I've searched for it but I haven't found yet. Can anyone help me?
I know there are a lot of AOSP based ROMs for our device along these threads, but I mean a different brand of "pure", something more like Nexus phones, which would contain basically only the Google major apps installed. Has anyone done it yet? (It is even easier to do than porting an AOSP, as it would consist in removing the maximum Motorola stuff and adding Google stuff to the STOCK).
Thanks in advance.

Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk
Nope aosp 6.0 hasn't come out yet for osprey we only have aosp 5.1.1
http://nxrom.us/motog3.html
NX Rom is about as close as your going to get to Nexus-like... but like it's on steroids.
If you are meaning a really basic, plain AOSP based ROM like Chroma, Plain-Andy, or Purity, then nope... No one has built a striped down speedy, battery friendly demon for the G3 based on Marshmallow. I contemplated building Purity ROM like I did for the LG G2 but I just never got enough of a wild hair to do it.

Sorry no offence, but it isn't related to this thread I think.
Broadcasted from Zeta Reticuli
Well, I use Krexus AOSP. Its literally the most stripped down Rom I've ever used. Is a 205mb download, comes with the absolute basics to get you up and running. No browser, no calculator, no gallery. Just the framework of Marshmallow, and a ton of potential. Its essentially bug free, and FAST! After initial install, and one reboot.... I show 515mb of free ram on my 1gb model. It also boots in about 15 seconds from power on, to your home screen. This can be further decreased with L-Speed or PBM scripts to speed up boot by removing the boot screen animation.
Its even described as the closest thing to a nexus rom you can get by its developer. And I swear by it.
You'll need to get SuperSu if you want to root it, run a barebones Gapps, and install a few things you might want like a browser, file manager, and text message app.
I think once its installed, theres about 7 apps on it. Its built for people who want a true custom rom. You don't have to download some 350mb behemoth of a rom with every single option available. Krexus is literally just a framework, to allow you to add whatever you'd like, and forget the rest.
Try it out, you won't regret it.
---------- Post added at 02:12 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:10 PM ----------
The reputable Flashhhh is now the maintainer of it.
I highly recommend downloading his version here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591000424941605
As the original version had some problems. So don't download the OP's version in the first post download link. Use the link above to get the better version. ITS FAST!! ITS SMALL!! Its built for those who don't want or need a ton of options. You can literally build it exactly how you want it.
From the Krexus AOSP description:
Krexus was born out of a simple necessity. The latest releases of stock Android (namely lollipop and marshmallow) were pretty close to my idea of a perfect android ROM, yet missing some elements, which are meant to be included in stock Android, at least for me. Starting from a clean AOSP environment, only specific features and fixes are included, which are personally tested, with one goal in mind. To create a stock like android ROM, "as it should be".
This means, and I mean it, a ROM like how stock nexus image should be, for me.
This isn't going to get bloated. Most UI "features" are already there.
This isn't going to start picking commits relentlessly, I will test them personally and only add things that 1) work like they should 2) would fit in a stock ROM.
This isn't going to be updated very quickly. Only security and bug fixes will be pushed out ASAP.
This is going to follow Google's & AOSP guidelines as closely as I can.

AOSP-OMS is a pretty new ROM but with a "Stock" gapps package it would be almost exactly like a Nexus ROM.

Well hello!
Please read this post regarding the development of the rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29811287#post29811287
This is my attempt to port oxygen rom (and i think i've done a pretty good job) on our lgp500.
Please remember this: anything that is written here or in the unwritten law of common sense can and will be ignored.
Now let's get to the facts:
Oxygen ROM is a highly optimized AOSP rom with only a few added features. I also intend to keep it that way. There will be no added features unless the good people from Oxygen want to add them. The rom is like this for a reason. So requests like "can you add theme manager?", "can it make me coffee?" will be ignored.
This ROM is now for new baseband only (as of v2.2). I see people on this forum have a hard time understanding this so i'll write it again. This ROM is for new baseband only.
No need to flash GAPPS now... included in zip file
There is no need for screenshots since this is basically AOSP. So just look around for some AOSP screenshots.
I am not responsible for any damage to your phone. You chose to flash the ROM it's your responsibility.
Now as for how to flash it:
copy to sd->wipe data, cache, dalvik->flash (i flashed with clockworkmod, but might work with others)
No need to flash gapps now... Included in zip

but... can it make me coffee?
great job, mate. I wish you success with bugs' fixes.
Can I use this ROM for everyday working?
Man pop,this is great dude
BTW,is Oxygen opensource or not?
To answer some questions:
The screenshot problem was already discussed. If you really don't know anything about Oxygen a nice ol' google search would do. Also this is their official website (also found on google) off-topic: i find that google is a great way of finding information, don't you?
As for the .35 kernel i do want to implement it in a future release. I wanted to do it now but there were some big bugs going in terms of graphics with the .35. But i promise it will come in a future release. I also tried building with fserve's gbs kernel(.32) but there was no wireless... so i just kept franco's .32 kernel. Better stable and old than brand spanking new and unstable.
And you can use this for everyday. I use it everyday. I don't use bluetooth that much so i'm good Also, in my case i have better battery life than cyanogenmod. Probably because there are less apps in there.
Also thank you for your kind words everyone.
Thanks for completing knzo dream

I flashed this rom, it is very similar to Beanstalk. Pretty awesome rom so far! All the init.d scripts from beanstalk are included and they are almost all enabled by default which is making this rom "FLY". It uses Apex Launcher as default launcher and it includes [ROOT] Kernel Tweaker for tweaking the kernel. It has some nice button remap options that seem unique. I would definitely recommend flashing this little gem if you like roms like liquidsmooth, carbon, beanstalk and illusionrom. It has OmniSwitch which is nice. There is one Xposed module installed called XThemeEngine but i haven't messed with it yet.
There might be a bug that causes different FCs when I use long press app switch key for recents many times in a row quickly. I might try a different gapps package cause i think i might being using the wrong BaNkS GApps given the rom build date.
Interesting, you're a brave man flashing something unknown like that, much braver than I!
Sent from my Evita
Out of interest, did it require the latest TWRP 2.7.0.8 with the new fstab layout?
Never mind, just noticed the build date, 2.6.3.0 should be fine.
Sent from my Evita
On top of that, an even better way to check is the updater script. If you don't see "mmcblk0" then you need 2.7.0.8

There isn't a great deal that's unique about this ROM, except for the recent apps. The stock recent apps are very much like the Sense recents layout, and then you can choose to have the OSE style recents, which is like a sidebar layout. I'm messing around with some firmware adjustments at the moment but I'll post a couple of screenies soon.
I can't get a screenshot of the OSE recent apps style, but here's one of the stock recent apps.

Could be, this phone had to have had one of the longest runs as far as developing is concerned. Now with Sprint on the verge of doing away with WiMaX, I think it's a safe best that this phone will finally be laid to rest lol
If only they would build another bad arse device with a awesome keyboard. Of all the phones I ever owned this was by far my fav. Which is why I just bought a newish one. hopefully I can find valid links to make it the beast its was ment to be.!
I finally got my Epic out of retirement and flash with 4.4.4 and gapps 4.4.2. this combo has the best stab;e and speed, i tried the open-gapps 4.4.4 but i bogged the phone down alot.
btw anyone have a working link to SlimKAT 4.4.4 only one i have used thus far is CM 4.4.4 unofficial

For me it's similar, but this is subjective ofc. I'm using phone for calling&texting, e-mail's, web; no games. Wi-Fi/LTE and bluetooth always on (smatband sync) + sometimes GPS navigation. That makes approx 2 days per charge - i had the same usage on MIUI. I didn't noticed UI/apps lags.

I don't know if many people tried this pac but it is really worth the try. Until cm13 gets more debuged, this is the best non miui ROM out there
Seems to be on par with CM 12.1 in terms of stability. Worth to try.
Yes, stable and smooth. More features compared to CM12.1
Looks like a very interesting ROM, will be my first choice after I give miui a shot when I get my mi4c.
pac-libra-LP-MR1-Unofficial-20160204-pac-5.1
Removed unneeded services
Use miui stable V7.1.6.0.LXKCNCK proprietary blobs
Sync 20160203 PAC-5.1-LP-MR1 pac-5.1 branch
IMO it's the best rom of all the ones available.
I love my mi4c even more with it.
Would prefer to see this one in marshmallow rather than CM...
Anyway thank you so much team superluminal for this.

I have to agree with you. I've been using Pac-Man Rom since the 1st release and it's pretty awesome tbh. And the most stable one I used, even better than miui. I don't really need the CM13 version, but I would rather LOVE to see kernel sources released so we can have a better development for this piece of work.

Attached you will find the SnapdragonCamera as a flashable archive. The source is from an russian host I've found via Google.
Boot into TWRP, flash the zip-file, clear the cache and reboot.
The app version is 2.0.002.
I've tested it after a clean installation of the latest PAC-rom "pac_libra_LP-MR1.Unofficial_20160204-083837.zip". It will probably also work with earlier releases and CM12.1.
Attention
1. It will replace the default standard Camera app of CyanogenMod.
2. I don't have much knowledge in this things. So try and use it on your own risk.

@chasemyass
The source is the following russian filehoster. Who uploaded it or in which forum it was posted isn't known. I found it yesterday as I was looking for needed arm64 libraries to get the camera working.
http://rghost.ru/7ZP9TX89x
@ermacwins
The linked version is for CM13. My version is tested for CM12.1.
@ngolebaoyen
Yeah, probably it will work. I think the only difference between 16GB and 32GB version is the memory. All other specs should be the same.
I've checked the archive and it contains the camera apk-file and two needed arm64-libraries.
The script itself deletes the default camera app, copies the new apk-file plus the libraries and links the libraries to get loaded. Just download the zip-file and open it with WinRar/7-zip/WinZip or any other compression tool.
ROM based on aosp 6.0.

Can you share your sources on github? Thanks ?
Juts a heads up guys; This is a patch rom meaning that the kernel and stuff is still taken from the stock MIUI Roms, so it isn't trully AOSP. Think of it as MIUI with AOSP skin.
Benefits of this rom
1. You can use REAL GAPPS and use AOSP features like smart lock
Appart from that, it is features are simillar to MIUI minus MIUI apps and theming
But it is still a good rom. Good job!

It worked absolutely fine.. and over all size is just less then half of Original MIUI.
If it is based on MIUI as you explained how normal xposed framework and GravityBox is working in this ROM? just for my understanding but not being rude to you my friend
Using this ROM for a day. Here is some info's:
Stable and good for daily usage...did't find any major bugs.
Battery is good enough: 6:30h SOT
Fingerprint is fast as MIUI, no differences.
WiFi and Data is working great.
Calls volume & sounds are fine, i see no differences from MIUI.
Bluetooth, works in 70% of cases. This is the only bug i found.
It's a great ROM. Thanks you @cofface for your great work!
Rom works fine and is good as daily driver.
@cofface when you post aosp you must post a link to the source code

Not true. AOSP is Apache license, does not need public source code.
Only kernel requires source code.
This is 100% allowed.
Also, its not compiled from source. Cofface doesn't have source. It's decompiled > patched > recompiled, like the opposite of PatchROM. The source does not exist.

Which is what is done when you're making a MIUI based rom when youre basing it off of AOSP (like MIUI for nexus 5)
So this is indeed a patch rom.
Can we expect an update soon, @cofface? Maybe to Nougat 7.1.1? Or 7.0? Also maybe some bug fixes in the next version of this rom?
killer apps
good job on the rom.... sounds grreat.... quick question... is there still a problem where apps in background get killed quickly???? i dont want to switch to this rom if it aint fixed..... thank for any quick responses.....
