Normally after Eluga gets to 45% it will throw 40016, at that point unplugging the phone and powering on the phone eventually brings you to the encryption error reset phone option, at that point pressing reset after abit brings you to setup screen. The error is normal rebooting back to recovery is odd.... I would try again either on another PC or USB port.

Which version of mobile upgrade Q? 5.0.0? Have you tried manually putting phone in download mode? (Power, volume up, volume down held simultaneously until red/black screen, then release, then volume up until screen goes black, your now in download mode)

I'm out of suggestions, sorry. Perhaps try running on a different PC. If the phone is powered off and the software places phone in download mode, does it fail in the same place as when you manually start in download mode?

Yes for mobile upgrade q it finishes the download of software from the server bu when it downloads the software to the phone stuck @99 percent then red errors. While in eluga firmware it gives 40016.
Will be trying at another px

I was trying to root my Galaxy Tab 2 for the first time. The process started, but failed. Now I'm stuck on the "firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen. The device will turn off and back on, but remains on error screen. Seems to be trapped in download mode (as I can still see the download progress bar). Go Mobile and Odin say the device has connected to PC.
Anyone know of anything to fix this? Should I just revert to stock ROM and try again later?

I cannot boot into download mode. When I turn it off, it simply flashes off for a few secs then goes back to the error screen on its own. Does the same thing when I turn it back on myself. No logo screen. No droid. Nothing.
EDIT: Unplugged device entirely and retried the stock ROM in Odin. Finally worked! Looks like it might be fixed now.

I think my cord might have an issue (or they're just testy in general). I was noticing the battery wasn't fully charging for a while before all this. After the whole brick issue, I plugged it in to charge and it started flashing the "loading charge (empty battery + loading circle)" screen on and off until I unplugged and re-plugged it. I suspect that this is why the rooting failed in the first place.
Hi you may use cf auto root for gt p5113 with odin.this happend to me couple days ago.

I also bricked my tablet. Searched wide and low for ideas on how to fix. But I can't find a thing. I cannot get into Odin mode or recovery. Just hangs on the battery charging screen. My windows 7 computer can't even recognize it in Kies or odin. Yes the tablet is rooted.
I have a Samsung S6 (SM-G920V) Verizon 32 GB. It was rooted with Ping-Pong Root (apk).
I try to install TWRP. At the restart, my cell phone would not start more. Apparently it was not compatible with my version of mobile phone.
TWRP not installed, so I understand.
When I turn it on, it stays on a light-blue screen.
I try to install a stock firmware with Odin3 but the application remains frozen with the message 'NAND write start!' for several hours. And sometimes the status message 'Set Partition' appears in the box where it should say 'PASS' at the conclusion flashing.
You have a solution? What?
If I can give links to the files you need, also they are grateful.
Are you in download mode with the phone when you are trying to odin back to stock? Silly question but I have to ask.

The bootloader is locked on Verizon. No custom recoveries for our phones.
I had trouble getting Odin to work on mine once. I went back and forth with 3.09 and 3.10, closed odin, opened it back up and it finally took. Try a different USB port if you have one.

What I meant was, what button combination are you using to get into download mode?
Are you doing it like this?
Power Down the Galaxy S6
Press and Hold the Home Button, Power Button and Volume Down Buttons at the Same Time
Continue Holding These Buttons Until You See a Special Download Mode Menu
Once You See that Download Mode Menu, Immediately Let Go of Those Buttons
You’ll Need to Press the Volume Up Button to Accept the Warning
If so, what firmware are you trying to flash? Did you check MD5?
Have you tried a different cable?
Different USB port?
Even a different PC? (If one is available)

Is the file from this post the one you have been trying? With your problem, it should be. This is a full wipe tar.
Also, make sure kies isn't open the same time Odin is.

Yes, I'm doing that.

Yes, I checked MD5 both.
The cable used is provided by Samsung.
I tried three different USB ports, always in the same PC.

If that doesn't work, some people have reported having luck restoring their phones using Samsung Smart Switch. It's main purpose is to transfer data from one phone to another but it also has "Emergency Recovery" and "Software Update and Initialization" sections.
Here is a YouTube video to help you out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8AZyalTf5Y

Hi- I flashed Marionette's CM 12.1 Saturday. Yesterday the phone screen was off, slow to turn-on, with a flashing LED and battery meter showing 0%.
Plugging it in didn't make battery meter go above 0%.
A couple hours later it started rebooting (to the Alcatel Onetouch screen)- constantly- all night I believe, or until the battery ran dead.
I've mashed keys for a couple hours. I can get into Download but not TWRP.
The Mobile Upgrade app says it can't find any connected devices- same for adb commands from the Linux machine I originally rooted from. Any help?
I can't access any logs, because it's stuck in bootloop.

This is the right place, but nobody has a clue how only your device has this problem.
Flashing firmware with Mobile Upgrade Q is tricky, really tricky.
I had to hassle with making my PC recognize the phone for at least half an hour, trying out different combinations.
Sadly,I was mindlessly testing,so I can't remember what I did to make it recognize.
I think you have to enter download mode, hold the power button, or the volume button or both while connecting the phone.

Thanks! I can get the phone recognized by Mobile Upgrade, but the phone is in download mode (it turns on each time I plug in a usb cable).
Then the phone spontaneously reboots a little way into the upgrade.
well if you have a ps4 plug it in while its off it showed the battery charging screen so i went to my pc opened the alcatel mobile upgrade then i unlpugged from ps4 then to my pc and bam! it recognized it ^^ or some other method to get it charging while its off

Thank, you, but... whut? It may be charging. That's not the problem. It won't stay off when it's plugged-in, and the phone keeps restarting in the middle of Mobile Upgrade- causing Mobile Upgrade to freeze.
Hi Guys.
If device is rooted, Alcatel check that on Mobile Upgrade tool. At +/- 20% instalation stop and device reboot.
Regards.

Oh, ****. Guess there is no hope?
What would Alcatel do if I sent it in for warranty replacement? Could I get lucky and have them replace it?
What else to do with this phone? Sell it for parts?

I did have TWRP installed. Any chance it is still there after aborted Mobile Upgrade?
I have never been able to get into Recovery through hardware keys- maybe there is a combo/trick that someone know that could get me into recovery.
I've tried so many different ways...
Try this. Open the mobile Q app than plug in your phone usb. Now put your phone into download mode [power+volume up, down], download mod will appear. At the download mode screen hold UP until screen go black now just click upgrade. Remember your phone must be plug in before you put it in download mode. just did two days ago from aicp rom with no problem. Hope that help. I've never have any problem with my device[6045i] being rooted and restore thru mobile Q or maybe i just got lucky.
I was trying to root my phone, and it passed, then wouldn't go past the boot logo. So I tried to flash my phone to a stock rom, but I accidentally used a rom for a different build. My phone's build is G920AUCS4CPG1. I can't find a stock rom for my phone, and I can't get it to go past the boot logo, even after getting into recovery and trying to delete the cache and factory reset the phone. Please help asap. Btw carrier is AT&T
EDIT: Had it plugged into a charger, guess it's not charging now? It's hooked up and it shows the battery icon but it's empty and not recharging. Buttttt, if I unplug it from the charger and hold the power button and volume down, it turns off and goes back to the samsung logo.

Can you please explain in a little more detail? I greatly appreciate the response though. My model is SM-G920A and my build number is G920AUCS4CPG1, if you can find my stock firmware that'd be amazing.
Just google sammobile firmware website and put your model no. There and select your varrient country and download latest firmware for your varrient and you can download latest odin.exe from below page after downlading your firmware you need to put your phone into donwload mode swtich offf your phone then press volume down and power button toghter you will get a warning message just continue now open odin on your pc and connect your mobile you have to extract firmware zip and you will get 4 File put all file on their button in odin and clixk start and wait untill firmware flash complet after that you phone will reboot automaticly if you stuck into bootloop just force restart your phone and go into recovery wipe data and catch you will back your phone sorry for my bad english if you did not flash anything or root your phone then you can try wiping methode maybe its work

More can not help
You can try Alcatel's own software, namely Mobile Upgrade Q (download here), which will reflash stock firmware onto your phone and is designed to recover bricked and/or bootloop phones. You will lose your data though.
Both solutions did not work and issue remain unresolved.
Any recommendation probably using adb commands to unbrick ?
\knowing that developer options are not enabled and there is no way to enable it because the phone is bootlooping
