Thanks David, I'm gonna try your ROM asap!
(PS. poi se hai bisogno di feedback e test più specifici fammi un fischio! grazie che ti sei interessato al compact)
Awesome, looking forward to flashing this ROM. Could you post a few pictures of the ROM? Do I need to root my device? I guess not, just asking to make sure everything works as it should. Wiping userdata doesn't wipe my SD card, right?

1. no you don't need root
2. everything seems to work fine and very smooth, except my SD card is not detected. (need to confirm about the sd card issue)
3. flashing userdata doesn't wipe your SD card, but it wipe your internal storage.
Thx for the work on this!
The SD card is concerning. once that is confirmed I can safely take the plunge and provide feedback.
Question, does the fingerprint sensor work?

Hi David!
I hope i'm not disturbing in this forum, but i saw your tweeter site, where you wrote " KUGO meets LinageOS ", and posted a screenshot about it. Can you give us a link, where we could download it, and try it? Or maybe you will make another forum thread to it? If I wrote the wrong place ( because of it's a separate part of the AOSP ) eliminate my typing, or move to another thread. Thanks for your reply, and your work for our kugo
Big thanks for bringing AOSP to Kugo! So glad to get away from Sony branded ROMs.
Been using for last few hours and everything seems to be working perfectly including SD card, Bluetooth and compass/gyro. Only exception is camera as mentioned in OP which only sometimes works.
My sim card doesn´t get a network connection plus my sd card won´t be recognized. Except for that and a few error messages, everything else works.
Strange that everything works for you andjs.

This is an AOSP-based build with extra contributions from many people which you can use without any type of Google applications. I found a link from some other project that can be used to restore the Google parts, which can be found below or elsewhere in the thread. I've still included the various hardware-specific code, which seems to be slowly being open-sourced anyway.

PROJECT ABANDONED
There is NO SOLUTION to Sony's tampering. I am currently working on CM12.1 for the C3.
Good day to all you C3 owners.
Today, I bring you something GREAT:
Stock 19.3.A.0.472, Rooted, De-Bloated, and Deodexed
This ROM should (Theoretically) be able to run Xposed Framework by rovo89, due to having been deodexed. It has also been De-Bloated (See below for a list of what's been removed), and comes pre-rooted, with a custom boot animation.
Images:
Unfortunately, I HARD-BRICKED my C3 while developing CyanogenMod for it, so I can't provide screenshots at the moment. I will upload them as soon as my phone comes back from the repair shop.
Features:
Deodexed - Should work with Xposed
De-Bloated - No more unnecessary apps taking up precious Space and RAM
Rooted - With SuperSU keeping your C3 in top form
How to install:
Make sure that your BootLoader is UNLOCKED and that you have Sony firmware 19.3.A.0.472 installed BEFORE attempting to install this software.
Pre-requisites:
Unlocked BootLoader (Use the Z3c unlock option over at Sony Developer World)
Firmware 19.3.A.0.472
[NUT]'s XZDR for Xperia T2 Ultra (Compatible with C3 as well)
Installation:
Copy the downloaded ZIP file to your phone (Preferably SD card)
Reboot into recovery (Preferably [NUT]'s XZDR TWRP)
[OPTIONAL] Wipe data (Factory Reset) for a *FULL* De-Bloat
Install the ZIP file that you previously downloaded onto your phone
[IMPORTANT] Read the disclaimer. The setup will pause for a minute to allow you to do this.
Wait for the new ROM to install. You will get a message when it's done.
[IMPORTANT] Wipe Cache & Dalvik
Reboot into your new system
[IMPORTANT] Enjoy!

F.A.Q.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Will this increase my Internal Storage?
No. It uses the /system partition, which is separate from the /data partition, where your Internal Storage actually is.
Will this make my phone faster?
Theoretically, yes, because it has less bloatware included with the ROM. However, speed depends on a lot of factors, such as how many apps you have, whether they stay open in the background, and how much RAM the apps that do stay open use. As a general rule, the more "free" RAM you have, the faster your phone will be. ("Free" is in quotes because it isn't actually empty, it just contains cached data. For example: If you open WhatsApp, close it, and then open it again, it will open faster the second time because the app is already cached in RAM and does not have to be loaded from storage again.)
Does this ROM support Xposed?
Yes (Or at least, it should. I haven't personally tested this yet...). The reason Xposed didn't work on our device is because Software Version 19.3.A.0.472 was shipped with a corrupted Services.odex file. Because I have deodexed this ROM, there is no longer a Services.odex file to actually BE corrupted, so Xposed should work. Should...
Is this ROM better than Sony's Stock 5.0.2, even though it's based on the Stock ROM?
In my opinion, yes. But I am biased because I "made" the ROM (Not really "made" so much as "customized to my preferences", but made sounds better...), and love to customize devices. Xposed allows for customization, while anyone will like something that they've made (or at least done something to). I think this ROM is better because it allows you to make your device YOURS, and not "just another phone" (*cough* *cough* "Apple" *cough* *cough*). But you'll have to make up your own opinion this time...
Does this ROM fix the rear camera?
No. It is based on the Stock Sony 19.3.A.0.472 Lollipop, so it will have the same bugs as the Stock ROM.
How do I report a bug?
Use the "Bug report" tab. Just fill in the fields, and I'll get an email about it. Just be as descriptive as possible, please.
If you have any further questions, please ask in the thread.

It has something to do with the way the camera processes images, it became a bit too aggressive in noise filtering.

Wasn't angry, just affirming your suspicions on it. Now if someone were to flash it on an Xperia C I'd be angry for just a little bit. And maybe amused. :good:
The camera quality is bad in the Lollipop update because the camera firmware was originally made for KitKat, and just adapted for Lollipop. Hopefully, by the time the official 5.1.1 update comes out, Sony will have listened to our complaints and redone the camera firmware (or at least optimized it better than for the 5.0.2 update!). For the mean while, We'll just have to make do with what we have...
I'm also having trouble with the cm12.1 camera, as I can't find the actual source for the firmware anywhere, so I'm afraid that it won't be any better. I might just go ahead and build an experimental build without camera support in the mean time, though, but I'll only do that once my C3 has come back from repairs (They now say that, since they can't flash it in-house, they've sent it in to their main office for "Advanced Repairs" - whatever that means!).
So I'm now stuck without a phone, as my XGo, I just discovered, no longer has the last 2 SIM reader pins, so it doesn't read my SIM card at all. I'm just hoping that I'll actually get my phone back...
Ricco hav another doubt if the problem is only in the camera algorithms then the files should be system partition right? Then why cant v edit those files and files and flash it.
I hav also seen a moded stock camera app for moto g in which there is a option to turn of noise cancelation is it possible for our xperiac3?

Yup. :crying:
Be happy, when 5.1 rolls out you would have easily deodexed it if you cleaned everything before then. Besides, the kernel and CM12.1 is more of a priority right now. I doubt anyone uses Xposed much, and the stock kernel governors are horrible.
Btw, you didn't send your phone to Sony center did you? I brought mine in for a screen replacement and they told me it takes a week. I got it back after a month D=

Well, I could just put out the system.img and you could fastboot flash it, but I suppose you're right. And trust me, A LOT of people use Xposed. And on CM12.1, I'm getting Make error 41 for the java classes, because one of the files I need doesn't exist. And repo sync doesn't help me there, because the file isn't even in the CM12.1 repo, so yeah...
And no, I took it to my carrier, Vodacom. I don't know if they've taken it to Sony (Which I explicitly told them NOT to do), but they did send me an SMS the other day saying that my phone "is in the repair process". Hopefully I'll get it back soon, but I'm on campus at the moment, and won't be able to get off for another 2 weeks, so even if it does come back soon, I won't be able to get it until then.
Hey man, this is a long shot but could you make a deodexed version of D2502 C3 Dual as well? Thanks!

Introduction
This is a UNOFFICIAL build of LineageOS for the Samsung Galaxy Core Plus.
It's not ready yet and has some bugs in it which could cause problems to some users.
The ROM will only work on the SM-G350 Version of the Phone (without any Numbers/Letters behind).
This ROM could be used for daily use now (though you should look at the list of what doesn't work first).
Known Bugs
Camera sometimes switches to green-purple. The resulting picture doesn't have the weird color, but it may be flipped and/or distorted at the edges.
Video Recording
Codecs (some work, some don't. I tested MP4 and AVI, both work. I should really make a list...)
Installation Instructions
Special thanks to @Giovix92 for making this tutorial!
Requirements:
1: A computer with Windows.
2: An Internet connection.
3: A backup of your phone data (contacts, photo, music, videos, and other).
4: About 300 MB free space on your SD card.
5: Phone charged at least 80%.
Download links are below
I do NOT take any responsibility for bricked devices!
Let's start!
1: Download the Samsung USB Drivers.
2: Download the ODIN3. (Only for Windows)
3: Download the TWRP Odin package to your desktop and download the LineageOS 13 zip to your SD card.
4: Make a backup of your files, because the storage will be wiped. (External SD card will not be wiped)
5: Reboot your phone in to the Download mode (Volume Down- , Home- and Power button). Press the Volume Up button when asked. Then open the ODIN3 and connect your phone to your PC.
6: Press AP and choose the TWRP Odin package (recovery.tar) and make sure re-partition is NOT ticked. "Auto-Reboot" should not be ticked either, otherwise you will need to be quick to boot into the recovery immediately after flashing.
7: Press start! Wait a few seconds. Then your phone will be rebooted. Now you can disconnect the cable and power off your phone.
8: Boot your phone in to the TWRP Recovery (Volume Up-, Home- and Power button).
9: Go to Wipe, and Swipe to Factory Reset.
10. After wiping go to the home screen by pressing the home button.
11: Go to Install. Choose the "external_sd" from the top bar. (It says "Storage: Internal Storage (xxxxMB)" by default)
12: Choose the LineageOS 13 ZIP and Swipe to Confirm Flash. Make sure you don't power off while flashing!
13: After the zip has been flashed choose "Reboot System".
14: Wait 5-15 minutes to boot the phone. If the phone keeps booting take out the battery and do a Factory Reset again.
15: When the phone boots the first time, go through the Setup Wizard and you are ready to use your phone!
If there was something you didn't understand, please don't hesitate to ask

Still working on that.
I just noticed that the sound sometimes "breaks" and sounds like damaged speakers (just for a part of a second, nothing permanent). I don't know if this is a software problem or just my phone. Can someone confirm that? It sometimes happens when doing a call or pressing random numbers at the Dialer. It also seems to happen only with standard sound level or higher.
I'll check it after I fixed (or tried to fix) Internet and SD Card
This is the same on stock when listening YT idk why it happens.
For the sdcard fix check if there are correct mounts for vold.fstab or framework
BTW. Videoplayback isnt working good on YT on Internet browser and is glitched too on chrome.

Not now, still working on it. I don't even know where to search.
something about the vpn? or maybe something isnt compatible with cm13?
I searched on google and disable the firewall could be a solution.

Seems to be a more general problem. I'll look through the device/kernel/vendor trees of similiar devices for a fix.

Well, i just red here "https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/official-cm13-nightly-builds-rolling-out-for-opo.411202/page-103" that its may be fault of the recovery. I dont think that we all got the same twrp though, is something you can test? i used santori's twrp, i had it flashed quite a time. maybe an update or a modification will solve that issue
I knew we need TWRP 3.x.x to install an Android 6.0+ Rom. So, the network issue, could be related to the recovery version.
We should to update the recovery first, to install Marshmallow (and up) on a smartphone

Hey, I'm new here at xda forums. I just installed this ROM on my galaxy core plus, and it works great. My phone is now super snappy. But many features don't work as of now, the bluetooth actually worked for me, I didnt expect it to after reading the post. When will these bugs be fixed, and more importantly how can I follow so that I can get my hands on the new release as soon as it gets out? Thanks a lot!

I also could try to make CM Recovery first, and if it won't work, I'll give TWRP a try.

I still need to search what causes the Internet and SD Card to fail. Bluetooth does work, only Bluetooth Calls, Car connection and other devices are untested.
You can subscribe to this thread or subscribe to the DevDB project, to get a notification if it's updated. To get updates on your Smartphone, you could install XDA Legacy (Tapatalk) or XDA Labs (just called XDA) from Play Store.

CM Recovery didn't fix the problem. And I somehow can't get TWRP to boot.
NOTE: Development has been shifted to a LineageOS port: here.

About the ROM
This is a build of OmniROM 7.1.2 (Nougat) for the Samsung Galaxy SL (GT-I9003)
Things to take a note of
This ROM is still a Work In Progress. As such, some features do not work, as listed ahead
GApps is NOT RECOMMENDED as there is very low amount of /system partition space
Make sure you keep a backup of your files. If flashing from stock, this WILL wipe every partition
This ROM does not come with CJK fonts to make it fit in the /system partition. Therefore, Chinese text rendering will be broken
This ROM does not come with AOSP WebView or Chromium. They will be offered separately
This ROM is not rooted. Flash a root zip manually.
Steps to flash
Reboot to Recovery.
Wipe Data / Factory Reset.
Select the ROM zip from your SD Card and flash.
Reboot

You could add this thread to the post, but currently I'm in the process of moving towards LineageOS which happens to be a much better home for the Galaxy Sl. Many of the missing features are present in Lineage

Sure
LineageOS: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwV3ZBepyFp0NV9oX3lTdTNUZDA
GApps recommended: https://opengapps.org Pico package
In case it doesn't print my messages:
1. WARNING! This update removes the Internal SD card for a bigger /system and /data. Make a backup of everything present in your Internal SD card.
2. This update uses a different logical partitioning scheme (LVM, for those who know it). Reverting back to an old ROM is non-trivial.
3. The first time you flash the update package, it checks if you're on the new partitioning scheme. If not (like on older ROMs), it will reboot into this ROM's TWRP build. Reflash the package from TWRP.
4. Before applying the new partitioning scheme, it warns you of data loss (due to formatting of partitions) and exit with an error. Make sure you have backed up any important data and reflash the ROM file to accept the procedure. It will format the Internal SD Card and continue installing.
5. ***EFS IS BACKED UP TO THE EXTERNAL SD CARD***. If there is no External SD card, it should warn you and ask you to pull the efs folder to your computer via adb (adb pull /tmp/efs /some/place/safe)
Note:
1. I'm still fixing issues related to GApps, currently the Google Sign In page does not load (and so doesn't Jelly [Browser]). To access the internet, you'll need to install a different browser. Firefox and Chrome work nicely
2. Camera doesn't work
3. Connectivity is complete. Phone is usable, SMSes can be received. I couldn't test Mobile Data, however.
4. GPS is non-working
5. After I'm done fixing issues with GApps, you should format /data (WARNING: Contains the emulated SD card. Make a backup), install the update and without exiting recovery, install GApps (Cited from the OpenGApps wiki).
Cheers!
I want to use an old i9003 for music player based on Google Music to play music via Bluetooth to my speakers.
I tested this rom.
1. install rom
2. flash gaaps aroma with choice to include Google Keyboard and Google music and with options to remove all obsolete apps
3. After login to google account and pairing to speakers everything working but after reboot I cant connect via Bluetooth to speakers and cant delete this speakers from BT menu
4. Flashed from scratch everything and after boot first time pairing working but after reboot again cant connect to speakers and cant delete speakers from menu.
My conclusion i something is broken in Bluetooth

I'm assuming you've flashed my update zip, and it rebooted to TWRP.
TWRP should have an option in the Install menu to choose from where to select the zip file. Choose Micro SD Card in that and you should be able to install the ROM again
This time you try to install, it will warn you of data loss [1] and exit with an error. Just flash the zip file again and it should continue
[1]: (which, now that I think of it, is no longer useful, considering you can't access those partitions)

Could take a while, I was patching files on my phone so I'll need to build an update zip
EDIT: Since the build and upload could take a lot of time, here's the file to replace. Place this file as /system/lib/hw/bluetooth.default.so

i tried many ways to change model but seems i failed
i check device fingerprint seems still using original one (feel free to help me fix this)
if u want to change the model number try this (it works):
go to magisk then search "props" download magisk hideprops config ( xda link ) then restart
go to settings>about phone>press on build number until u see the dev options unlocked > go back>system>developer options >scroll down : enable android debugging then scroll down and enable local terminal
open terminal app and type props
u will see menu
option 5>new custom prop (option n) then type this: ro.product.model
if u have single sim enter : E6833
for dual : E6883
press yes then reboot
done.

I flashed the ROM. everything works great except for the camera that you also have mentioned. Performance is so Great as so as Temperature! I so appreciate the time you have spent making this ROM. bugs I have noticed til now:
-Fingerprint doesn't work and it doesn't even exist in the settings.
-low mic volume on social media apps like telegram and WhatsApp when recording a voice message.
-Screen flickering while waking up the screen for about the first 30s (this problem comes from TWRP version 3.5 by Joe16 I believe, not a ROM side thing, But better to look at it again)
-There is a slightly like missing touch only in settings menu while going back from one menu to the other(hope you get what I mean)
btw why didn't you try building A11 from Crdroid sources as they are pretty stable now?!
Thanks for contributing ROMs for Xperia Z5P. Haven't seen new ROMs besides LineageOS by Joel16. I'm currently testing your port and I will report bugs later.
Also there is a bug which may persists on other ROMs as well, when you reboot into recovery (not by physical buttons) it doesn't work and the only way to get out of the bug is to restart the system.

oh my fingerprint hardware died last year so i have no way to test it.
as u know screen flickering bug comes with twrp for some reason (didnt see this bug in android 7.1.1)
right now im working on new twrp 3.5 and other roms too
i also ported carbon rom 7.1.1 its super smooth camera ,no bug till now ( dont know about fingerprint)
this cr(10) and the cr11 r both have the highest benchmark of all roms z5p had and as u can see low temp
i also ported cr11 but have some bugs and im sure i cant fix em thats why i didnt mention
as for building i didnt had enough space so last week i got new ssd and due to upcoming exams it might take two or maybe three months i get free time i also have ivy(z3+) and working on that too(if u search there is only 1-2 unstable rom for ivy)
ill upload ported stable carbon next week
and still hoping some dev help me stabilize this rom

Great! We are all waiting for your roms.
I know fixing bug needs so much knowledge in android which not everyone has, the only thing you can do is to try different custom rom sources and see which fits z5p the best, and that also takes so much time to compile lol. Hope you can find the best one. My suggestion is Pixel Experience, Project Sakuru and AICP at first to try (if you want to)
you can also try merging latest Crdroid a10 sources. as long as i know last one was 6.21. it may also help fixing some bugs we already have.
Good luck with the exams, wish you luck. See you soon XD

I won't mind waiting, the ROM is pretty stable as of current, wish you luck on the exam!
Also I'm looking for a working Gcam, I tried many but failed.
I can't download this rom.
OOPS!

After testing a lot of GCams, only those which seems to work are Gcams Go. Also I noticed camera-related persisting bugs in which zooming in or setting the aspect ratio to 4:3 lags, but other than that it works fine.
Also can you make other download links for people who are having problem with AFH?
