GL Tools
Wide System >> Activate this options
Optimize GLSL shaders √
Use Fake GPU / CPU Info √
SimpleMapBuffer Emulation √
Half Float Adreno texture hack √ ( if you GPU is Mali dont activate that )
Fix FBO attachment sizes √
Shader Retribute Reordering √
Now ,theres the important part!!
Go in CPU-Z and see what is you GPU Renderer is
Back to GLTools ,go to System Wide and under the Emulation options and go to Use a template
If your GPU is Adreno select Adreno 320
Mali select Mali 604
Select 1 CPU / 1GB RAM
You replace the GL_Renderer now of some theses with the referent GPU showed on CPU-Z
Mali GPU
Medium Quality — Mali-400
Low - Mali-300
Extremely Low - Mali-200
Adreno GPU
( Higly recommended for Moto G / E users )
Medium Quality — Adreno 250
Low Quality — Adreno 220
Extemely Low - Adreno 200
TEST AND GIVE ME FEEDBACK! :good:
Don't forget to thank me!!! :fingers-crossed:
Sorry my bad english, i'm brazilian

While the Xperia ™ S has a Qualcomm processor S3, the Xperia ™ P ™ U Xperia and Xperia ™ single have a U8500 processor NovaThor ™ ST-Ericsson. The NovaThor ™ U8500 is the first to be compatible with OpenGL ES 2.0 and integrates a multi-core GPU that provides 2D and 3D acceleration with scalable performance up to 1080p resolution.
The NovaThor ™ U8500 is based on a dual core processor DB8500 ARM ® Cortex ™-A9 SoC (System on Chip) with a GPU ARM ® Mali ™ 400MP and an integrated modem HSPA + / 4G with support for 14 Mbps and the responsible for the audio chip, USB, power and functions of the SIM card.
The platform integrates NovaThor ™ U8500 single chip and a dual core processor at 1GHz, the first smartphone platform to integrate dual-core technology with symmetric multi-processing graphics accelerator with high performance 3D.
A platform to enable symmetric multi-processing (SMP) as the NovaThor ™ U8500, allows different processes on different processors divided according to certain performance requirements and energy. A great advantage of SMP for mobile applications is a more energy efficient, it will be really visible by the end user.
The multi-process NovaThor ™ U8500 processor uses lower voltages and allow users to perform many more tasks with a single battery charge. Instead of having a single processor at full capacity to execute a task, several processors can work at half speed, while controlling the temperature of the terminal.
So NovaThor ™ U8500 platform can provide the same performance as a single core CPU faster, but using much less energy.
[Q] (2d/3dgraphics) why MTK6575 > Adreno 200 > MTK6577(SGX531) (Antutu benhcmark)
I'm seeing some videos about china's phones with MTK6575 and MTK6577 processors:
They both uses PowerVRTM SGX Series5' GPUs(SGX531) (and i've heard MTK6575 may use SGX530 ultra, which is overclocked, i dont know if this is exactly what sgx531 means...)
But on ANTUTU benchmarks of phones with these processors i've seen some curious results:
MTK6577 has the lower results:
2d graphics: 296
3d graphics: 895
Android: 4.0.4
Even my Motorola Defy Mini(600 mhz + adreno 200) has higher results, MUCH HIGHER:
2d graphics: 405
3d graphics: 989
Android 2.3.6
In MTK6575:
2d: 181
3d graphics: 963(higher than MTK6577)
Android 4.0.3
In MTK6575:
2d: 317(higher than MTK6577)
3d graphics: 977(higher than MTK6577)
Android 4.0.4
But this one from a suspicious video which shows the results without the tests:

Any tip why?

here's my results

Benchmark results are heavily dependent on software - like what version of Android, what version of GPU drivers, what optimizations are present, etc. So you can't directly do benchmark comparison of different chipsets, running different versions of Androids and expect them to reflect their hardware power.
Here's the phone in action https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HsfaMzR4zY&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Sent from my I7100 using xda app-developers app
This is my score (MTK6577, SGX531 and 512MB RAM)
Alcatel OT-997D I bought recently, don't know why its slower? MTK6577, SGX531, 1GB RAM.
Oh, and android 4.0.4

★CPU Benchmark test :
Scan your cpu frequency and performing thread tasks in order to measure your cpu real calculations speed. It also distinguish multiple CPU cores and test them with multiple tasks to achive most accurate results.
★RAM bandwidth test :
Scan your total memory and frequently calculates baud rate of your real device while reading and writing into it.
★Internal and External storage test:
Measure write and read time with different file sizes to ensure most accurate results. Also calculates access time to each storage!
★Graphics test :
Draw 3D object and refresh it as fast as it can be in order to calculate Renderer time.As well as Renderer time calculates FPS - frames per second , which is really important to draw graphics object especially in hard games.
★Internet connection test :
Distinguish connection type and download small file from extreme fast servers and counts dowload time and connection speed.Warning: Internet connection test do not counts towards final score!

DESCRIPTION
GPU benchmark with highly realistic dynamic ocean render. App uses OpenGL ES 2.0 and specific shader features.
Making this app started from creation of port of my shadertoy project to ordinal GPU pipeline.
Benchmark supports three quality levels. If you can choose all of them - your device support all needed features.
This app also can be used for relaxation purposes.
Enjoy the photorealistic graphics and test your performance! Post your result to comments.

Some suggestions:
1. make it full screen, hiding the nav bar.
2. use the new Vulkan API that Google provides. Can also be nice to compare it with OpenGL.
3. make the benchmark timed, so that we could compare between devices.
4. allow to send the results to your server, to compare with other devices. Also ask if the device is overclocked, so that it will be a fair comparison.

Thanks for suggestions. I think i'll add some of these to my todo list.
1080p, 35.7 fps, on my Le Eco Pro 3, equipped with snapdragon 801, and 4Gb of RAM.
I don't have any quality options.
I just came here to see if there are others, like, a fire benchmark, or land generation (aka a nicer demo than the old fashioned 4k pc demos from the 2000's era).
For the seascape, it would be nice to see the sun (source of light) every now and so often.
Also evening bench (sunset/rise), and the sky (clouds) look a bit unrealistic, in that they look like a Google maps street view (the top left and right edges of the screen look like it stretche s out the sky canvas)

How about friends, today I bring you a new job I have been doing which makes our xperia games run better without suffering closures in games that require more CPU and more memory.
Warning: This file I'm leaving them is a simple improvement for CPU, memory, GPU at minimum frequencies which could call into question the cpu one underoverclock ie lower frequencies and demand for other parameters of the system, that I saw in firms which brings the default overclock very fast but has conflicts in various aspects in a matter of a lot of trouble to run games
Specifications:
- Activation of CPU cores 4
- Minimum frequency of 300 mhz cpu
- Maximum CPU frequency of 1.19 GHz
- Reduction parameters cpu intensive use
- Reduction of unnecessary command lines
- Better acceleration with synchronized cpu gpu
- Minfree values higher memory applications hosted on play store
- Adj values higher
- Default block size 128kb & 8192kb modified for better readability
- Bug fixes for CPU, GPU, block size
- remove the applications that control the CPU among other things
Requirements:
- Android 4.4.4 if you have android 4.3 I would need to test it
- Root access
- File Manager in this case I use Root Explorer
Installation:
- Move the file to the /system/etc
- Move and Replace
- Permits are the same file to replace
- 0644 Root permissions rw-r-r--
- Root permissions
- Finally restart your terminal and play games
Hello, works very well but be carefull, battery drain very fast !!!!!!
There is no need of this the M2 is playing games well even without this anyways good job.
Tried it on 4.3 JB, device restarts after a min. I'll test on 4.4.4 now.
*EDIT*
Works great on 4.4.4, but for me, the first version.
No sabia que hablabas espanol haha, me pasas el tema que estavas usando?
