I have a Droid RAZR MAXX HD (XT926) that was acting crazy so rebooted it and it never got past the red droid eye, I did all the typical reset and wipe cache, even tried a factory reset which went very quickly so don't think it actually did anything, now still at the red eye, I want to try and restore this phone, this phone was stock and not rooted. Any ideas on what I should try and do next?
Thanks for your help!
how about flashing stock with rsd lite 6!

I was experiencing problems with my Droid Mini so I decided to try factory resetting from recovery. However, I ended up deleting everything including the Android OS (4.4 19.6.3 KK), and after that, my phone gets stuck at the Motorola logo and if I try to access the recovery from fastboot, it gives me the little android with a red exclamation mark. What do I do?
I have done this before and used RSD to FXZ back to stock and then go through the process again if you were rooted and WP off. If not then just do the same with RSD and you should be good. There are a few threads here which explain how to do this and the SBF for the mini should be around too. Hope this helps.

After spending forever on these forums, that's actually what I figured out to do and after a slight change in the XML file, it worked, and boy was I relieved. Had I not done so, I would've taken this suggestion, so thank you. xD And this came about because I was rooted with WP off and I ended up completely wiping everything in Safestrap recovery instead of just factory resetting the normal way.
I need serious help, I updated my Moto G with the system update that came up on it last night, and ever since then it will not turn on all the way, before it would go through the animations and then just go to a black screen. Now it doesnt even do that, it either stays on the first load up animation without moving, or goes straight to a black screen. I've tried all the solutions, wiping the cache, factory reset everything and if anything they've made it work even less! Please help me, only had this phone 6 months can't afford another one :crying:
Try factory reset ..
What's your phone using?
Stock? Rooted? What Recovery are you using?

I received an android update notification , so I accepted., In the middle of process the razr suddenly turned off (the battery were charged). when I turn on the phone I get the fastboot mode, I tried to do a hard reset and flash the rom with RSD lite but didn't work. the phone doens't have root and the boot loader is locked. Anyone have an ideia to solve this?
