I have a motorola droid ultra as a device for fun for the kids. Well now it doesnt boot past the "M" and loops. Its all original stock never rooted and i cant even boot into the recovery to reset it. Any suggestions on what to do to fix it or do i have a beautiful $500 paperweight?

I recently installed a theme on my R2D2 Droid. However, it must have been the wrong version for my droid (I'm new at this ), and thus caused Voice Commands to crash horribly, spamming the window nonstop. I reverted it back to factory settings via the recovery window, however, this only ended in a bootloop of the R2/Star Wars animation. I restarted the droid, and was taken to the Clockwork Recovery Mode screen. I reloaded my backup from my SD card like I had planned too, but my battery apparently wasn't at full, and it crashed during the loading. Now the droid is stuck at the Motorola logo, and refuses to take charge.
Recovery mode and the Bootloader still work, though after resetting the droid to factory settings, I'm still back at the Motorola loop. I assume this is from the lack of a battery charge.
The Bootloader also gives the message
"BATTERY LOW
CANNOT OPERATE".
I'm not sure what to do at this point. I assume that since I can reach both the recovery screen and bootloader, my phone isn't bricked, but as I can't take charge, I don't know what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.
My Motorola Citrus (Verizon) is stuck in a boot loop. It shows the Verizon splash screen, reboots, shows it again, and it just continues.
I am looking for a recovery file or something that I could use to reinstall android 2.1 eclair on my phone using the sd card boot option in recovery.
This is my first android, and I know I suck at life and I have a crappy phone, yadda, yadda, yah.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
i have a motorola motoluxe xt615. not rooted or hacked in any way. it randomly froze while loading a game and i restarted it by removing the battery. unfortunately it wouldnt boot and is now stuck on the moto logo. all i can do is get it into the red screen with secure boot enabled. it wont let me do anything else. has anyone else had this and fixed it? i dont really want to send it to motorola as itll probably cost loads.

I have a Droid RAZR MAXX HD (XT926) that was acting crazy so rebooted it and it never got past the red droid eye, I did all the typical reset and wipe cache, even tried a factory reset which went very quickly so don't think it actually did anything, now still at the red eye, I want to try and restore this phone, this phone was stock and not rooted. Any ideas on what I should try and do next?
Thanks for your help!
how about flashing stock with rsd lite 6!

I have a og pixel that before I did the 9.0 update it froze and is now stuck in a boot loop. Contacted Google, they we're unable to help me. So I can boot into the bootloader, but as soon as I boot recovery, or just restart it just goes into the boot loop. I can't even turn the phone off or it will go back into the boot loop. So, it is my wife's phone and she has absolutely nothing backed up. I don't care about the phone, I was just wondering if anyone knows how I can get off the pictures and text messages. I've tried all those tools on the threads and have been looking for weeks on a resolution but can't find anything. The phone is bone stock, no root or nothing. I'm hoping one of y'all can help me out!
Hi, did you try to flash a factory image while in bootloader mode?
Cheers

Is the bootloader still locked? Did you ever enable USB debugging? Did she have some kind of security on it (PIN, fingerprint, etc.)?
