Has anyone noticed that the watch is harder to wake up since the update? Now I really have to move my wrist sharply to get it to light up.

Does anyone else have issues with Rings Extended? I can't seem to select OK after selecting a file. Cancel button works still, but pressing on OK has no visual feedback nor any action. Tried on gf's Nexus 4 with KitKat and it works fine. I've tried on different roms on my Nexus 5 and it is not working properly.
Bump anyone?

If you are using any kind of screen filter, turn it off.

Oh my thanks! Totally did not think about that. I am using Lux. I guess that was the issue.
So it seems after the update the my screen does two quick vibrations. Idk why, it seems random, almost like if we touch the screen while it's off. Idk. It's freakin annoying. Any thoughts? Thanks

If you took the ota and did not do a factory reset after you are almost certainly going to have weird settings you didn't have before. My girlfriends alarm also flashes the flash its actually kind of nice because it wakes you up fast.
Can you post a screenshot of the about phone section in settings? Cause if your on 4.3 you should not have your baseband be MF1.
My wife's Ultra has developed an issue where the phone powers down whenever the screen is turned off. This happens whether the screen is put into standby with the power button or is allowed to turn off automatically.
Just tried a factory reset today with no joy.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Today, i had the same issue on Droid Ultra, running KitKat. I think it's because battery state issue - before i rebooted, battery showed 19%, but after power on issue, i go into bootloader and power off the device and plugged in charger. Charging battery on screen showed me 0%.
PS: i used exposed feature for better battery stat. Maybe issue was because of it.
PPS: did you root her phone and clean from bloatware? Add some tweaks? My Droid currently charging, and i'd like to hcarge it up to 100% then try to power it on.
Her phone is unrooted and stock kit kat. We've eliminated the battery and any third party apps as the cause. It seems like a hardware issue but the power button works fine for all other functions.
Also figured out that the phone doesn't power off immediately after the screen goes off. Still baffled.

Try running the correct fxz for your build and see if that corrects it.

As far as I know I have the factory image for my phone. I haven't changed it.
On a side note...I have stopped laying it face down anymore so I am not getting the shut offs. Don't know if that helps anyone.

Its not difficult. The 4.4.4 fxz doesnt erase any data in stock form. It will wipe root though

Just partial carried over from 19.6.3
We ended up getting a warranty replacement through Verizon.

Those are your light fixtures. Similar to recording LEDs with slowmotion, you will see them flicker on and off.
Your lights are turning on and off multiple times a second, you cannot see it.

This isn't a "problem" it's part of how light bulbs work, and how slow motion works. In your house, your lights flicker like that, just fast enough that we can't detect it with the human eye. Slow motion slows this down, which you can then see.

Yours isn't doing what theirs was. Theirs STUTTERS, literally loses frames, yours is doing what it's supposed too. Never losing frames. Just capturing the lights flicking on and off. Again, I know what I am talking about.

Okay my bad i am not trying to proof anything. But what i see and read it's seems to be a common issue .
Edited.
Sorry I was driving and i replied to you i wasn't clear. So you are saying that the light bulbs are flashing at a similar speed to the camera shutter which is making it flash the Low frequency HZ cause the problem am i right?

That is correct.
The video you linked is not losing/dropping frames.
If you want it not to flash, use incandescent bulbs. (They do not switch on and off repeatedly.)

My S8+ has stutter / lag on slow motion mode since upgrade to Oreo. It had too much OTA Upgrade but that has not been fixed.
Is there any idea?
As of the last update, I noticed that by turning the watch face towards me it no longer goes on and I need to push the button to see the watch face, yet the face goes out when I turn the face in the opposite direction.
Is the unique to my S3 or has this been altered in the update?
Is anyone else having this issue and is there a fix?
You definitely have "wake-up gesture" turned on? (Settings | Device | Wake-up Gesture)

Yes, the gesture is and has been on.
Have you done a factory reset on your watch since the update?

Had a similar problem and found that the "Do not disturb" setting was on. Turn if off and see if it helps.
