so recently after plugging my cable into my car i realised a problem my phone keeps charging and disconnects for some reason even when it is plugged. has anyone else experienced this problem or is there a way to fix it?

Hello! Recently my phone began charging really slowly. It took my a few hours to barely get my battery to half. I checked with a battery calibration app and it says that my phone is plugged in to USB charging when I connected it to an AC port with the bundled charger and cable. Is anyone facing the same problem ( slow charging because AC is not recognised)? And does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Thank you!
I don't really see any posts about charging issues but rarely my phone will not charge regardless of cable, wall outlet or through usb such as computer or car. I'll find my phone plugged in overnight only to wake up to it being dead and charging. I seem to find if I reboot my phone it will actually start charging again otherwise it will act like a cord is never plugged in.
Today it decided to die and not even turn on, however a reset with power and volume off fixed this. But I was wondering if this is a normal issue? Or software related or should I check with warranty? This happens rarely though.
I've motorola quench phone, i noticed something weird. on various occasions when I plugin the charger or usb cable connected to computer the phone doesn't pickup the connection. It just doesn't detect the connection. the battery doesn't charge and the charging led doesn't turn on. But when i restart the phone, the phone gets detected or starts charging. I've tried multiple cables and multiple roms (even stock rom). Has any seen this issue with any android phone? Looks like a software issue to me.

I love my Z3, and I've had no problems with the device, until this morning. I unplugged my charger as usual, and when I connected my phone to my second charger at work, my device didn't charge. I then tried connecting it to my pc, and no luck. Anyone else having trouble with charging their Z3? The weird part about this, is that when I restart my phone, the red LED light comes on for 3 seconds and then disappears while it's connected via charger / computer. Any help would be appreciated

It's been really hot (37°C to 42°C) recently where I live and when I charge my XZ Premium, it randomly stops charging for some reason even without me moving the cable.
I can get it to charge again by replugging the adapter from the wall socket. But after some time it just stops charging again. I've also tried several other cables and adapters but all have the same issue. I've also reset my phone using the phone's reset function with the issue still present.
I don't know if it's because of the hot weather that's causing this or some other issue. So if anyone can help me out with this, it would be great.
