[Q] Need help H810 reboots when trying to uninstall apps - AT&T LG G4

Hello, I just got a LG G4 and whenever I try to uninstall any apps I've downloaded the phone just reboots and doesn't remove the app. Has anyone got any idea how to fix this issue?

Warranty/ board replacement will be the fix.
It could be a battery issue. But most likely hardware problem.

If I already read, it seems that I am not the only one with the same problem really is very annoying to have to format every time I want to uninstall the applications and to leave everything as it was

the problem is due to upgrade to MM and also you can't lock your phone with password when you click on security an unknown error comes! i have same problem then i downgrade it to LP knowing that my BL is locked so that my phone is bricked and stuck on 9008 mode , someone also post the solution of 9008 but the files he provided is for older models not for my latest MM one, so my advice to you wait for new update or discuss this matter with LG Support and don't try to downgrade !

I have the same problems. It is very annoying not to be able to uninstall any app.
Software Version H81020n. I updated via adb because I'm not in USA and can't get a ATT simcard.
Did someone find any solution to this?
Thanks.

Download screenshot ux, it works on unrooted phones.
U have to download a desktop installation file, connect your phone in charge mode, and then activate the service. Its quite a bit, but totally worth it.

All mentioned ROMs support v20 only, so you have to switch to newer baseband. I've heard LGMDP is the best tool for this purpose.

Need tool to access my phone via PC
I have accidentally installed a theme that is probably of higher resolution than my phone screen. Now in locked mode the unlocking option/pattern/graphics is not visible as it is 'spilling out of screen'. Android debugging is on in my device (thankfully). Please suggest me a tool/method using which i can control the phone using PC(or atleast unlock the phone). I (obviously) cannot install anything on my phone, i found some such apps that need installation on phone.
Last option is to flash my phone in recovery with a ROM, but i dont want to do that if other ways possible. my phone is on MIUI ROM developed on 26/9/12

Can anyone who updated to OE2 try using Odin3 to go back to OCF? As you know, OCF has successful Root for it that doesn't trip the Knox counter.
If OE2 doesn't get Knox-free Root later, I want to know if downgrading to OCF via Odin is an option.

lost Software upgrades

Hello All,
I have an unlocked AT&T LG G3 phone which I used with AT&T number till April 2015. Later, I left the country and now using it with Airtel.
After I left AT&T, there were 2 software upgrades for the phone, I received none.
I checked with AT&T, they said they will not support now, contact LG.
LG said, I will get updates when it is available, but no luck.
Can someone help ?? Thanks.

I am not sure, I was on the latest MM update from Verizon.
My phone got wet a few months back and my NFC has not been able to turn on since. Also, I was also having issues adding fingerprints though I could use fingerprints that were in there before. I thought maybe doing an ODIN flash may help atleast verify it isnt software related.

You always bootloop when downgrading a major version. Have to factory reset in recovery and then you'll be fine.
