hello there!~ i just want to ask regarding downloading official firmware for LG-E400, i read tips from this forum link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2287573 and i followed the steps but i wasn't able to download the firmware i wish..
my device is LG - E400, It say's there that i can get my serial number at the back of my device upon removing the battery, this is what i saw:
LG CE 0168 !
IMEI: 3518**-05-98****-0
S/N: 206C**98****
LG-E400
Made by LG
is S/N stands for my serial numbers?
or is the IMEI: is my serial number? i believe it is the S/N but as i follow that the forum say's,
1. Find your LG phone model and serial number. [You will have to take out the battery to find the serial number/]
2. TYPE in the following URL or COPY AND PASTE (do not click on link it will not work) it in the URL Line: http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/svc/po...eck.jsp?model=[model]&esn=[serial_number]
Now replace the [MODEL] and the [SERIAL NUMBER] with your phones model and serial number.
3. Hit enter to load the page. Now the page should be blank less a string. In order to view the information you have to view the page source code:
a) On Firefox: Tools --->Web Developer --->Page Source (Cntrl + U or Cmd + U)
b) On Safari: Right click blank area anywhere on the page, select View Source in the menu.
c) On Internet Explorer: View --->Source
d) On Chrome: Click Customize and Control at the right of URL Line --->Tools --->View Source
4. Find the number inside <ESN></ESN> line.
5. Type in the following address in the URL Line: http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b...heck2.jsp?esn=[esn_number]
6. Replace the [esn_number] with the number you got from the first source code.
7. Load the page which should be blank again and just view source code using the above mentioned method.
8. You will then see all of the information about your particular phone including your firmware update link which would lay between <SW_URL></SW_URL>.
9. Copy the URL into your URL Line and hit enter. The download should start automatically.

Steps To Update To Android 6
Save the downloaded file to Root of SD Card and follow instructions :
Method 01 [Reported By Many Users]
Just Save the downloaded file to Root of SD Card [External Memory Card and not Internal Memory] and go to Settings --> About Phone --> System Updates. Update will be auto recognized and user will be prompted to apply update. In case update is not recognized and do not get any update prompt, then try Method 02.
Method 02 :
With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Recovery mode"
Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode.
You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark.
While holding down the Power button, press the Volume Up button.
Phone will auto reboot to Recovery Mode.
Using Volume Down Button highlight Apply update from SD Card and press Power Button.
From the contents of SD Card Listed, using Volume Up / Down button select dowloaded .zip File and press Power Button.
Updatation Process will start. It will take about 30 Mins to complete updatation.

@DieOrange - It is Genuine. It is downloaded directly Moto Servers. The ones posted in other threads are for Brazillian Versions. This is Indian Version.

Hello, i have a lenovo tab 2 a7 tablet,currently running Lolipop 5.0 .While searching for tools to root it (kinda a newbie on the android stuff) a page redirected me to this page : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60770086&postcount=352 and installed the FastBoot Recovery Launcher, thinking it's an automated tool, i installed it, wrote "ACCEPT" and typed T1.The tablet entered a com screen and it curently says " L1: USB Transferring...; L2: Usb Transmission OK Time : 6ms Vel : 30533KB/s"

Hi, I tried flashing the TWRP Recovery (downloaded via link in your thread) using the scatter file provided with the revoery image.
While trying to flash, this pops up: "PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded."
I tried to use scatter file downloaded directly from your thread, but after successful flash I can't boot into recovery at all, phone just turns off.
Do I need to use CyanogenRecovery (it works properly)? (I prefer TWRP)
Could you help, please?

This is a recovery problem, you should contact its dev. Although maybe I'll buil twrp one day if the one out there is that buggy

I had GPS slow fix and A-GPS problems also with Stock...
GPS Part is not in this ROM's Engineering Menu available (probably some APK's missing), so I didn't tested it - planing to do it today...
But this ROM is fast and all works stable, very good to start with.
I miss some Features seen in Stock and CM:
- Virtual Operator Network Name not shown - only real network - in Stock ROM it was OK
- no National Data Roaming feature (only Data Roaming), saw this on some CM builds and Samsung phones
- if I'm in roaming I don't see the connected data technology (4G,3G,H,E,G) - only the R standing for Roaming - in national data roaming (Virtual operators) is it annoying - but data works OK.

Hi, thanks for anyone who was helping me the last few days!
Today i succeded in converting my International "Xiaoxin Pad Plus" to international "P11 5g" !
This it what i did:
A) Boot Tablet to FFBM:
Power off
Press Up, Down, Power + insert USB
Release Power few seconds after the Lenovo screen appears
Select boot to bootloader
Select boot to FFBM
Wait until FFBM is displayed on screen
B) Change NV-RAM:
Install NV_Ram_Reader
Install Qualcomm USB Driver
Open NV-RAM Reader and Set right Port, press connect
Put Range 6858-6858, then press read, save file
Open new file, change 01 to 02 and save
Check file again for value 02
Back to NV-RAM Reader, press write, select file with "02" in it.
Chill
Put Range 2497-2497, then press read, save file
Open new file, change "43 4E 58 58" to "4B 52 58 58" and save
Check file again for "4B 52 58 58"
Back to NV-RAM Reader, press write, select file with "4B 52 58 58" in it.
Reboot tablet - now maybe bootloop with "software incompatible" appears and tablet shuts itself down.
This is fine =)
C) Change Software: (This works fine on latest W11)
Install Lenvo LSMA from here: (only latest version works, needs Lenovo-ID)
Rescue and Smart Assistant (RSA) - Lenovo Support DE

Login to LSMA and select "recover"
Put a valid serial of TB-J607Z

any hints on why it is giving me the same config file error with any lolinet roms from this folder? (Some file is not found even tho it is right in the folder), is the path to long?
Or do I have to flash those roms with something else then qfil?
