Can only access fastboot and TWRP - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I was trying to flash TWRP on my OPO and when I pressed restart, a message appeared suggesting me to also flash superSU and so I flashed it. That's it. I don't have access to the ROM, not even bootlooping. At this point how can I flash Pure Nexus? ADB Sideload won't work. It's stuck at "Starting ADB sideload feature. . .". Nothing will happen if I connect the phone to my PC and after a while it vibrates and I get "Failed" in red. Will an OTG cable solve my problem? I am willing to buy one tomorrow morning.

Clear all your partitions, by advanced wipe in TWRP.. Flash any rom.. For root always use SuperSu zip package and not the Twrp supersu prompt..

This happened to me also. Flash your new ROM using an OTG pendrive via TWRP. Hope this helps!

I used the OPO Tool to flash CM11S, flashed TWRP, flashed 7.0 N over TWRP, had an instant regret (unstable) and got back to CM13 again over TWRP.
Thanks!

Bricked?

Hey,
so i was on nighlty CM12 and wanted to switch to CM13.
After i downloaded everything i booted to twrp and flashed the CM13 nightly zip and opengapps for 6.0.
Then i think i made the mistake. I thought i had to update the recovery so i switched to "Flash Images" and flashed the CM13 recovery to the recovery partition.
After flashing the cache i waited like 20 minutes and it was stuck on "Powered by android" screen.
So now it is still hanging there. Device is recognized as ADB device but adb devices show "unauthorized".
Booting with Vol+and Power results in a black screen + the device is shown in the device manager as "QHSUSB_BULK"
Do i have to try the hard brick method or are there other ways?
(I tried to install the qualcomm drivers but im getting an error about broken drivers)
I hope someone can help me
Do you make any backup of your ROM before flashing

Rom.zip Deleting Itself When Used In Updater

Hello guys, i did a lot of research before coming here and nothing seems to help me.
The Story is.. I updated to nougat, unlocked it, flash twrp, flash supersu and it showed no sim. So i tried wiping the phone and flash nougat again. Phone keeps booting on TWRP. So i flash Xiaomi.eu 6.12.1(the one i use before update to nougat). Still booting on TWRP, i read somewhere if your phone keeps booting on twrp, get to fastboot and type "fastboot continue" , and the phone finally boot to miui and now im on xiaomi.eu 6.12.1 bootloader locked.
The problem is when i try to update using updater, the phone reboot to MI logo and shuts the phone down .When i turn it on its still not updated and the rom.zip is deleted, i tried different version same thing happens. TIA!

Phone reboots to system when connnected to pc while in TWRP mode

Hi all!
My phone is rebooting when I try to flash/boot TWRP.
I've tried all versions of TWRP and the only one that works is the one made from xiaomi.eu team, but I can't flash others ROM with it, just xiaomi.eu roms.
When I run the code boot TWRP, it starts up and I can use it for 5 seconds, and then it reboots to system. If I flash TWRP and then boot, the same thing happens.
Even when it works, I'm able to use TWRP and flash a ROM, when I'm going to connect my phone to the PC while in TWRP, it reboots.
Sometimes I can flash/boot it, use it to format data (and decrypt miui) while connected to the PC. But after format data, I need to reboot to TWRP, when I do that, I can use just for 5 seconds and it reboots to the system.
What should I do in order to stop it rebooting to system when I connect it to the PC? I can't install custom roms because I need to wipe system first and then reboot to TWRP, but if I reboot, I may or may not reboot do the non existing system.
Also, it sometimes reboots to system when I connect it to the PC while in fastboot mode (whitout TWRP installed).
Exit all softwares on your PC which are using adb, for example, the Xiaomi Assistant.

I accidentally wiped everything, including the OS

I have a lenovo k6, was trying to install this LineageOS, now I can't even get to the TWRP screen, when I press volume up+power it just stays in the lenovo initial white screen, is there anything I can do to fix it?
Also when I connect the usb, nothing appears in my PC.
If you don't have backups then all you can do is restore your phone as new.
Take it to authorized service center and let them flash the Stock ROM

I bought this phone 3 years ago, there's no warrant anymore
Hey there i was trying to root my device with twrp( v2.6.3). My phone is htc one m7. I wiped everything by mistake. Now i just see the twrp screen thats all. And my phone dont have OS. I tried to install roms with twrp but i had an error like "twrp error flashing zip updating partition details". What should i do?
Boot to bootloader. Using your PC, Fastboot boot twrp (don't install, just boot). While in twrp, sideload install the rom.

USB debug off, can't getting flash and stuck in twrp logo

Hello,
I was updating my pixel ROM version from the "Phone Setting". After getting all backup and downloaded updates, I've got an approach to auto-update on recovery mode. Where I have installed the TWRP on my phone recovery. After installing the update, it has been stuck in the TWRP logo.
When I tried for the fastboot access with the USB cable in the platform tool directory command, then I got that I'm not able to flash with the ADB. Because, at a previous time, I turned off the USB debugging from the developer settings.
I'm stuck in this moment now. Can anyone help me to recover this?

Stock updates via OTA update cannot be applied to devices that have TWRP installed because the OTA update requires being able to boot into stock recovery to apply the update. That is why your device is stuck at the TWRP logo, because your device needs to boot into stock recovery so it can finish applying the update but you have TWRP instead of the stock recovery that it is looking for and trying to boot into.
If you can't get USB debugging enabled, there is nothing you can do.
