[Marshmallow][official] Android 6.0 official update for sparkle v

OTA links are already there on xda, but here was no specific thread for sparkle v so i am writing one
Google has released the OTA files for sparkle v and other android one devices.
NOTE: To update your phone using OTA files your phone should be running Stock lollipop or atleast stock recovery
If you are running a custom rom or custom recovery then before proceeding to this guide you must revert back to stock lollipop using sp flash tool
Pre-requisites: 1.Your phone should be atleast 60% charged
2. Back up all important data (just to be safe)
3. Make sure you have the stock lollipop rom so that you can get your phone back if anything goes wrong.
GUIDE-
Sparkle V users can easily update their device by following these steps:
Step 1: Download the official Marshmallow OTA file from here https://android.googleapis.com/packages/ota/google_sparklevsprout_sparklev/d1178816334e0c160d435ab0a88f78a5005053c0.signed-sprout-karbonn-ota-2280749-omit-oem.zip
Step 2: Connect your smartphone to computer using the original USB cable.
Step 3: Copy and paste the OTA zip files to phone's storage and make a note of its location.
Step 4: Boot your smartphone into recovery mode or stock recovery: Disconnect the phone from computer, and then turn it off.
Press and hold both the Volume and the Power buttons until the display turns on and enters bootloader mode.
Hit the volume button to open the Recovery menu and then press the power button to select it. Your phone should now boot into recovery mode.
At this moment, a dead Android with an exclamation mark should appear on the screen. Now press and hold Power button for three seconds and then hit the Volume up button once to progress into recovery mode.
Step 5: Return to the main recovery screen and choose 'install update from sdcard'.
Step 6: Then select the OTA zip file using the volume buttons for navigation and the Power button to select any file or open a folder. After you select the zip file, confirm its installation and the update should start installing on your device.
Step 7: Once the installation is done, return to main screen of recovery. Choose Reboot system now to restart the phone and boot into the newly installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update from Google.
Voila!! You are running official Android 6.0
I found this on ibtimes. I HAVE JUST COPY PASTED the guide for convenience. Hit thanks if helped.

i've tried all possible methods on the internet with no luck.

Hey, I have the same phone, same problem. I am now trying to update manually but the *#*#2846579#*#* code doesn't work and can not put the phone into manufacturer mode. It just doesn't respond to the code. Any hints? Cheers

whenever i tried to install update neither nougat or oreo using SD card method. its stops at 12%
i've tried to downgrade to Marshmellow using the rollback pacakge but also its stucks at 12% and now i am stuck on this firmware with no update no downgrade
Try dc unlocker to unlock you bootloader and flash a custom recovery. Than flash latest nougat and update to Oreo via Hisuite.

Backup everything (even the SD card). E-VE-RY-TING !
Wipe your SD Card and then create a folder called "dload".
Put the Normal Update called UPDATE.APP in the dload folder on your SD Card.
Turn off your device. Then maintain Vol+, Vol - and Power buttons until it vibrates. You will have a screen talking about an update, just let it do it.
The device will reboot but will be stuck. Remove the SD Card and plug it in your computer (I used a second phone).
Remove the UPDATE.APP inside the dload folder in your SD Card.
You have a folder like this "FRD-L09_hw_eu". Inside your have a file. Rename it UPDATE.APP and copy it inside the dload folder on your SD Card.
Maintain Vol+, Vol- and Power buttons until it turns off and on again. Let the update loading...
Replug your SD Card, remove the UPDATE.APP and place the Normal Update again, the first file we put on the SD Card.
Maintain Vol+, Vol- and Power buttons until it turns off and on again. Let the update loading...
When it reboots, maintain Vol+ and Power buttons. You will be in the eRecovery. Wipe everything you can.
Reboot, grab a cup of coffee, and wait. It can be long !

How to downgrade Mediapad T5 to firmware to version 8.0.0.163 ?

I need to downgrade to the version 8.0.0.163 to then use DC Unlocker 2 to unlock my bootloader.
I tried to download the update.zip, extract the UPDATE.APP inside a folder called dload on my sdcard root, then entered the recovery mode using volume up + power but then nothing happens, I don't know how to proceed.
Does anyone knows how to do the downgrade process?
Than you in advance
Both volume keys held at boot will boot to dload mode.

In my tablet It is not possible to press both up and down at the same time, is one volume button or another
I can get into the recovery mode but having the dload folder and the UPDATE file inside doesn't start the downgrade automatically. I have the usual options (wipe cache, factory reset ...)
On Mediapad T5 AGS2, you should be able to press both volume buttons at same times
