My Motorola Citrus (Verizon) is stuck in a boot loop. It shows the Verizon splash screen, reboots, shows it again, and it just continues.
I am looking for a recovery file or something that I could use to reinstall android 2.1 eclair on my phone using the sd card boot option in recovery.
This is my first android, and I know I suck at life and I have a crappy phone, yadda, yadda, yah.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently installed a theme on my R2D2 Droid. However, it must have been the wrong version for my droid (I'm new at this ), and thus caused Voice Commands to crash horribly, spamming the window nonstop. I reverted it back to factory settings via the recovery window, however, this only ended in a bootloop of the R2/Star Wars animation. I restarted the droid, and was taken to the Clockwork Recovery Mode screen. I reloaded my backup from my SD card like I had planned too, but my battery apparently wasn't at full, and it crashed during the loading. Now the droid is stuck at the Motorola logo, and refuses to take charge.
Recovery mode and the Bootloader still work, though after resetting the droid to factory settings, I'm still back at the Motorola loop. I assume this is from the lack of a battery charge.
The Bootloader also gives the message
"BATTERY LOW
CANNOT OPERATE".
I'm not sure what to do at this point. I assume that since I can reach both the recovery screen and bootloader, my phone isn't bricked, but as I can't take charge, I don't know what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.
I tried to load Velocity 0.4 for the 1st time on my ally with AllyRR and everything went swell, far as I could tell. Then i hit "reboot device" and BAM! Instant boot loop! Now I can't get into recovery-it gives me the ! sign with the little android guy every time. Computer wont recognize ally while it is boot looping. Have I bricked my phone??
Thanks guys for the help. I'm pretty new to flashing Androids, but I've done a ton of work on my Dell Axim (Windows Mobile 6.5) with Rom's and registry and such.
*Also: It gives me a little blue LED flash and the Verizon screen before rebooting. Odd.
I have the exact same problem and I have found no way to fix it. I have looked all over the interwebs. Anyone out there know how to solve this issue?
This might help:

My LG Ally gets stuck on the Verizon logo and wont reboot into recovery. Instead of seeing a little green android guy It get stuck on a blue screen. The blue screen is my splash screen before the verizon logo comes up.
After i used "basebandswitcher V4 multilanguage V0.6 (07.06.2011)"
on my XT720 my device is stuck in an endless Boot screen loop. Here's a list of things i have tried thus far to no avail:
Go into recovery mode and:
-Clear Cache
-data/factory reset
Flash Rom with RSD Lite with 3 different versions:
-Cincinnati Bell TR_U2_04.1E.1
-Korean Motoroi XT720 2.2
-UK_STR_U2_01.1E.0
Boot Phone without SD Card
Pull out battery for 24hrs and boot phone(with and without SD Card)
I'm not sure if theres a way to get into the phone's files to try and change them because I'm sure that on boot it tries to boot but when it tries to enable the phone modem it has an internal error. On the device screen the only thing i get is the black background with the white "M" Motorola logo in the center. The screen then shuts off and restarts the "M" logo.
So what I'm wondering is if anyone has any other ideas to give me to try. I'm definitely not a veteran with the Android Platform and I've only had the phone for a fiew weeks but i can figure pretty much anything out (usually)
To everyone willing to help, thanks allot.

Got same problem. It happened after I took a picture. Any idea ?
Someone I know with a Optimus 2X from Wind Mobile has told me that his phone is stuck in a boot loop for some reason. He's never rooted his phone, never tried clockworkmod and rom manager, and he's currently using the stock 2.2 froyo from when he got the phone. He's had the phone since 2011, and has never made any upgrades or modifications to it.
Removing and replacing the battery does nothing, and same for when he connects it to his computer by USB.
Does anyone have a solution? It seems to me that this is a very uncommon case.
Hello guys im new here and im looking for some help, I have a stock ATT LG G2 that went into boot loop, I can get to LG logo, ATT logo, and almost to home screen but then it reboots again. Using the power up/volume buttons, I can get to download mode and recovery mode. Is there a way i can get out of boot loop and save my data? I have couple years of pictures on there that are most important. Can anyone pin point me to the right direction? I been reading flashing (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476) but im not sure if that will delete all my data in my internal memory. Any help is appreciated.
