External SD card
I installed your player and like the way it looked but the only option for music folders was on the internal SD card. Is there no option for external? That is where i store all of my music. Maybe i overlooked it?

Could you please tell me which device you installed?.
Laisim player has an option for select music folder.
Setting (by press menu button on device or press and hold play button) -> folder and library->select music folder-> choose your folder->Ok
After that, you can rescan music and enjoy it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 2 running Liquidsmooth ROM. When I went to select a folder it only had legacy and emulated to choose from.

The problem may be occurred on some devices.I will fix that soon.

Problem with scan
Hello man... I installed your application. I think it's good. Unfortunately, every time I run a scan music, application stops working. Phone information and applicationcan be found the photos.

Does that player have a wigdet cause I'm a bit lazy to go to menu and find the music app, if there is a widget for it I will totaly download it and rate you 5 stars

Laisim has 3 widgets. (Tiny, small and medium). You can choose one from widget list. thanks.

One problem that is: No option to add sdcards songs. There is a folder option available but only shows the internal memory. My android version is 4.4.2. Moto E stock rom.

NOTE.
The application may crash when it is just installed. Depending upon the size of your playlist, it may crash several times. It is due to the fetching of Album Arts and Artist photographs. The issue has been noted down by me. Please don't report the same bug. Due to the same reason, you may feel that the app is laggy. But when it fetches and loads all the photographs in the required place, you won't feel any kind of lag or any kind of crash. I am looking forward to fixing this ASAP.

Its great to see you're back up after an incident a while ago. Anyways the past is past.
The music player is neat, and you should continue to work on it. I need to address some issues.
This is the translucency issue. As you can see the content under laps under the status bar. I guess you may have used the xml code for adding the translucency.
I suggest you add the following code to your projects styles.xml where you have declared the translucency code.
android:fitSystemWindows=true
This should get rid of the underlapping my friend.

Maybe i should make a mirror.. Mediafire is currupting downloads .. It said parsing error for the same apk when downloaded from media fire and it didn't when I mirrored it to dropbox .(my friend reported me this)

Unfortunely when I choose my google music account, my nexus 5 freezes and I have to reboot it. Surely I will come back, because this player is really promising

Sure I didnt have a google play music account. So couldn't test it! Will look into it asap! Till then, it can be used for playing music stored locally on your device

Bug in Player Settings !
Hey !! Just tried the beta version and gotta say in terms of design its unlike any other player ! I encountered a few bugs while configuring the settings .
Strangely when i try to view the settings i can see the settings in Appearance , Layouts and Music Library only ! Rest of the settings like Album Art , Audio Settings Google Play music , Labels , Folders ,Blacklists , Scrobbling etc etc show up a blank screen with no options !!!
Here are the screenshots !
Device :- Xiaomi Mi3
ROM :- Standard AOSP Build (Not MIUI )
Android :- v4.4.4
The settings which i could view :-

Thanks for this wonderful thing. I love it. Simply the best design for a music player.
However I found some bugs-
playlists don't open.
widgets and lockscreen (kitkat 4.4.4) don't show the album art.
It force closes while selecting dark or light color on 4x1 widget.
However the design of widgets is just perfect.
I have enlisted these bugs just to help you make this even better. Otherwise I love your app.

I have a device, but I will have to do all sorts of stuff to sideload an application over that device. That would be a very difficult task! I will check if I am able to sideload an app, If i am successful , I will try to make a music player for windows phone too

Actually app has an option Saved video path at Setting to choose where the videos being saved. Long click into folder at your storage to choose path save.

Awesome App! The Only Bug I found was a FC that I encountered while trying to play the recorded video from the app gallery.

It really works! Luv it u can also use it for taking videos of ppl

so far app works great. just curious if there was some zoom in/out option? also when i go to change folder in the video path section, it shows my memory card but when i select any folder by long holding to select, the screen goes back to the video path section but doesnt show the new folder path i chose. any ideas? ty, great app and keep up the good work

Currently there's no zoom in/out option but we will consider it in next version. tks for your suggestion. i cant choose your memory card but how about interal storage? could you save videos at your internal storage?

Every time when I try to play the recorded video from the secret eye's gallery, the app instantly force closes. But the recorded video can be viewed from the file manager.

[APP][5+] Onemp Music Player

This is a rewrite version of Laisim Music Player that I can't support due to many reasons (the source is lost and the backup source is too old, many issues with the source as well). I am so sorry for that.

Compare to the Laisim, there are many features are removed (Visualizer, separate EQ (Onemp offers the EQ also but It applys for all tracks, etc), but many of them are improved (song scanner now is very fast, better supports theme, cross fade, etc). However, one thing to note, Onemp supports Android Lollipop 5+ only.

- Support regular audio format, high definition *.flac file also
- Fade in/out when pause/play song, cross fade when play next/previous
- Display album length
- Auto find missing album art
- Play song from folder, playlist, artist, album, genre
- Support theme ( 3 themes with 6 color options. More themes and colors will be added soon)

1. Onemp does not detect my external SD card path. What should I do?
This issue has been fixed in v1.0.3 but if you still found a bug related to this, please let me know. Thanks
2. Onemp is playing a track but can not hear anything?
The crossfade feature (turn on by default) might be the root cause in this case. Please try to turn off to see if it works

When I start writing the app, I have no idea about its name so I call it XMP
When I start publishing the app, I still have no idea about its name so I keep the name XMP.

after install it only apears the x in the menu, but by the way is a great app

Sure, Click the song title on the Player screen, if the setting set the click title action to open track info, the Song info dialog will appear. This screen displays some useful information that, of course, include the bitrate.
Another way is that you click on the song item in the list of songs, then select Info. Hope that help

Yes, Its one of the features that will be added in the next versions.

It has support for external storage but your path to sd card might be something special so that It can't detect. Could you please show the external sd path of your device?.
For the ALAC type, It does not support at the moment, sorry.

A new version has been updated. This update contains some small changes only though.

I loved Laisim so I'm really excited about this. Downloading...
EDIT: I love the player, but I can't work out how to scan folders in Ext Sd card, could you advise please.

As someone mentioned here, it doesn't see my external SD card with over 1200 songs. It only shows a few notifications, some ringtones, and one downloaded song that is on my device. All the other music apps I've tried or use find the songs with problem.

I like the material design very matured
