Hi guys, I'm really really sorry if this has been discussed but if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it, even if your mean to me I would would really appreciate it. Ok so I have a T-Mobile Samsung galaxy s2, version 4.0.4 ics device (well maybe cuz I erased everything) so I have a rooted device and I tried installing a cm9 mod and I wiped everything.... Cache, dalvik cache, factory reset, and system. Now when I try to reboot it says "no os installed! Are you sure you wish to reboot?" I put yes and nothing happens. I don't think I backed anything up and when I hit restore a file called "2013-07-26--01-32-42" appears but even when it restores it still says no os. Can anyone help me? Please?

Flash the stock, if you dont have stock image on your device then, I recommend you unroot and then reroot, but do research about that and read carefully, then do it, cause when I had that problem on my nexus 7 i used my tool kit, and made an unroot + auto flash stock image as bricked device, then re rooted and it worked fine, then flashed my favorite rom! Hope it helps

Thanks everyone!! Got my custom ROM flashed and os back thank you all for your help!
i have a rom working on the phone (cm10.0.0) have no clue whats going on with phone.
basicly the issue is when i start the phone it says sdcard safe to remove if i try to mount the media storage it quickly jumps and then says the same thing i need any help possible at this point willing to try anything. does anyone know of a solution
(phone is htc one s (s4)
Backup everything and do a factory reset. Also wipe all caches. Then reflash the ROM and GAPPS. If the problem still exists you could try another ROM. CM10.2 is very stable so I would upgrade to it.

I have a problem with my Neuxs 5.
A month ago i flashed my Nexus on Android L and yesterday i also rooted it.
Then a few hours later it crashes. I don't know why and I can't boot it anymore.
Today i tried to flash it new without a data loss, but the problem is that the apps run all perfectly except for that i can't save anything and could not open the galerie.
But in the settings i can see that there is a memory. Only i can't access on it.
I want the data from the memory, but i don't know how.
I hope you can help me and sorry for my english.

No unfortunately not.
I have the Total Commander
Go back to Kitkat through factory images.
its a very common issue with flashing L, your storage isnt seen because the location changed.
1. you can move everything back manually(your storage is still there, just in another location).
2. or you can flash the factory img for 444 via fastboot.

+1 and make sure you do a factory reset in the stock recovery

Thank you guys, but i solve the problem with the nexus root toolkit.
With this toolkit i can make a copy of all data on the phone.
After this i flashed Android L and the IMEI get also back.
Please learn to fix things manually. Toolkits are the root of all evil

Hi, I find it strange to ask this question because i don't even know how this thing is possible, but here's the thing: I don't really know when exactly it happend, but now if I check my device storage I can see that I have 12.5 GB to use (total, not just available)
The device I bought is 32GB originally. I know that the OS should take few GB of the total storage because I checked it when i bought the device and found that before I did anything - I had less than 32 GB, something like 26 and it's normally.
as i said, i dont know how it's even possible. maybe there's a problem with the sd card or something but i don't know what to do and how to solve this situation.
thanks from above!
All you need to do is flash the stock recovery, if you're not already using it, and then wipe cache and do a factory reset in it. It's not that uncommon of a problem if you've recently flashed the factory image and didn't do a full wipe.

Hi Guys.
I have an Nexus 5 that was left alone on for a long time, when i got it back, it was Redlight. (battery)
After solving it, it became the most weard problem that i've ever saw.
/data partition just wont format as ext.
it freezes and become corrupt.
But twrp manage to format as F2FS, and it works just fine.
But i want to get stock lollipop in it, and it doesn't work.
Anyone can help me?
tried a lot of tutorials from xda already =\
Did you tried to restore to factory default?
