I'm after an upgrade for BT. My headphones need 2.0w/EDR + A2DP.
Can anyone help.
Thanks
try this...
run both files
Didn't work
This install is to enable the A2DP feature for BT, not to upgrade the BT stack.
Thanks anyway.
Can anyone else help??
I am not sure I can help, but I am curious what headphones you got that will only use 2.0?
The headphones are Logitech FreePulse Wireless

They're pretty good. This pair is a replacement, from Logitech, for 2 pairs of the old iPod headphones. They were replaced due to the cracking headband problem. Unfortunately the new pair does not operate the remote control functions (on the iPod or the phone). They just have volume and mute controls on the headphones.
These new ones connect to the phone OK, but I'm not able to set the device as 'set as Wireless Stereo' and there are no service listed. I'm guessing it the phones version of BT that's stopping the connectivity problem.
What's your interest BT or the headphones?
Cheers.
I am interested in finding the ideal a2dp headphones (decent sound, comfortable, no distortion/skipping, controls work right). I've tried several with my qtek 8300 (moto ht820, sony hbhds970, nextlink spider), and each seems to have its own problems. I've settled on the Sony set, but it has issues with switching from handsfree to wireless stereo (won't automatically switch back to wireless stereo after phone call). I haven't tried any logitech set yet, though.
Hello,
I have downloaded the zip file but seems to be corrupted. Can you upload it again. Many Thanks.

Hi,
I have a Jabra BT160 bluetooth handset and somehow it does not show up when I see all the available bluetooth devices from HTC Fuze
Is there any specific settings that needs to be done?
Thanks
Does anyone have problems connecting their Desire S to Bluetooth devices?
My phone seems to pair to my Bluetooth hands free kit but no connection actually happens. The same situation for another Bluetooth kit i have and also my laptop!
I just upgraded from a normal Desire and it worked perfectly with all the devices.
I tried changing the radio and also upgraded the Rom from 1.28.401.1_Radio_20.28b.30.080 5U_38.03.02.11
to
1.47.401.4_Radio_20.28I.30.085 AU_3805.06.02.03
I have searched for solutions but have not found any on XDA
Might be that your bluetooth device is in a black list need to check, can yo utell what bluetooth device you have exactly?

My main Bluetooth device is a Merlin Car Mirror Kit V2.
When connected and properly paired it should 'beep' twice, but now it just connects and the phone says its paired. When you make a call it shows it is dialling but no sound comes through both ways.
Anyone got this working?
I tried with my car navigation system, but it didn't work. only phone audio and media audio profiles are available between the two devices.:crying:

I believe it has to do with your bluetooth device. I have a jabra stone 2(don't buy this headset) headset and it accesses the phone book.. even asks for permission to do it.
Ok thanks. So it should be an issue with the navigation system.
Hey friends
Just want to ask how to fix the bluetooth problem
I cannot connect my bluetooth headset to it
Thx

BT is working, did you enable device visibility "for all" in BT options?
