Thanks for the logo buddy.
Did you make this on your own? Does this require unlocked bootloader and/or root? Can you teach us how to make our own custom boot logo?
Also, what are the various logos during boot...like...first there is moto logo, then some animation, then some more animation. Can these all be replaced theoretically?
Teach me senpai...

[Q] Really Screwed Now....I Think

OK, after flashing the CWM through fastboot, which seemed to work fine, now once I reboot, it still endless cycles on the moto logo, and if I try to UP+Power, all it shows is Starting RSD mode 3, and I can't do anything. Can't boot with DOWN+Power either.....
If I try to adb reboot bootloader, I get a error: device not found message.
Is there any hope, or do I now have a Motorola Xoom Door Jam.......
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Lol, calm down. If you can get to the logo screen, then you are not bricked. Sent u a pm. Your system is looking for a boot image.
While in "RSD Mode 3"
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Yes the Xoom is not responsive, but , press Vol Down + power until the screen goes black. Then quickly press and hold Vol Up + power. The Xoom then will go into the bootloader (fastboot), wait for the command from fastboot, then flash the boot.img. (the above command)
After flashing the boot.img do (the command below)
Code:
fastboot reboot
It should boot up.

Phone won't boot or get into TWRP

Hey Guys!
I've accidently rebooted the phone while on TWRP after full wipe without instaling new rom. Now it won't pass the initial screen (htc quietly briliant), or get into the TWRP mode.
What can I do?
I just had instaled the King Kang rom...
manually boot into bootloader. volume down + power. then "fastboot flash boot boot.img" the boot.img for the rom you want to flash. then boot into recovery from bootloader.

Hold power button and volume down until the phone turns off
release power but not volume down.
This will eventually load you into hboot, from there you can access TWRP.
You forgot to flash the boot.img didn't you?
Thanks for the help guys!
Trying to flash King Kang again. That's the only one I have in my internal memory.
Probably not the best option as it got stuck on the initiating swagger...
How long does it take to pass this screen? Lost my patient after 5 minutes and I've restarted it...
What rom do u guys suggest? I just want sth simple and easy to use...
remember to flash boot.img in fastboot

I clean installed a ROM, but it stays stuck in boot up animation. So I headed your advice.. But its not working. All I can do is start Odin mode and watch my boot up animation run. Over and over.
I can't find a work around so I can get back to TWRP and go back to a rom that offers at least more than a boot up animation
Any ideas?

step 1. Boot into Bootloader Power+volume down
step 2. go to pc and flash recovery again with fastboot. fastboot flash recovery.img (make sure its in your adb folder)
step 3. while still in fastboot type: fastboot reboot recovery
step 4. Grab a beer, your back in recovery. flash away (and remember to flash boot.img via fastboot or you will boot loop if on hboot 1.14 and up

[Q] Bootloader Not booting stuck in Boot-Logo Screen

Can anyone answer this?
I am attempting to unlock bootloader so I can flash CWM:
Reboot Bootloader ADB commands force this Nobis Tablet device to stay stuck in the boot logo screen and ADB just says waiting for device.
The tablet starts to reboot and then just stays stuck in boot logo for as long as I leave it there, (minutes, hours, days.)
Thank you!

Booting to fastboot

Hi,
After doing a factory reset, I disabled root in SuperSU. Upon restarting, the device refuses to boot and is stuck on booting animation.
I was trying to get into fastboot but had no success yet.
Can anyone help me with this?
Regards,
Are you trying to get into the boot loader ? OR the recovery? There is no such thing as getting into fast boot directly. You boot into the boot loader then typically can launch the fast boot application from your PC from there.
Root has nothing to do with the boot loader.
Make sure your holding down the power down button then power on. This will take you into the boot loader. From there you can select go into Fast Boot Protocol and should trigger the driver in your PC to connect the device (if it has not already - typically its already established). If in your device manager (PC) there is an exclamation then that means your driver for fastboot is hosed. Here are some instructions on how to fix them (scroll down):

Hold down the POWER button to power off the device, then hold VOLUME DOWN and tap POWER (don't hold it). The device should boot into the bootloader, at which point you can use VOLUME and POWER to select and boot into fastboot mode.
Thank you very much.

[logo][otus] Remove Bootloader Unlocked Warning on Moto E 3G

For those who want to get rid of the "Bootloader Unlocked" on their otus device, I performed the usual modification to the boot logo file to remap the unlocked image to the standard image. Just download the attached file, unzip it, put your phone into bootloader mode, connect it to your computer, and run on your computer:
Code:
fastboot flash logo otus-logo-nowarning.bin
Be aware that the logo image was taken from an otus device. It won't work properly on surnia (it is missing resources the surnia bootloader uses).
Thanks bro
