Reads like the phone has issues. Bring it back to the store and exchange it. Tell them you have a software issue. Normally the constant brightness of the screen during the boost logo means it is soft bricked and you will need to factory reset.
do a factory reset is no normal maybe is soft bricked i have one is works great

Hi,
So my sensation screen wont turn on any more....the phone turns on and the bottom buttons light up but the screen wont turn on and is unresponsive. I've tried battery pull, master reset with factory buttons (didnt work since display didnt turn on) and spoke to Tmo tech support (which was useless)...If anyone has a fix please let me know, I ended up getting the phone exchanged but really dont wana go back to a BB for 3-5 days... Sorry if this is in the wrong section but also wanted to know if anyone experienced problems like this..screen has been off for about 10 hrs w/ leaving battery out overnight
Ok so I got this phone in December and it worked fine until about last Sunday. I was playing candy crush and my phone froze. I couldn't turn it off or exit candy crush so I took the battery out. I then put the battery back in and turned the phone off. The phone was on the black screen saying Samsung and it had the Samsung mobile website under it. 10 minutes later the phone slowly started to get through the animated Samsung logo and it didn't make the sounds it usually would when it would go through that part. Then the phone was stuck on the S and it kept going from plain white to a purple blue color. It stayed on the S for about another 10 minutes and then the phone was finally finished booting and it went to the slide to unlock screen. The slide to unlock does not work at all. I even took my screen protector off and tried to unlock it and that didn't work either. It I slide the keyboard out the phone will slowly realize that I pulled it out and will like 10 seconds to turn the screen sideways. If I take the battery out and try to turn the phone on again it will slowly boot again like I just explained and then I still won't be able to slide to unlock. I had gotten into the Android system recovery 3e and selected the reboot system now option and it didn't help at all. After rebooting the system the phone booted very slow again and when it finally got to the slide to unlock screen, it would not even recognize that I touched the unlock. I have also cleared cache partition and done a factory reset and still the phone was very slow to boot and would not let me slide to unlock. I have not used my phone is a few days and I really want to fix it. I brought the phone to a Sprint store today and they said they didn't know why the phone was acting this way and that they didn't know what to do. Does anyone know something that they didn't know at the store that can help me start using my phone again or something that will help finally be able to use my phone?
I have an old lg d380 dual sim card phone, i've been trying to fix it but i cant seem to find the solution. The problem is that it wont turn on no matter what, when i do try turning it on but it keeps doing a long vibrate over and over again and the screen wont even turn on (completely off), it wont stop until i removed the battery. And also, when i try charging it, the screen wont turn on too. It charges but it doesnt show the logo that shows that its charging. The only time it does turn on is when i charged the pgone without battery but thats it. So can anyone help me?
P.S : before it turns on for the last time it said something in a purple screen. I think its something about demigod or something.

Good luck !
Even thought it doesnt actually is a lg g4 model, it came to death this week, but its not like an actual bootloop from the G4 series.
My hard reset literally doesnt work, it just goes back to the LG logo infinitely going to nothing, my LED light blinks literally RED.
If im allowed to joke, i would say that this is the dead red light from LG, and YES, i tried to go to download mode, i tried opening and heating the CPU to put itself in the right place, but i didnt tried changing the battery even thought i think its not it because i tried to turn it on without it and the led light and loop was still here, any help that you guys could give me is appreciated. (NVM, delete it, wrong forum)
