Is there such an option on stable 7.0 ota? Are you on it, could you please share a screen shot? I'm on hydrogenos right now.

I'm not talking about beta versions or hydrogenos, but about stable nougat, released two days ago. Anyway, I'm on hydrogenos, and I'm happy with it. It's pretty nice, smooth and battery friendly.

Agree with u . I also like h2os launcher but in oxy4.0 i think they accidently delete it for nu year celebration hurry. I replace oplauncer in oxy 4.0 from beta 7.0 oxyrom but not working. Some .xml or .bin file is missing.

Install Pie beta or?

Will be thinking my mobile later this week and I am wondering if I should install the beta version of Android Pie or stick with Oreo? How stable is the beta version?
I will be unlocking the bootloader and installing Magisk...

It's all OK!
Magisk 16.7 can run on the Pie.
BTW, Xposed are not support Pie.
yea why not..... i mean if you install root and twrp and make a backup of the stock oreo then you can always go back.
Ok, sounds good.. Thx.. ?
Depends of what you're talking about ? The Android P Beta 3 or the OOS beta 1 based on Pie coming in some days/weeks ?
As the OOS B1 is coming out soon if I'd wait a bit...
But well... Do as you want
Aaah, I thought the OOS beta for pie was out...
Wait till open beta 1, the dp builds aren't great
Sounds like a plan.. ?

Anyone still running Oreo instead of Pie?

I downgraded my phone back to Oreo because of Xposed Framework, and Gravitybox. Just curious is anyone else staying on Oreo for now?

I had the temptation to stay because of Xposed. I still feel the OS that the phone shipped with was more polished than Pie
I'm still rocking Oreo until the beta (pie) gets better feedback

Same. I'm wondering what the newest version of the oos camera is? What version you guys running?
With the Gravitybox module from Xposed framework, I'm able to block/disable the notifications to upgrade the system.

Thanks snigor, but the latest release on that post appears to be 5.1.11, which is older than 5.1.18 shared in the OP

FWIW my new OP6 came with 5.1.10, which does not appear to exist (I'm new in all things OnePlus and XDA..), apparently the version jumped form 5.1.9 to 5.1.11, which is the latest (note that the OP mentions 5.1.8 and not 5.1.18
I still don't dare update to OxygenOS 9.0.2, so I've made my life cozy with 5.1.10, TWRP and Magisk.
Cheers.

The OP links to 5.1.8 which is older than the final OOS ver. 5.1.11. There is no 5.1.18.

I'm on OOS 5.1.8. I will put a download link in the first post. I believe the final Oreo release for OOS was 5.1.9, but I wasn't able to find a full zip for that. And the updater only has the option of upgrading to OOS 9.X
With the Gravitybox module from Xposed framework, I'm able to block/disable the notifications to upgrade the system.
My camera version 2.6.108

Thanks, but I meant what version of the camera app. I have oos 5.1.11 which is the newest Oreo that I'm aware of.

Xiaomi.eu stable or weekly?

Hello everyone, so I just flashed stable rom by Xiaomi.eu via unofficial twrp.
It feels cool so far but I don't see any big differences. Is the weekly better? I don't know yet. It doesn't really feel custom to me.
Any advices appreciated!

Go for weekly
Done. Got Weekly 8.11.23. No big difference too. I don't find the hype on upgrading to Xiaomi.eu
Not a huge deal imo. (By the way 8.11.29 causing bootloop. Don't try it)
Question: When a new update comes in Xiaomi EU updater it sents you to TWRP. Now I have TWRP Removed because it's not stable. Can I update Xiaomi EU rom through MIUI recovery 3.0?

The question for me is where to get it?
I would say don't bother chaps, using beta on the 2xl( backup phone while waiting for 7 pro) finding it a bit annoying with few things, and keep in mind nothing really OP is implemented in Q beta, tried it on 6t and most of the things dont work, just sayin,, otherwise OP said that beta be available within a week

Beta is not a daily driver.
Not in a hurry for Q beta, since it needs to shake out a lot of bugs...

Anyone know how to update to a TWRP that supports Xiaomi EU Miui 13 Rom installation on my Redmi K30 Pro Zoom?

If I knew what I know now, I should have stayed in MIUI 12.5.
Some features are gone in MIUI 13.
So, you could have a point there keeping in A11.

I use xiaomi.eu rom, because of the camera swap of the Zoom Edition to my Poco F2 Pro.
Is super smooth and fast, nothing to complain about.
The problem is that it is based on MIUI 13, which removed the forced dark mode on some apps, for example.

Oh okay man. Dark mode isn't really a deal breaker for me so I will just update. Thanks.
