[Q] Lt18i problem in Google Play Store.

Hi everyone, i m new here.
I have faced a big problem nw.
First of all, i can't download app from Google Play Store properly. It keeps giving me a message 'XXX could not be downloaded due to an error 927'. For sometimes the download will run but it can't complete the download.
This starts to happen after i have install and run ' Vodafone Market Enabler *ADS* ' from Google Play Store. (Ok i admit that i m stupid to use an app that i even dunno how it works.)
Though i still can access to internet via Facebook or Browser, but i can feel that there is a different compared to before. (Eg. Sometime it will show 'can't connect to internet' when using Facebook and laggy when using Browser)
I have searched everywhere to find the solution and tried everything i can do, but the problem is still there.
Maybe buying a new phone could solve the matter but i really can't afford it.
I m using SE Xperia Arc S
Build number 4.1.B.0587
and it is rooted.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I too have that phone and had the same prob
R u sure you logged in your google account
And no need for that app Vodafone market enabler
Waitin for ur reply
U can private message me ok
Ok, my phone is getting back to normal just now with no reason, or maybe i can say with don't know which is the reason is.
Let post my 'fixing route' below :
1. Run a 'Factory reset data' in Setting w/o Reset SD card. Problem is still there.
2. Update my phone to unroot it. Of course this is useless here.
3. Rooting my phone again. What m i doing... orz
...Starting to find any solution.
4. Clear data in Setting -> App -> Google Play Store(Force stopped), Google Play Services(Force stopped) and Google Services Framework(Force stopped). Remove my google account and add it back. Reboot. Problem is still there.
5. Uninstall updates of Google Play Store and uninstall Google Play Services. Problem is still there.
6. A solution here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20196766&postcount=14 but i don't know the way to find the .cache so i just leave it.
7. Remove the battery and SD card from phone and leave it about 5 seconds, then place in the SD card and the battery. Problem is still there.
8. A solution by boot into recovery mode and clear the cache and dalvic but my phone can't enter recovery mode so i passed it.
9. Run again 'Factory reset data' w/o Reset SD card. It starts to work as i finally can update my Facebook. After that everything goes back to could-not-be-downloaded-due-to-an-error-927 situation again.
10. Again, running 'Factory reset data' and now with 'Reset SD card'(of course important data is backed up). Problem is still there....
11. Frustrated, keep repeating cancel the download and re-download it. It works, Facebook updated and Root Checker installed. Then, once again it failed to download any other things.
12. About an hour pass then try again the '4th route'. But this time i just force stop and clear data of Google Play Store, Google Services Framework. Strange thing, i go to Google Play Store and it shows me 'Server error'. Restart phone. Google Play Store turns back to normal, but still failed to download.
13. Again after an hour, trying to download again, I found everything has going back to normal. Problem solved.
Though the problem was solved now, still i m scared this will happen again as what had happen in 9. and 11.
My apologies on my broken English.

Qmobile Noir Z8

Hey its me again...
I previously posted about HTC One S recovery problem. I was able to solve that (Thanks to you guys). But now I have another small issue...
I changed my device to Qmobile Noir Z8. I even rooted it using KingRoot. It was working perfect!! But suddenly I started getting that my google was unable to establish a reliable connection with internet. I checked my connection, my chrome and all other apps worked fine. Only google play store, youtube, google magazine, gmail were being troublesome. I modified my internet connection to 'Static' and even factory data reset my device upto 6 times!!! Its still not solved. Shouldn't it be working by now??? I don't know why and I need to solve this situation ASAP!!! Help plz :crying:

Sorry for late reply. Posting, if it helps any other. It worked for me.
***Google (Play) Account Problems (sometimes due to root)***
Go to system>etc>hosts (open as text)
Erase everything else these 2 lines:
127.0.0.1 localhost
#127.185.66.4 android.clients.google.com
If not resolved, perform some or all of these steps:
1.Remove and re-add google account.
2.Clear cache and data of Google Play Services and Google Accounts Manager.
3.Uninstall Google Play Services updates (or reinstall).
4.Disable 2-step authentication

Soyes 7S+ no Play Store access, There was a problem communicating with Google servers

Hi Everyone,
I bought Soyes 7S+ from Gearbest, Android 6.0, impossible to add google account, when trying to access Play Store I get ""There was a problem communicating with Google servers".
Troubleshooting done so far, based on multiple web-based articles:
1. 2-step verification confirmed to be OFF
2. Cache cleared for all Google-related apps, same error after reboot
3. Google Play Services 8.7.03 reinstalled with 9.4.52, installed (multiple other versions were giving error "issues with parsing the package)", now gets popup error "Google Play services won't run unless you update Google Play services", still "There was a problem communicating with Google servers".
4. Rooted the device with Kingroot 5.3.7, which - surprisingly - says my system is Android 5.1. Tried changing values in host file, default was 127.0.0.1 localhost, tried other with "127.0.0.1 localhost, in secod line #127.83.240.239 android.clients.google.com mtalk.google.com" - still no luck. Tried removing the host file completely and rebooting - still no luck
5. Tried connecting via different networks - still nothing
6.Tried installing PrebuiltGMSCore.apk, nothing.
7.Wiped to factory settings - nothing
Installation from unknown sources is ON
USB debugging is ON
OEM unlocking is ON
Since this was one was likely shipped from China to Poland, I am suspecting some locally modded, not allowing Google Play Store access android to be installed; thought about installing some international version of android but sadly I have no skill or knowledge on how to get it done right without bricking the device.
Maybe someone managed to get it fixed? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Question [UNSOLVED] How to fix "There was a problem communicating with google servers."

[UNSOLVED] How to fix "There was a problem communicating with google servers."
I recently made a port of MIUi 7.5 for my Lenovo Phab Plus and it displays the following when I try to login:
There was a problem communicating with google servers.
I have tried the following method:
- Changing options in /system/etc/hosts (Failed)
- Do a factory reset (Failed)
- Reinstall Play Services (Failed)
- Reinstall the entire Google Play Services set (Failed)
- Reflashing (Failed)
- Disabled 2-step Authentication (How am I going to disable it, it is impossible for this to happen at this state because I can't even get the screen where I type my email)
My possible theory is my device isn't "supported" by Google and I can't even install Gapps in this ROM or else it won't even boot. Or it might be some settings in the ROM causing such issue. I really don't know and I would like to know how to fix this.
already tried to install the latest versions of Google play services and Google play stores and change the dns
Factory reset your phone.

I tried several methods without success. In the end, the result is always the same - play protect error.
Follow this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYOU_YxrHhc&t=1598s
