Try flashing a different rom using usb otg :fingers-crossed:

Go to youtube and search for a video referring to how to resurrect bricked oneplus one or another method is to download bacon toolkit and install the stock rom cm11s. If this tool doesnt help then go to youtube so you can get a video demonstration which makes it super easy to play with your device.

Oke i will try

Have you recently changed the volume flex cable/buttons?

Try it out..
There might be two problems due to which you are facing this problem.
1: You might have loaded a wrong recovery. To resolve this problem you may try out the following steps:
>Download Oneplus One Toolbox
>Check out the video below
>Install new recovery via Toolbox
Just in case the video won't play, open youtube and search for How to Root the OnePlus One and Unlock Bootloader and Install Custom Recovery and open video uploaded by xdadeveloper
2: Your Custom ROM and your recovery are not compatible with each other. . To resolve the same, you may try out the following steps:
a: If you want to use custom ROM
>Download Oneplus One Toolbox
>Check out the video below
>Install new recovery via Toolbox and install your custom ROM
b: If you want to you stock ROM
Simply search for " Return your OPO to 100% Stock ROM " in google and open xda link. This process will be done in FASTBOOT MODE.

I can not at all get into fastboot mode. only a recovery mode that always appear

Press vol+ & power button to get into FASTBOOT MODE and for the steps as mentioned in the post. Do download all the files before starting the whole process. One wrong step might result in bricking your phone.
SO BE VERY CAREFUL
99.99% IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THIS METHOD

have you recently changed the volume keys/flex cable? I had the same issue and it turned out they were soldered incorrectly

Not sure if this will help, but I'll post it anyway.
I had the same problem after updating my Nexus 4 to CM 14.1 - it just rebooted back into TWRP no matter what I tried.
I did a search and found the following Linky. I have used it twice and it fixed it for me.
***** This fix wasn't for a Nexus 4, and neither is it for the OPO, so try this at your own risk ****

[Q] Help Needed: Unbrick my P500!

Hi,
I have put more than 12 hours of my time, before creating this thread. I have tried things, but still struck, so thought to post it in a new thread. Thanks for all your time.
Currently struck in,
fastboot mode started udc_start()
I tried, fastboot erase recovery -> fastboot flash recovery recovery.img -> fastboot reboot (successfully). But it still struck at same place after reboot.
I tried with different recovery images, but still the same observation. I tried to boot by key combination (volume down+home+power), still same observation.
Earlier, I installed ROM manager through google play and installed CWM recovery, version 5.xxx (which I feel now is a mistake), as I tried to install CM11 from MukilSoni, which needs CWM version 6.xx +. I am able to go into recovery and select CM11 image through CWM and proceed with install steps. But, after initial selection in CWM (like app install, etc) it rebooted and went into fastboot mode.I checked the log, it ended with some return error 7.
Then, I tried to Google and check how to recover from fastboot mode, but all failed. I didnt tried KDZ method, but thought to hear from you guys before making it more messy.
Glad, if I get any help and appreciate it.
Thanks for reading it and your time.

Did you ever try pull out the battery, reinsert, reboot system with 3 buttons combination? I got several fastboot mode as you're facing, and the system works just fine using above method.
I think you got just soft brick. Please, keep the device stay untouched until someone with such expertise to solve the problem will guide you. I think @akiratoriyama can share his bad experience bricking his lovely p500.
Wish you luck.
PS.
You must to press three buttons a bit longer, do not release it, until recovery mode appearing. Otherwise fastboot mode or blank screen showing instead.

Two years ago I bricked my phone also after using ROM manger. Though I will never ever use this or similar tools again. But at least, if I remember correctly, I could revive my phone with the "fastboot erase recovery" method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1088046. But since you failed is seems to be another problem. I am not a fastboot expert , but since you bricked your phone with ROM manager too, I wanted to share my success story with above mentioned method and installing AmonRa recovery. So maybe you will give it a second try? All I can remember is, that it is extremely important to follow the instructions exactly.

I am also getting help from mukulsoni & others in Official CM11 version 10 thread.
I am able to go into the flash tool (pointed by mukulsoni, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49567169&postcount=45)
and able to go 'Select kernel to hotboot' with recovery.img (CWMod-6.4.0.6-Jan16)
But rebooting by HOME+Volume DOWN+POWER --> goes into CWM recovery of v5.0.2.0 (which i installed initially)
I am thinking, what to do next.
I will keep my progress posted here.
Thanks for listening..

Are you sure that you are booting into cwm v5.0.2.0? Version is listed at the top. If that is true, then either the flash tool failed to flash cwm v6.4.0.6, or you have chosen the wrong recovery.img. This can easily happen since they all have the same name. Try to flash it again, but make sure that you use the correct image.
Also, I believe that you may not have any rom installed, or existing rom might be corrupted. So you may want to flash a cm-9 or cm-10.x rom first, just to stabilize and to be sure that you are healthy. Those can be flashed using cwm 5.0.2.0. I can post a link or two, if you'd like.
Edit: Here is a link to cm-10.1.6:

Thanks @ibub for your helping hand.
I will check why recovery image not upgrading as expected. (I didn't manually download CWM5.xx version to my PC. I got it via ROM manager app, so i hope I haven't chosen wrong image)
Yes, I got CM10.1.6 from your link and installation went successfully and able to boot up..
But, it is very slow. (May be it will take some time?!) I will check it.
Between, @mukulsoni advised to install CWM6.xxx via CWM5.0.2.0. I will check how it goes.

[Q]Help: Can't change custom rom

Hi,
I am new to this site and fairly new to rooting and stuff and need assistance with my Sony Xperia S (LT26i). If i am not in the right pace for this please point me in the right direction. I have installed a custom rom and custom recovery which let me upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.3 which was working fine then when I flashed a different custom rom after that to get 4.4.1 I lost access to my custom recovery. The main issue is that I need help with changing the custom rom I have installed, for some reason I can no longer boot into TWRP or CWM (using power + vol up), the phone simply boots normally and skips the whole process therefore I cannot flash anything. I have looked for hours over the net on how to get into recovery but could not find a solution.
I also assumed that when installing custom recovery and custom roms that you would need to be rooted but when I check with Root Checker it says that I am not. So any assistance would be great

---------- Post added at 01:54 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:51 PM ----------
Here is 4.0.4
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_d8uWGbkaetLThpYzEwZUh5aTg/edit
steps:
how to install the newest Android 4.0.4 for Sony XPERIA S LT26i
a) first of all, check your firmware version (if you already have the newest one, you do not need this tutorial)
b) download and install latest Flashtool from here (mirrors Google Drive or Mega)
c) download also latest Android 4.0.4 (mirror) for Sony XPERIA S LT26i
d) paste the ftf file downloaded in step c) to folder „Firmware“ included in the XPERIA Flashtool
e) open the XPERIA Flashtool, click on flash and choose downloaded firmware, than click ok. Important - if you do not want to delete any data of your phone, just uncheck flashing userdata.sin file. All data will remain in your phone, but sometimes it can cause additional troubles. So it is better (and I recommend that) to do the backup of your personal data, than proceed with clean instalation and then restore your personal data.
f) turn off your phone and when Flashtool shows pop up window, connect phone to PC with holding volume down button
g) after few minutes all is done and your phone gets the new firmware
Here you got 3 ways to update good luck
http://androidteen.com/xperia-s-lt26i-update-to-android-4-1-2-jelly-bean-official-firmware-6-2-b-1-96/
Ok so I successfully downloaded the firmware file but I got an error when using the flash tool, I have attached the log if you can maybe help me out with what went wrong.

The clue's in the error message - you don't have the required drivers installed.
There's a directory named "drivers" under the main flashtool dir. Run flashtool-drivers.exe and install the appropriate drivers. I think "Common Drivers Viskan Board" is the one you need. I ended up installing all of them to get it to flash (which took ages).
Ok so I got it to work, all I had to do was hold down the vulumn down button for like an extra 5 seconds while it began to flash
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it

Hello again
So I have successfully rooted the device and installed TWRP but as before I cannot seem to get into the recovery mode, when I boot the phone with "power and vol +" it doesn't boot into recovery but instead there is a quick glimpse of what I think is the recovery mode (I cant actually see it but something happens for a split second) but it flashes past way too fast then goes to the normal Sony logo and continues booting normally. I have tried this like at least 20 times in the last 2 weeks and have researched other ways to boot into recovery but I can't seem to find anyone with an answer. Do you know what could fix this? Or is there a way to boot into recovery using a computer?

Bricked my Nexus 5, help?

Hey. Just a few days ago I learned hhow to use CWM and all that stuff (what a noob ikr). I installed CM12 and Elemental X kernel. I tried to install Xposed Framework but it did not work and ever since, my phone will not boot up properly. It shows the google logo, shuts down, shows google logo again and then it does the CM12 Boot animation but doesnt do anything after that. I have tried everything. Sadly, I did not have a backup for when this did not occur so I have 1 backup that has this error. I already tried clearing devlik cache and factory reseting from recovery but it doesnt work. I think if someone could tell me a very noob friendky way to install the stock rom would help. Very noob friendly.

Take A look at

I have, but do not understand how to do it.
Easiest way I can think of: The CM12 zip file is still on your phone. Flash it again (+ GApps) to remove Xposed again
Flashing the nightly will clear the /system partition including Xposed and overwrite it with the CM12 system again -> without Xposed. Then you should be able to boot

Clockwork
First of all: Change your recovery to TWRP ( it has MTP available, so you can transfer files from the PC when you are in the recovery ). Use this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/goo...ide-nexus-5-how-to-unlock-bootloader-t2507905
After that, reboot into recovery and TWRP should appear. There, go to " Mount " and tap on " Enable MTP " or something like that. After that, go to your computer and find a ROM that works ( and gapps, if you want) , connect your phone to the computer, after that copy it to your phone. Then go to " WIPE " and swipe to do a factory reset. After that go to install, select your ROM zip and flash it. After that select " Reboot to system " and if it says something about rooting your ROM, deny it ( if you want root, you'll do it later by flashing yourself the latest SuperSU, it is explained in the link with the recovery tutorial ). This should make your phone boot again, having a new ROM installed.

Follow the steps that are in the link, everything is written over there, you don't need ADB Debugging to be activated ( you can't activate it even if you want to since your phone doesn't boot) enter fastboot ( as it is shown in the tutorial and then follow the other steps)

Also, I tried it and it says ADB not found/ fastboot not found. I tried to install these things, but being a super noob, I don't think
I installed them correctly.

Ok. Being that you are a super noob lol.. This could be the easiest option for you at the moment. I will give you a link to Wugs Link which should get you back to stock. But I would recommend that you learn how to use a pc to get your device back to working order in the future. Also there are tons of videos that tech you how to use adb etc. Please just read and look up tutorials and make sure you educate yourself first before diving into stuff that you are really not familiar with. Good luck...

Does it matter that my PC will not recognize my Nexus 5 when I plug it in? It says unspecified device in the add device option in control panel.

It does matter. Go into device manager on your pc. There is probably an icon with a yellow exclamation mark, right click and go to where you can choose a driver from a list on your computer. Choose android adb composite interface.

OK, it sounds like you have a couple issues. No adb/fastboot and no drivers. Google 15 second adb install xda. Install that. That should solve both problems.

Help with Flashing over CM Recovery?!

So a while ago I moved from CM11s to CM12. However, even though I opted not to install CM Recovery it did anyway -.-, thus now I am unable to flash over it with twrp no matter how much I flash it. I have tried flashing it and using a tool from the OPO Forums. Can anybody help me? I need to get Oxygen OS since CM12 has changed my battery life for the worse and has even dropped my calling quality.

Flash TWRP version 2.8.6.0
After the command fastboot flash recovery.... Dont run the next command disconnect the phone and put it off. Press power and volume down and you will go into twrp

I had the same problem and I tried to do various sequences of powering of and go in recovery mode (how all tutorial said) and nothing happens. After I used a Toolkit developed by WugFresh (if I remember correctly), you must only click "Recovery" and it'll install automatically the last TWRP for OPO (or you can choose one).
did you turn off "Update Cyanogen recovery" in developers options?

Project spectrum is a pure AOSP and it is safe to use as a daily driver but I am still waiting for CM13.
There is plenty of action here
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_oppo_f1f
Hope it will be released soon
Project Spectrum ended up bootlooping on my wife's F1. It also seems to have problems with Google Play services.
I'd just exercise a bit of caution if you're going to use this as a daily driver based on my experience.
Also has SD card detections issues, no matr how many tyms reinserted it stil wont detect
UPDATE: i had dis issue last month so i reverted back to color os , but todiah i again instaled spectrum and the SD card bug is gone, sd works fine now

Can I ask how you fixed the boot loop issue? I picked up an F1 on Thursday from Optus and installed Spectrum, decided to return to ColorOS this morning, so followed instructions on Oppo website and downloaded the file etc. then when the phone attempted to install ColorOS, it started boot looping and the black screen where it shows the install process. I don't know what to do since it has been doing it for two hours now (boot loops to that screen each time is 'starts' itself again.
Local Optus store where I purchased the phone advised they cannot help me and referred me to OPPO, so I am sitting back at home with no idea what I should do (my phone has not been rooted or anything).
Thanks

I just did exactly what you attempted - flashed ColorOS back on. Mine is the optus variant too. Which version of ColorOS are you trying to flash?

It was the latest version from the link that Ricky supplied in the OPPO forum. I cannot do anything with the phone. It just brings up the message on the screen each time the phone is turned on:
Updating, please wait
Don’t uninstall the battery or do other operations!
Estimated time remaining is 3 minutes
I have spoke to OPPO Australia (very unhelpful) who advised that I need to plug the phone into the computer and turn it on (which I did) and it still does the same thing. The consultant has referred me back to OPTUS to send the phone off for warranty. I've had the phone less than 48 hours.
Sorry to hear that man. I'm not sure what that could be. Have you made sure the download wasn't corrupted by comparing the MD5?

As instructed by OPPO technical support, I went to the Optus store who advised that they will send it off next week for assessment by their technicians.
Does it work for F1 Plus or just normal F1??
my phone is f1f unlocked TWRP recovery
I installed this rom all working fine .. but I lost recovery
now i can't install any roms
and i can't install any recovery
i had the same issue. After flashing the spectrum beta I decided to go back to stock. then when I flashed the file that was given by that Ricky guy my phone started to bootloop then. i tried a file which I downloaded from the oppo website it wont flash its saying that my system has been modified. install failed. i think that Ricky guy wants us to be stuck with the firmware he made so when we want to go back to stock colorOS he will ask for money.
I ask you how to restore the official original android 5.1.1 because my current recovery model is twmp 3.0.2.0

Open the project spectrum update zip with 7zip(or similar) and drag and drop the recovery.img from project spectrum into your fastboot folder them put your phone into fastboot mode and connect to pc. Open fastboot folder in cmd line and type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (if recovery .img name is wrong then replace with correct name). This should put back project spectrum recovery so you can flash back to official colouros from there.
If this doesn't work I suppose I could right a fastboot script that will flash back to colouros.

i did what you said. These are all the img in project spectrum. recovery.img, recovery_4_4, recovery_4_3 , reserve 4 img and boot.img. so i tryed using fastboot for all of them. None of the recovery ones give back my recovery it just bricks my phone and cant turn on. So i then have to do fastboot flash recovery boot.img and my phone turns on. So i cant get my recovery back and i have to flash boot.img just to turn in on and from then on i have to hold vol down and power to turn phone on . for some reason recovery.img does nothing just bricks phone
