Dload method of Android 5.1.1 Firmware under Android 6.0 environment won't work.
I suggest you follow the steps in this thread: Safe way to get back to B112 (android 5.1.1) from B205 or B209 (android 6.0)
Get back to B112 first, and try update to 6.0 again.

thank you for your reply.
there's one of the steps that says to copy files in the internal storage, but how can i do that while the device won't turn on?
You can mount sd in TWRP.
Look at the other thread where I helped someone else with similar problem last week.

thank you very much for your reply.
can you please post the solution link from that thread here.
Look there
You photo shows a screen wich comes up, if you start the recovery2. This comes up on pressing VOL+ and been USB connected.
If you want to dload via 3 finger method unconnect USB.

i want to clarify that i don't have TWRP installed.
i tried putting B112 from this thread in (dload\update.app) in the external sd card
and then pluged the usb and held the power button with vol+ and vol-
and it started installing but i'm stuck at 5% for more than 60 minutes ?!
i'm really confused, what am i missing
.
This means that the update.app can not update. The reason is that the existing rom does not fit to the 112 update.
Which version did you have instated before?

i just tried the Power and vol+ and vol- without usb connected
with SDcard inside with (dload\update.app) B112 GEM-703L
and i still get error.
is there any program like odin that i can format huawei phones with ?
.
no there is isn't.
We seem not to find out which system resides on the phone.
flash TWRP for Android 5.11 on recovery2 partion:
fastboot flash recovery2 twrp.img
(use instead of twrp.img the exact filename which you have)
First try the newest Twrp.
Start the TWRP while your device is connected to usb and you hold VOL UP key on start.
Then press wipe and do the factory reset: wipe cache, dalvic and system.
Then format internal SD via TWRP.
Then return to bootloader mode via holding VOL MINUS key on start.
You can try to extract the boot, system, recovery from several versions and flash them via adb.
Always copy the update.app to external sd inside a folder /dload on root of the external SD
Start with the files for B112 : extract them to your adb directory and copy update.app to exernal SD /dload.
Flash the 3 files and start device with all buttons pressed.
Repeat this up to 4 times if it fails.
If it still fails, then try Version B202 (only use the update.app of B202 do NOT unzip update.zip and exctrace the included update.app for 211. This will not work and lead you in deeper problems)
If this still fails, try Version B003.
If dload is successful, then install the next higher update.app : factory reset on EMUI including format internal SD and then B106
If you are successful on B106 then just dload B112
if you are successful on B112 start patitional update (this is update.zip in /dload folder)
If you are successful on B202 then install neweset TWRP and internaltion B202
if you are successful on B211 then intall newest TWRP and KANGVIP 211

Yes, you are doing right but effect is not right... Did you unlock bootloader yourself? Are you sure it is unlocked? Sometimes it is NOT unlocked even though it is so written!

i don't know if it's locked or unlocked ?
can you please guide me how to know and confirm that to you.
i still have hope that this issue can be solved.
thank you so much ( audioralf , trurl3 ) for your caring and responding.

Well simply press Return. If flash is successful your Bootloader is Really unlocked.

Ti unlock bootloader use DC-unlocked for 4 EUR. Our try this:
Joseph reported to get bootloader code immediately via Chinese website: 'To calculate unlock code I used chinese version of http://emui.huawei.com/ and created account.
After login into my account I went on that page: https://emui.huawei.com/plugin/unlock/index
I agreed and confirmed and on the next page I just filled S/N, IMEI and ID.
There is also english version, but for me it was not working (broken verification code image). '
Type
fastboot oem unlock xxxx

We saw this often. It might be a relock via the vendor which closes the bootloader, but message 'unlock' remains. All people who unlocked were successful after this.
Replace xxxx with the bootloader code you receive on this page, or you via dc-unlocker software

I'm having a similar issue. I have twrp and bootloader unlocked. I can get into fastboot and twrp, but nothing else. Just hang on boot. My phone is 703L B211, but I'm not sure if my mucking about changed that. I've done a few factory resets from twrp in between installing a few different roms to try and fix it. It originally bricked when I tried to install SuperSU, and I'm feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out where to begin fixing it. What guide should I "start at"? What firmware, roms, etc. do I need to install, and in what order? I'm so confused.
search for systemless root and type the command in twrp command window.
Then see if device starts.
If you havn't installed any rom or dload, write wich version you were on as last.
If you tried to flash or install anything write down what you did.

I think i know what you have done wrong, you didnt flashed the rollback package.
Here you have the rollback package for your device http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=92134&version=363841&siteCode=it-h
Here you have the firmware, just to be sure it's the corect one http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=92104&version=360397&siteCode=it-h
Now the proces is simple.
First, unzip the rollback package, copy the update.app to dload folder and do the force update (Press and hold Volume UP+Volume Down+Power Button)
Second do the same things but now with the update.app from the B131 firmware zip.
DONT PUT BOTH update.app at once. First the rollback update.app and then the B131 update.app.

I had some strange things at BUILD when i flashed the rollback too, but there wasnt any problem. So when i flashed the B131 everything was fine. Try doing a factory reset on B300 and then flash again the B131. I dont know what to say more, but here is why you have this problems, because you tried to flash B131 over B360....
Yes I did some factory reset and wipe but still fail when I install B131 :/
Do you think there is a solution ?

There is always a solution, don't get panicked. Remember that once you unlocked your phone your warranty got voided. So I don't think Huawei's customer service will give you any advice with your problem.
Try following this:
Can you get into "bootloader"?
If yes, try to extract the needed image files from the B360 update that you used before and follow this guide provided by @eksasol https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70620803&postcount=9
This video gives you an idea on how to use the Huawei Firmware Extractor Tool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAtoaL6i_i0
A good note of advice I'll give you my friend. If you get to fix your phone once more, don't tried anything else on it until you are more proficient on how to solve problems by searching and learning from other members' experiences. Use the forum's search tool and you'll find many posts related to your question. I've been helping you through private messages for several issues so far. Don't take me wrong but even though we members like helping others we can't be your private customer care consultants. Hope you can recover your phone's functionality once more.
Regards,
I don't have acces to bootloader, since the developer option is bugged and i can't enabling usb debugging, so i can't reboot on bootloader

As far as I know you don't need the debugging option to access the bootloader and use the "fastboot" commands to push the image files.
Just turn off your phone connect it to your computer and use the "Volume down + power on" procedure to get into bootloader.
On the other hand, if for some reason the "OEM unlocking" option was disabled in your phone's /settings/developer options/ then that's gonna be a problem I think, but I'm not a 100%. This might not let you flash the image files through fastboot. Try it and let me know.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood what I wrote. Let me clarify myself, to get to bootloader you turn off your phone first, then by pressing "volume down/power on" simultaneously until you feel the phone vibrating and see the blue screen. This should get you to the bootloader.

Remember to connect your phone first to your computer using the usb/type C cable before attempting to go to the bootloader. I you fail to do this the phone will just reboot normally.

Good. But I don't think flashing TWRP will work but give it a try. I know this from my own experience. What you really need is to flash the recovery.img from the B360 update.zip using fastboot command. That way you'll be able to use the dload method and flash the rollback update.app and after that the update.app from the B131 full zip. That should get you back to stock.

So I extracted and flashed via fastboot boot.img, system.img, recovery.img from B360( there are no cust.img in the archive)
After I wipe and reboot. Then install rollback update.app, then update.app B131 but it fail at 25%
But now menu working good and I oculd install a keyboard and do what i want. Maybe i will just stay like this. All is working and i'm on B360. It doesn't matter if I have no root

how to restore my emui
Hello, hopefully someone can save me
I have my GEM703L
my problem is the next
I wanted to update it via OTA and it failed
I wanted to install the room, but I failed.
Now my cell phone turns on and off all the time without stopping
My bootloader is unlocked says it in red
But when I want to install with the ADB program
And I write these commands with the respective files in the ADB folder
Fastboot flash boot BOOT.img
Fastboot flash system SYSTEM.img
Fastboot flash userdata USERDATA.img
Fastboot flash recovery RECOVERY.img
Fastboot reboot
Says this "Remote command not allowed"
what should I do? If my x2 mediapad says that the bootloader is unlocked
Thanks and sorry for my bad English, I hope to find help, since in my country no one fixes these devices

Sorry for the double message but I want to inform you that I can solve it
I will explain the way and if someone has the same problem since in many countries they do not repair
Create a folder on the SD card with the download name and download the GEM-702LC209B203CUSTC209D001,
Then restart the phone and go into recovery clean data and cache
I restarted in the same volume and power mode and installed
Then restart and I'm in the gem702 version
Emui
Android 6.0
Now my question is not the last version, right? What would be the last one and I can install it by the dload method?

Good for you so you solved it. But if you want to be really helpfull for others please attach link for GEM-702LC209B203CUSTC209D001 firmware which you installed.
We don't know which img files from which version you flashed.
You did not answer what curious thing you did after creating a folder with the name of download filed. Maybe you started dload with 3 button press. Bit this takes software from a dload folder. Maybe you had a dload folder from former tests.
The 202 test version is already linked in our forum and so nothing new info here for users with problems.
I am sure you will not be able to root the device because of unsolved fastboot problem. Search forum for 'unocked' and you will find many posts that the problem disappears when running fastboot unlock xxx again, although the adb says unlocked.
Usually a dload of 703 software on a 703 device should work.
You messed up the device with non fitting img files and habe a rebranded device to 702.
Unlock again
Flash twrp for 6.0
Install KangVIP v2 to install the latest firmware and get root.

Thanks for the help of ralf, I already have the recovery that you mention installed, now a question can I put you android 7.0? Are there any rooms
no android 7 available.
Have you installed TWRP for 6.0?
Did you install KangVIP?

Yes, I already update everything, and I'm in the KangVIP version
Now my big doubt I wanted to go to 7.0 for the reason that I have an endoscope and the app does not show image, it probe in another LG cell phone that runs the 7.0 and it works, does it have something to do with this? Is there any method for the endoscope app to work?
Sorry I haven't heard about this video problem. Is has nothing to do with 7.0, but maybe has to do with missing video codecs. Ask the vendor of endoscope for solution.

Hello, sorry bad english ^^.
1) I would like to delete the message "your phone is unlock" to sell my phone.
It is possible to delete TWRP and the unlock ? or just hide the message ? i need a clear factory phone.
2) update impossible !
- The "update" menu in setting disappear !
- HiCare say "Your phone is up to date" but i have the red badge (1) on icon Setting
- TWRP say error : 7 when i swipe the update xxxxB389 update.zip correctly
My phone is FRD-L09 C432B380
Thanks For Help :good:
First you have to "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" and "fastboot flash recovery2 recovery2.img" from extracted update.zip of current B380 firmware (huawei firmware extractor). You just replace custom recovery with stock one. Second read the process of dload method. Then download rollback package for your model and firmware B131 (Android M). You could find them somewhere on XDA or download them through Honor site/Firmware Finder. First dload rollback package, than the same for update.zip and then update_data_full_hw_eu.zip. After all 3 files are flashed you should be back to stock and ready to take standard OTA to latest firmware without any sign of unlocked bootloader.

i don't understand, i'm novice.
i don't have a windowsOS to launch firmwareExtractor exe , but i have the fastboot command in terminal.
i have found and download the rollback package : hihonor.com/fr/support/details/index.html?DOC_ID=92133
Someone could send you the right recovery.img and recovery2.img if he has downloaded FRD-L09C432B380 and has got Windows to extract that. And you need a B131 firmware to download (2 zips).
Do I understand that you have nonWindowsOS PC and you have access to adb and fastboot respectively (and via that you were able to unlock your device in the first place)?
mmm yes i have unlock my phone via ADB on OSX
i have found B131 . : hidrive.strato.com/lnk/Rdljlogo
that all i need ?
Yes, b131 is only one zip file with aproximately 1,75GB, rollback package is about 74,4MB (both comprised). I do attach recovery files from FRD-L09C432B381 and which I used to flash over TWRP before updating to newest firmware. It should work. Start with flashing recovery via fastboot, than dload rollback and last would be the firmware. Good luck! Give others feedback if it helped you.

Thank you.
he stays 3hour download so i recaps ^^:
1 ) Flashing with FastBoot recovery.img and after Recovery2.img
2) What can i do with RollBack ? i have dload folder with UPDATE.APP inside
3) Swipe Firmware b131 with TWRP ?
4) i have a clear phone with no unlock ? and i can update in setting app
1) Yes. Estabilish fastboot connection with your device, put the files in the folder of your "adb program" and use the commands above. Now, you will lost TWRP and will have stock recovery.
2) Yes. I have sent you a link to check dload process. You have to dload rollback via button combination with your SD card. It's all there.
3) No. After flashing rollback package via dload you have to do the same dload process for the B131 firmware. It's just the same. Very short recap is here.
4) Yes, back to stock, only with "old firmware".
Yeah thanks i will doing this soon
Yeahhit work ! thank you

Worked for you?
i have the last update actually, no root, no twrp, no unlock phone
Hi! This is my first post and going to be a long one! But kindly excuse me! I need HELP!
I have Semi bricked my Honor 6x firmware (bln-l22, android 6.0, emui 4.1, c675b132, india channel) while trying to manually update it to Nougat which I downloaded from "stechguide.com/honor-6x- b360-nougat-update". I downloaded the Asian version. I accidentally extracted and flashed update_data_full_BLN-L22_hw_spcseas.zip instead of the update.zip first. The update_data_full_BLN-L22_hw_spcseas.zip file got to 100% installed and then went to Huawei eRecovery. Then I couldn't flash the update.zip. I get a software install failed. Also tried to manually flash to stock Rom and other newer update versions of Nougat on SD card again but I get software install failed or Incompatible for this phone. I tried to factory hard reset but this also fails. I can wipe only the cache and reboot which goes again to eRecovery. The eRecovery on wifi does not work either. I looked up booting to safe mode but nothing happens.
After reading a lot on this forum, I tried minimal adb and fastboot. My device in fastboot & rescue mode shows up on minimal adb and fastboot when I type "fastboot devices" command (but adb devices gives no devices/emulator found). It also shows up as Android Phone (Android sooner Single ADB Interface) in Device manager on PC and android drivers is upto date. The Huawei suite loads up but can't connect to it (can't enable hdb).
My phone is boot locked, FRP locked, not rooted (and impossible to enable usb debug) so I can't flash any commands like recovery.img, system.img or twrp and cwm recovery. I always get the remote command not allowed.
Right now, On starting my device, Honor logo shows up, vibrates and goes dark twice then to eRecovery.
All the other combination functions of Power, Vol - and Vol + works.
Please help me restore my Honor 6x to stock or update to Nougat! Thanks a ton!
extract update.zip. Get the UPDATE.APP.
create a "dload" directory to your sdcard. copy UPDATE.APP in this folder
shutdown phone / unplug phone.
hold on VOL + + VOL - + POWER
UPDATE.APP will install. Then shutdown phone. remove UPDATE.APP from dload directory. Extract UPDATE.APP from second zip (smallest one: update_data_full_BLN-L22_hw_spcseas.zip)
copy this new UPDATE.APP into dload folder on sdcard.
Shutdown phone / unplug
hold on VOL + + VOL - + POWER
When install complete, try to boot, if not boot, recovery into recovery and wipe cache / data

Heya! Thanks for the reply.
Can you be more specific about Which ROM to use? The stock ROM or the Newer Nougat Firmware for my phone model?
I have tried the following:
Honor 6X B132 Stock ROM and Honor 6X B320, 330, 360. Yet to try B320, 340 & 342 Firmwares.
I don't remember which one says incompatible, wrong update package or software update failed after 6% installation but bottom line is they all fail to install. I can't do a Hard reset and only wipe cache. I do wipe cache before flashing with SD card dload method but still unsuccesful.:fingers-crossed:

I am not sure! Some people have updated successfully while others are not so lucky and some like me, have messed up!
Unless you are unhappy with your phone performance, I'd recommend not to rollback provided our rollback package is even available to perform that!

Can you kindly send me the firmware download links?
Edit:
I dug deeper into this B360 nougat update and I now know for sure I've tried to flash a wrong update for my Phone wrongly.
The B360 for – [Asian variant] Honor 6X is BLN-L22C636Bxxx which is different from the Indian build – [Indian variant] Honor 6X BLN-L22C675Bxxx.
Am I missing something here?
