Nope pretty sure it doesn't have it I ain't seen it in the settings and its a kernel related issue I think anyway. If you use the latest beta version of the xperia launcher it has the dtts option

One day max here - between 5 or 7 hours when screen is up, and using Stamina mode , - 4g,bluethooth and gps. And apps usage - 6 % for ~16 hrs.
I hope a developer will pop out to enable this feature

I would LOVE this feature. Please tell me there is some way to get it to work?

I think you will have to download a few from the play store and see what works for your device. Rooted devices have many options and even some of the apps available on the play store need root to be really effective! Since you are not rooted i guess u well have to use the trial and error method to find an app that suits you.
Which launcher are u using anyway?

Well i thought so.. use some other launcher.. i used google experience for a few days and the battery drain was amazing... when i checked my battery stats i realised that google search was using 50% of my battery, even though i was not using it! I changed my launcher and bam my battery problems were solved!
I know its cool to have the ok google command work from home screen but the launcher leaks battery! Hope it helps

i am no developer, just a root junkie. so straight to the point, does ported dt2w consumes too much battery? in my experience with the xperia s, i dont have any battery drains. im just curious because devs on my current phone; xperia sp, doesnt want to port dt2w.

It's because it causes issues with the screen always being awake like when on a phone call.

Since the launch of Xperia Z5 the device has this problem and Sony has not fixed.
When the device comes into direct contact with sunlight, the display colors is grayed out, totally changing the contrast!
It seems to be something purposeful to improve screen vision under the sunlight, but this is ridiculous. Anyone else with this problem?
Had it earlier on but after updates it's now manageable and not as bad

But it's a bug or what?

I updated my phone yesterday and the log was about system optimization and power consumption, but I noticed that it's consuming more battery now specially in idle state. So anyone else is facing this problem?

Hi everyone, I know that the Z3 has a battery capacity of 3100 mAh, but for some reason it's showing me it is 2600 mAh on these apps below,
Phone Tester
Device Info
I'm attaching screenshots below.
Please can you'll check your Z3 battery capacity through the app and let me know or send a screenshot if possible?
Thanks! :good:
Please if anyone could just check it on your phone and reply me back. Wanted to know asap or else I'll have to buy a new battery.

Thanks for replying. I've searched in that service menu. Sony has removed that battery test option.
If you could please check your phones mAh using the above apps from my post it would really help me out.
