So i brought the transparent SPigen Case (Ultra Hybrid) for my note 4
I tried to insert the stock usb cable inside the usb port to charge but it wont fit
What should i do
Are you sure you have the USB connector facing the correct way when you insert it into your device? I have a Spigen Tough Armor case for my Note 4 and I can easily plug my charger into my device to charge it.

Question - How is the accessory / charging port opening on this case?
I ordered the Neo Hybrid but I can't fit any of my other microusb cables or my car charger USB cable in it. So it is going back.
Is the port area on the Slim case any larger? Have you been able to fit other microusb cables in it?
I am looking for either a fast 2.0A car charger or a charge-only (data pins shorted) cable that I wont have to trim to fit the microusb slot on Spigen Neo Hybrid case. Can someone suggest me one if you know of any?
Would the cable end of this Blackberry charger fit: amazon.com/ACC-48181-301-Blackberry-Premium-In-Vehicle-MicroUSB/dp/B0089QK4NK/ref=pd_rhf_sc_p_d_7
most of the chargers do not fit spigen neo hybrid, even i have that problem. although it is recommended to use cable that come with the s4 itself to charge the phone because it provides somehow more output than any other oem cable.

I purchased this case because it had a poly carbonate frame so I would not have to worry if it would interfere with signal strength. When I received it I was very happy with it until I tried to use it in the Samsung Docking Station and a Samsung Docking Charger. The case was too deep (thick) to slide into the Samsung dock charger. It did fit into the Samsung Docking Station, but there is a big gap between the ouside of the case and the connector. The plug is not long enough and so it cannot reach in and seat with the PC frame installed . If you remove the PC frame, it will seat with the case.
Other than that, it would be a keeper.
These are Note 3 stations - which the Note 4 seems to work fine in with no case.
Hi, I am pretty sure that you are not referring to Note 3 docking stations. Note 3 stations have wider USB 3.0 docking port. It would never fit to narrower USB 2.0 socket in Note 4 (and Note 2).
I have Spigen Capsule case on my Note 4 phone and can confirm, that it fits perfectly to dock on "Note 2 Samsung Multimedia Docking Station" (the one with 3x usb port and hdmi port). I had Neo Hybrid on Note 3 phone and it didn't fit to this station (too deep case on the bottom), so I guess that it will be same problem with Note 4 Neo Hybrid. That's why I purchased Capsule case from same manufacturer (looks much worse, but fits the dock).
Anyway, thanks for testing Neo Hybrid on Note 4 and for confirming that it doesn't fit
Does know of an OTG cable that fits with a spigen case on? Or of a micro usb male to female cable that fits with the case on? I prefer not to take the case out and expose the phone everytime I want to connect the cable.
I cannot hold a phone bare in my hand. I MUST have some sort of grip to hold onto. I found the Essential was like an ice skate. I could not lay the phone on my leg in the the car or on the couch, I could not put the phone on the seat in the car. Everywhere I put it the polished ceramic make the phone run away and gravity took over.
I ordered the following and so far I am pretty happy with all the accessories. I cannot post external links yet, so I have put the Amazon description from the item with will hopefully allow these to be pulled up.
Holster - HEAVY DUTY RUGGED Canvas Vertical AGOZ Carrying Case Holster with Strong Metal Clip Belt Loops and Velcro Closure
Rear case - TUDIA Carbon Fiber Design Lightweight [TAMM] TPU Bumper Shock Absorption Cover for Essential Phone PH-1 (Black)
Charging accessories - Car Charger + Wall Charger + Type C USB 3.1 For Essential Phone PH-1
Just received the charging accessories today, so I have not used the car or wall charger, but did you the USB cable to connect to my laptop. Phone charges slower with the standard 1/2 Amp USB port which is fine by me. I also have a number of portable USB batteries want to use as well. I feel the slower charging will be much better for the battery life in the long run since the battery is not user serviceable. The lighter charger seems to work fine, the only comment is the coiled cord if very thin and shorter than say one of my official Verizon Micro USB chargers, but it works find in my application for now.
