I answered the question.
Try shooting the developer an email. He/She/They/It might be able to arrange a payment method and you might be able to get an answer on whether it will run on your phone or not.
When does that "new users cannot post" thing come into effect? ...
I googled this reply about the same problem:
"The game can run on google g1 phone however we cannot really recommend to play
the game on device with qvga display, so it is very difficult to answer your
question properly, yes it can run but the performances will be low, so it is
really a matter of each person then... , also, if there is a technical issue the
game will announce before downloading the 1 GB if the hdware is supported or
not, so everybody could download it and at least check that the hardware is
supported or not, then to push the 1 GB download will be a personal decision."

Changing IMEI on HTC Sensation

Dear members
Could anyone please let me know
1. if it is possible to change IMEI on HTC sensation
2. if possible - how can i do this?
----------
Please only answer if you have answers - but do not tell me it is illegal, or that this was discussed before, because
1) I have lookd on the forum and did not fine the solution for my device HTC sensation.
2) it is not illegal in my country
3) My country's Mobile carriers do not care about laws at all. I have purchased HTC Sensation and it was blocked on the 3rd day of using it just because it was not purchased from their "official stores". Of course HTC Sensation is not availabel in any official stores and will not be for several months from now.
The carriersa are breaking all the existing antitrust laws by blocking the phones that were purchased from other carriers or directly from HTC retail stores etc.
fot those interested - the country is JAPAN
I am now unable to Call/Receive calls due to phone blocked by IMEI by Softbank. So I want to change IMEI to my old device's number i used to have with Softbak until now.
4) even if it is illegal to change IMEI in some countries, it is not illegal to share the knowledge.
------------------
Thanks in advance for help and advice.
It may not be illegal in your country but it is here in the USA and since this site falls under US laws, guess what? it is illegal for this site to help you....

Hello,
As far as i know it is not illegal in US to share knowldge.
For instance -
1) it is illegal to take video without someone's consent, but it is not illegal to buy and sell photo and video cameras.
2) it is illegal to upload and download pirated music, but it is not illegal to say that you can find many websites were you can download music for free on the Internet.
3) it is illegal to kill somebody, but it is not illagal to say that you can kill someone with a gun.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Lol.. This made me laugh .... I have a question, since it's illegal to change imei here in uk / USA. Are you still liable to be prosecuted if you went to a country where it was legal, changed imei there and then return home after x amount of days / weeks? To a country where it's illegal?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA Premium App
According to international law you may not be prosecuted for something that is not considered a crime in the jurisdiction where you actually commited something that is considered crime in your country.
Few acceptions apply, however: disclosing any calssified information to the other country's authorities or secrete services or the like would still be prosecuted.
So if you are intereste if you can go to a country were changing IMEI is legal, change it there, and then go back - you cannot be prosecuted, unless you country's laws forbid you to use or import a phone with a modified IMEI.
But anyway -can we keep this more on topic please?
It is illegal as far as xda is concerned.

“Occupy” Protesters And Communication Workers To March On New York T-Mobile Store

http://www.tmonews.com/2011/11/occupy-protesters-and-communication-workers-to-march-on-new-york-t-mobile-store/
HA ha. Maybe they should spend their time working on their resume. The useful idiots of the socialist movement lead around by their noses by ACORN now want to protest T-Mobile. Silly socialists. Life is not easy. Try a little harder.
Putting on my flame resistant suit.
Of all the wireless companies, OWS decided to go after T-Mobile? And why? "Anti-worker union busting". I know three people who work at T-Mobile call centers and LOVE it there. The pay is great they all said. They got 6 months of training and they got paid while they were in training. T-Mobile is almost always hiring where I am.
T-Mobile is the best as far as I'm concerned in customer service. They even have an iPhone support group and T-Mobile doesn't even sell iPhones nor can they. I could send all of the people who have never used a cell phone before to a T-Mobile store and recommend any phone and the clerk would go out of his or her way to make sure that the referred person knows how to use the phone.
T-Mobile has some of the lowest subscription prices for US consumers on the market. I see no reason for union workers or employees to demand higher wages and benefits. If they do and get they what they want, they will most likely cause an increase in price or a downgrade of service to the consumer. T-Mobile owes Deutsche Telekom a lot of money as it is right now. I don't think there is any way T-Mobile could maintain the great pricing and give in to unions. If the unions succeed, the cost will be paid for by the customer, like it always is with every situation like this. The consumer loses.
I also must add that AT&T and Verizon are both unionized. Look at their customer service. Look at their pricing. Neither company even offers an unlimited data plan. I've dealt with both before, it's not pretty.
You know what other company offers an unlimited data plan and is only a little bit behind T-Mobile in pricing? It's Sprint Mobile. Are they unionized? No.

Instead of trying to get a thread closed by complaining to those reading the thread, why not just send the moderators a note and see if trying to stifle conversation works out for you.
Your opinion of TMOnews is very important, others talking about a flash mob communication to take over our phone's network offices....that is not worthy....according to who?

..take over our phone networks offices? Flash mob? You're right. I shouldn't try to hinder conversation. We have a right to free speech also and If I'm gonna back the right to protest, I have to back the right to peoples opinions on a given subject.
------------------------------
While I'll back the right to protest to my dying breath, these kids have been taken over by who knows who. Wanna protest over jobs being sent overseas? Fine. Wanna protest over the price of education? Fine. Wanna protest police brutality? I'm with ya.
But there are about 6 employees at a T-Mobile store who will soon look out the window and wonder what the **** is going on.
Protest until you can't protest anymore. Just stick to the subject. Whatever the subject maybe.
[Anarchist - Don't you think you went overboard with that definition of the protesters?]

So you support and don't speak out against any protest, because protesters have the right to do so. Under your logic, anyone speaking against a KKK rally is a traitor because the KKK has a right as American to protest.
You see dkb218, content does make a difference. If people have the right to speak out and demonstrate, anyone with common sense, (yourself seemingly absent) should understand that others have the right to speak against the concepts being promoted.
The anarchists who call themselves the occupation army, or OWS, don't have any demands. Goobers like yourself think that they need to be nurtured and supported no matter anything. I am sure you think that Chris Matthew's the speech writer for Jimmy Carter, and chief of staff to the Democratic Speaker of the House Tip O'Neill is just a non-biased journalist too.
These idiots are about to mob rush some clerks selling phones, and you support that. I don't mind that you are a lemming, just don't involve others in your insight of the need to run towards the cliff.
The right to say something is NOT the right to not being criticized and mocked for being a twit.

I just wanted to give my two cents on this issue. I'm not a nay-sayer and am not trying to say you shouldn't take action if you believe action is warranted.
My opinions on this issue are as follows.
1. Has anyone read any of the official 'white house' responses from other petitions? It's like they pay someone (not sure who but I would bet they make minimum wage) to give a 2 or 3 line comment to whatever you submit. So say this petition gets an additional 82,000 signatures... what's the official response going to be? "Thank you for your concern in this matter, however, the administration's official position is that modifying an item that you do not fully own adds a burden and cost to businesses when those modifications result in failure of said item. We will continue to evaluate this issue" or some BS.
2. This law isn't enforceable. You can't physically 'go after' people for their cell phones and prosecute them. There's just no manpower to do so. Next time you get pulled over for speeding is the cop going to see your cell phone in your car and ask to see it? How's he/she going to know it's unlocked without permission (or unlocked at all)?
3. Let this law stand... see where it goes... Imagine the fallout if carriers started sending warning texts to people who have supposedly illegally unlocked their phones! Imagine the lawsuits/bad publicity that would spawn against carriers for monitoring people's cell phones without their consent or knowledge! I guarantee there's nothing in anyone's cell contracts that would allow T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. the right to track and monitor usage of the device throughout the duration of your contract to insure the device isn't being tampered with or unlocked.
4. This is just political figures throwing their campaign contributor 'a bone' and another sad sign of just how bloated government is here. This law is no different than some of the other ridiculous digital copyright crap being spewed out.
5. Once your contract is up you are allowed to do whatever you wish to your phone. You can also get permission to have your device unlocked from your carrier at any time. I know of a few people that travel abroad and for them it was as simple as asking to be able to use another sim when they travel. If you have a good long standing account with your carrier they are very likely to comply (else they risk losing business).
None of this applies to flashing custom roms or the like (which will always void any warranty, etc.), just with carrier unlocking the phone.

Your right and I totally agree. I just recently got an i777 unlocked by simply calling the carrier(ATnT) and requesting it so I could use it with a prepaid network. The account was in good standing, all previous balance had been paid off.Voila
Trick was driving 45 mins to get a sim, because I told the carrier it was my phone(idiot), but my friend was happy.

[DISCUSSION] Online job search

Greetings,
I hope I am not breaking any of the rules of this forum by opening this topic. Also, I am not going to advertise/promote anything. Here are some of the main issues I would like to address:
1. VISA: Coming from the Balkans and not being in the EU, a visa is needed for me because I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the 3rd world sh*thole country. It is my wish to go live and work anywhere abroad (Western Europe, USA, Scandinavia, Australia)
2. LINKS: I need links that provide jobs with employees that can cover the working permit and/or visa for me.
3. SKILLS: I am willing to work and learn, thus being very familiar around Linux, Windows, Adobe, administration, hardware, security and IT in general. If not that kind of job, I am willing to work on any other position that would allow me to progress further.
PLEASE NOTE: I am here to find information only. I am NOT here for frauds of any kind. Please do not ban me or try to pin me any referral/advertising penals. I am hoping for a good discussion. Thank you.
