Thanks, i also contacted huawei and they said, that there is no firmware to download.
Is this firmware for austria too? Cause in the description are only Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Portugal listed.
The only problems i have whit that firmware is, that there is no toolbar to turn Wi-Fi, Bluetooth ... on / off and the "2G only, 2G/3G Automatically" Setting is missing in the network menu.

First you must be ROOT
Second with Root Explorer app, go to the folder "data" and see the contents of custom.bin
Depending on the file custom.bin say, is as it should rename folders CUST.
For example if it says "Orange/dm", that means that inside the folder "CUST" the folder must exist "Orange" and within it another folder "dm".
If not there you can rename the folder "Channel" to "Orange" and within it you choose to rename the folder to "dm" much of the country that depends on where you live, could be renamed folder "namerica" to "dm" or "neeurope" to "dm"
Finally do a factory reset

custom.bin contains only "hutchison/at"
So i created inside the CUST folder the folder "hutchison" and inside it the folder "at" and copied the content of "hw" into it.

After factory reset only the boot animation changed (from the Android text to a Huawei logo), but the toolbar is still not present.

There i found a link to the B330 update zip before i thought it was yet another false download but i download it en put the dload map
out the zip file on the root of my SD-card and perform the update thru system update and then lokal update option.
when i press that my restart itself and then i came in the android update menu and i cannot believe my own eyes he was installing the update and now i,m the proud of an ascend G6-U10 with kitkat version 4.4.2 .
i will make photos of my phone info and will them attached in this thread as prove.
so if you also whant it on youre phone just download the B330 update.zip from the site i listed in the description
when you have downloaded it unzip it and then you hook youre phone on the computer and then put the dload map directly on the main-root of youre sd-card and then you go to settings-about phone-system update-and then you select lokale update and then he will ask you if you whant to make an back-up you can but i did it without an backup but if you whant besure about it then you can make an back-up you phone will reboot automaticly in to the android update program and it will install the update and then will reboot 2 times and bij the second the phone will take a will for the first time booting up.
and then when it boot up to mainscreen you can set the language to any one and then just signin with youre google account and then you also have kitkat 4.4.2 on the Ascend G6-U10.

I found thuis update too, on androidhilfe. I am from the netherlands also. This rom is a great improvement, brightness controller is now working as it is supposed to work.
It is fast, only disadvantage is that it is rather big. So it leaves few space for installing other apps. I will try to root my phone to remove some system apps.

Don't want to start a Dutch enclave here, but living in The Netherlands, this works great. All we have to find is a new way to root our device. RootGenius, KingoRoot and Towelroot all fail. Any suggestions?

This rom is only for G730 U00,
What is working:
Everthing is working as far as tested.
Bugs:
Fingerprint lock cause of handset issue.
Installation Instruction
(1) flash CWM recovery on Huawei G730 U00.
(2) put Huawei G730U00 Galaxy S5.zip on your SD card.
(3) Power off your phone and pull out battery for about 5 seconds and put it back
(4) Press (Power Button+Volume Up) to enter into CWM recovery mode.
(5) Before flash, perform Wipe data factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik.
(6) Install zip from sdcard>>find Huawei G730U00 Galaxy S5.zip from your sdcard. and flash it.
(7) After flashed, perform Wipe Data & factory reset, and Reboot.
That's it!!

Hello guys I have a 4c on KitKat I want to upgrade it's os but it is not getting ota and no update on hisuite

And now I am pretty confused as u can see in the screenshot it's a b130 which shows its Russian but before b130 it says c185 which indicates Pakistani device Kindly guide me which one to download I have downloaded the update from huawei official site but in the document it says can only be applied to b120 or b067.
I haven't tried installing it because I don't want to brick it and I haven't tried changing region although Im familiar with this stuff on my other device(MotoG) because 1)it's my friends device 2)I don't want to void warranty
What you guys says will it brick or update will be halted with error message(I'm not familiar with huawei phones)

Dude,
U need to flash stock rom's secro.img
This happened because ur device's IMEI is either corrupted or wiped
Fixes :----->
1. Flash secro.img of stock rom OR
2. Only If stock rom installed , install mtk engineering mode apk and then repair IMEI
