After some custom rom installation , my phone started showing imei null and unknown baseband version .
Have tried all the tutorials available online . Unfortunately didn't have a backup . Tried flashing different Roms (stock as well as custom ) , have tried and flashed different modems as well . When I try and enter the service or engineering mode , all I get is a blank page . Have tried almost evrything . And I am not able to find the NVRAM folder even after rooting . I guess that could be the issue . Can someone share their NVRAM folder or guide me to an alternative solution . Thnks .

OP you need a service centre now .
You have no EFS backup to restore IMEI .

What is samfirmware ?? . Or do you mean Stock Firmware. and how will phone info restore IMEI ??

Well to be honest you are totally ****ed. How the hell you survive. Same happened to me when i had note 2 and didnt have a backup. Did everything but finally went to samsung store.
P.S. Those money suckers charged me around $107 or around ₹7300 and told me they had to replace the whole mother board (which they never do in this case and just fool people)

Nop "samfirmware downloader" will download the original stock for his region

They just tells you that they changed the mother board but actually they just look up for the imei in their database of your phone and manually put it using some private software and Samsung servers which we in any case cant use . Its a matter of 10 to 20 min but took them 9 days to do it.

This is shows how important it is to backup Efs. Here in Russia you won't even find a Samsung store lol

Bro fear none, I had this issue once on my note 3. I didn't make any backup or anything and I ended up with a note 3 that doesn't have a sim card lol. Until one day I flashed a rom that i had flashed before and it turned out that that rom had made back up of efs but I didn't know. Anyways hope you flashed roms before losing it pal.

Hei. I also getting in your case in two weeks before i buy note 3 .. My ex phone is samsung S3, and i know it's will happen if you downgrade your firmware.. Then i flashed new firmware from sammobile.com but nothing happen in my signal.. After that i find another way .. I found a thread in xda . they share modem patch for s3 .. And then i just flash my s3 to lastest rom in my country then root and instal cwm then flash the patch.. After reboot my signal full and normal again .
In this case you can flash lastest firmware for note 3. And search modem flash .. Or you can put juat the modem from firmware to odin one by one .

Hi! I've hard bricked my Fit 2 years ago and i didn't cared about it but now that i've found it in it's box (I put it there because i'd let it there in the box until i had a way to revive it). I bricked it trying to install CWM recovery but i didn't know that it would hard brick the phone and my question here is...
Is there now some way to revive my fit? (2 years after i searched ways to do it)
Is there any way to repair the bootloader or boot.img (Whatever it makes boot)

you can fix it if the download mod still working on your device ... if it's true follow these steps :
-downlead odin 4.35 app
-downlead an official rom ... gingerbread is recomanded
-download beni 1.0

so if it work as i've told you ... your device will recover bootlead and all files it needs to work normaly ...then you can root it for more utilities .
If u can access download mode it could be repaired , if not only samsung center will replace your motherboard
if you can't go to download mode in any way, u can unbrick your phone with RIFF Box - JTAG ! just find a repair shop and they can 100% revive your phone with RIFF Box - JTAG . i hard bricked my GFIT 2 times and revive it

Is your phone rooted?
You need root to install this.
I have D838 32GB and it work for me
Backup,Full Wipe,Wipe Cache,Wipe Dalvik Cache,Install Rom works.
Only was not working Restore a Backup.
I make a Testrom,but Aborted Installation.Is my bad,i think the Updater Script have an Error,but the Rom works.
I can confirm this works on my D838 16gb Taiwan model.
Can't wait for CM11 ports!

The recovery is able to flash zip packages. I flashed a font and it worked perfectly!! The big question is if we will be able to flash a ported rom, lets say from G Flex for example.

To me any sound is OK, I would never remove them ... For the battery , it is also possibel to have battery percentage show without root , on the other hand Viper4Android is good as I have rooted S4 with CM 12.1 and it is good but not soo good in my opinion so I would root my new S6 ( even as I payed it much less then full price, but I want to have warranty if I need it) ... Only reason I rooted s4 was because of some problems on stock ... But that is other story ...
And the thing that I have with non rooted s6 are just as good or better ( personal preference) then any custom room I have ever seen since my first android phone I had ....

Samsung usually only checks if Knox was ever tripped when you send it in with a software Problem. I've send mine in even still with twrp on it and the screen with the dead pixel was replaced on warranty.

Does anyone know what is the name of the pedometer/ step-counter/ fitness app that comes with stock.
I remember it from when I first got the phone (i got the AL10 that was loaded with International firmware), but since then I have been flashing different roms, and have not come accross it again.
I have searched high and low, but came with no results.

2) Previously i have this app with possibility store in hw cloud, but your version is later, but dont have possibility to store data in cloud. As i know chinising app have full rights/options, but their want to do this in EU ROMs (angry).

I been looking for the firmware too. None of the links on sammy work.Not even sure if they are the right ones. I need one for GT-n8013eayxar. I tried one that I thought was right ended up putting me in boot loop
