly happened with me! This is a physical damage. So there's nothing you can do by flashing other ROMs or stock ROMs or so....

I've explained everything about my case and how I was able to revert back to my country's stock ROM, unroot the phone and revert back to stock recovery.
Then I gave my phone for repair to SSC and they told me that it's a physical damage. They changed the whole charging port of my phone. Took 3-4 days though. Depends on availability of that part.
And since my phone was in warranty and SSC guys are dumb, I got it done for FREE!!

First of all check if you have the latest Samsung Kies software installed as it also installs the latest Samsung USB drivers along with it which are required to connect your device to the PC. I flashed a wrong recovery img from Mobileuncle tools,from then the phone is not booting,it is not getting detected in Sony pc companion and wmshua flash tools.
Only red led glows for some time,,when connected to pc.

I am not a power user. However, It happened to me once. I did the following
1- Open the wmshua flash tools, select the ROM file.
2- Connect a usb.
3- Keep rebooting by holding volume down and Power.
I did not know how it worked for me but it did.

When it happened to me once. I did the
following,
1- Open the wmshua flash tools,
** I knew that wmshua should detect
phone first, but forget it. **
2- select the ROM file.
3- Connect a usb.
4- Keep rebooting (this is important)
by holding volume down and Power.
keep doing this. In my case i took me
some time. At that moment i have
nothing to lose, so i keep doing this.
And by the way, did you check

you need to go to Sony Service Center .
they will charge you around 5k for The New F***G motherboard .

No, don't mess with the system if there isn't much support or development for it. I regret buying the C3 now because of the horrible camera quality and the fact that the lack of activity is clear. But, it's still a fast phone with good battery management so rooting won't help much.

For me, I've encountered almost the same thing too when flashing my XperiaZ, here's how I fixed it:
Pre-1. To make sure your phone has enough battery left, when holding down the "VolUp" button, connect your phone to a charger. This charges your phone in fastboot mode. It will be slow.
1. In flashtool, open up flashmode, let it load the files (since its a system only flash, you don't need to tick anything) until it prompts you to connect your phone. If the phone is in a boot loop, hold down "Power + VolUp +VolDown" at the same time until it vibrates the hell out of it.
2. When the phone is switched off, hold down the "VolDown" button then quickly connect your phone to your computer. A green light should flash and the phone starts flashing.
3. If this doesn't work, tick the "Wipe Userdata" column so that it can wipe throughly.

I used the LG Flash tool 2014 to CSE flash a kdz file, everything went alright until it finish loading at the Download mode. The phone turned off, computer can't detect my phone drive anymore. The phone is completely dead, can't charge and basically have no sign at all!!!!! When I now plug into the computer, it appears as OHSUSB_BULK on device manager. Please Please Please! Could any experts could help me out of this? Huge thank you!

Can you try to startup to download mode manually? If possible, then you still be able to flash the kdz again.

When you press or hold the power button, do you see any screen popup with error?
The error you have seen, can you capture the screenshot and share to us?
I did encountered very bad problem on my GPRO2 before (When power up, it just showed few lines). I thought it was bricked, after few tries... I managed to fix it. I just trying to help here.

Basically, I could not boot up my phone at all, tried to boot in download mode but still fail to do so. All I can see is when I plug in USB to the computer, it appears as QHSUSB_BULK on device manager. Please Help!

Hey man, any solution? Just got this problem too. Installed Xposed on my F350K running on 4.4.2. Computer only detected my phone as QHSUSB_BULK with a bunch of storage device. holy cow, just got this phone for 2 days

Hello, i have an Alcatel Idol 3 5,5 (6045) and i decided to root it, so installed all that i needed (drivers, adb ..). But the problem is that i need to unlock the OEM thing, so i need to flash my smartphone to its original stock ROM, so i downloaded the Panasonic Eluga Switch one (which is a rebranded idol 3) and launched it, but the problem it seem that my device CAN'T load in download mode, i tried anything :
Uninstalling/Reinstalling all drivers
Executing the software as administrator
Executing the software with Windows XP compatibility mode
The volume + and - and USB method
The ADB method, it worked for anything else (rebooting in fastboot and recovery mode) but it won't work for the download one, it just reboot normally, i don't know why all is exactly correct, i tested with MTP and PTP usb modes, and in two differents windows, and nothing worked at all.
Please, is someone have the solution to boot my stupid idol 3 on download mode i would be grateful to him. Cordially.

You don't Know how to go to Download Mode...
Just Turn off the device ..Press Volume UP AND DOWN AND POWER BUTTON AND THEN JUST CONNECT with usb and you will get RED SCREEN just press VOLUME UP until You will get Black Screen

Hi, i forgot it but its not actually my smartphone, but my friend one. And i use teamviewer to help with stuff, we did the USB method many time and he told me that it didn't work, no matter what he does

Yes i know, but we need first to get in the download mode, ur indications helping us but the problem is that i'm not sure about one step :
Does he need to maintain VOLUME UP, DOWN and POWER at the same time while plugging the USB cable ? Or just maintain them, wait for the idol 3 to start and after plugging the USB cable before it load the system ? Thanks in advance. (excuse me for my poor english)

The screen remains black in download mode, aftsr you get the red screen(volume up/down and power) then volume up screen will go black and remain black, that is normal behavior...

If you connect to pc how will it be?try charge it first.then connect to pc.if detect, flash stock rom.if cant,try find spare battery just in case.
FOne is not showing any charge sign or anything... just QD LOADER 9008 in Device Manager

Try connect to kies.does it detect or not? if you able to flash. try flash it to 5.0.1
What was the battery level (approx.)when the phone died?
You might want to try cleaning the battery and internal phone contacts with some Isopropyl Alcohol and a Qtip.

Tried Everything... NEW BATTERY... But fone is not showing Charge on Adaptive not even on USB on LAPTOP... Just Qualcom Loader 9008 in Device Manager...

No Sir still no solution of this problem
I helped a good man, he sent an image of the device. I recorded this image of the sdcard and the device will start with "Download" mode. Next, it is necessary to firmware flashing.
915F - sorry - region "SER". But the main thing - is to run the device, further will flashing firmware what you need.
Site do not give insert a link to a file. Write me in the mail - "[email protected]" I'll send a link to file/
Write the file need with program "win32 disk imager". If this method does not help is probably a problem with the hardware.
Good luck.
As per the screen shot posted it seems your pc picked up the correct driver. Now all you need to install is Odin. Then go to samobile.com and search your phone under Firmware. Make sure you got the exact model (pull out the battery and look for exact model #). Once downloaded go to Odin and check AP and select the file you downloaded. Then put your phone on Download Mode by pressing Vol Up + PWR at same time. Follow the instructions on your phone screen.
Once you connect your phone to pc it will show up as Port 3 or 4 or wherever the driver is connected to.
** As long as on Odin your phone gets picked up you will be able to push the firmware. Once you can do that you pretty much fixed it. If it's wtong fw then you will get a notice right away, if it's correct then you see the progress bar changing.
BL is corrupted, need to repair it,
Since this is a Qualcomm based device, you can flash only BL files to an SD Card then boot your device from that card until you get into Download mode,
then reflash the device with Odin,
Follow this guide:
1. Download debrick (BL) file from HERE,
2. Download Win32DiskImager from HERE,
3. Get an 32GB SD Card and connect it to PC,
4. Setup Win32 and Run it then do as the following picture,
5. Just let it finish, Then disconnect the SD Card,
6. Make sure the device's battery is well charged,
7. Put the SD Card into the phone,
8. Now you need to boot device into Download mode either by using USB JIG or by holding (Vol-, Home and Power),
9. Once device boot into Download, Pull out the SD,
10. Now just flash the phone with Latest FW (either Factory or One-Package will do the job),
11. There is no 11, we're done ..
##NOTE: Solution is TESTED and it works.
@mirosaw2 Will this also work with the SM-N915FY? Will this keep my data (contacts, SMS, photos etc) on the internal storage? I have my SM-N915FY in a state where it wouldn't recognize any commands, but it makes a connect / disconnect sound on my Windows computer when I just connect it via USB...
