[Completed] CM13 Comparing TZ Version, assert failed Error 7 while Installing latest Nightly - XDA Assist

Hi, noob to CM13. Currently have cm-13.0-20160604-NIGHTLY-Z00T running on my Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551KL). I have been trying to update to a newer build with no success, any build newer than 6/14 fails, and 6/14 itself is horribly unstable. The error message from the log file is as follows:
Comparing TZ version TZ.BF.3.0.C3-00025 to TZ.BF.3.0.R2-00064script aborted: assert failed:, asus.verify_trustzone("TZ.BF.3.0.C3-00025") == "1"
Comparing TZ version TZ.BF.3.0.C3-00025 to TZ.BF.3.0.R2-00064
assert failed: asus.verify_trustzone("TZ.BF.3.0.C3-00025") == "1"
Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
I:Legacy property environment disabled.
Error installing zip file '/data/media/0/cmupdater/cm-13.0-20160704-NIGHTLY-Z00T.zip
By the way, I am using TWRP to update.
From my google searches, other people have claimed this is an outdated firmware problem, but I couldn't find anything on how to update my firmware.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

[Q] Install Cyanogenmod of SE WT19i on WT19a

Hello,
Well, I live in Brazil, and here, the SE xPeria Live w/ Walkmant has a modelname as WT19a, not WT19i as in other countries.
Now, I'm tryin' to install the 'Coconut' 46 or RC1 version of the Cyanogenmod, but in CWM, when i go to install the .zip, it says: "asser failed: getprop("ro.product.device")== "wt19a" || [............] getprop("ro.product.device")== "wt19i" || [............]
getprop("ro.build.product")== "coconut" || E: Error in /sdcard/update-cm-7.2.0-RC1-coconut-signed.zip // or "E: Error in /sdcard/cm_coconut_full-46.zip"
(Status 7)
Please, answer me!
Did you try to change the ro.product.model with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.nathan.jf.build.prop.editor&hl=de
Btw: You need root.

Thank You so much.. I think now it'll work.
Sent from my WT19i using xda premium
Also you can rename build prop in package zip to wt19a
zip will be actualize and it will also work
Hello,
I also have a WT19a, and I'm unable to install the recent CyanogenMod 7.2.0 RC1.
I've tried changing the build.prop on my phone and on the .zip file, and it still says that error: ""asser failed: getprop("ro.product.device")== "wt19a" || [............] getprop("ro.product.device")== "wt19i" || [............]
getprop("ro.build.product")== "coconut"
What, exactly, should I do?
Thanks in advance.-

Is your Xperia Play stuck on "Sony Ericsson" logo screen?
Try these instructions (steps 1, 2 and 3 only) - credits for vokal1992

(the mentioned ROM is Android ICS, newer than your 2.3.4)

[Q] Please Help Xperia TL LT30at

ok, I have searched the forums and I don't think i am a nooby, though i may come across of being one. I have installed custom roms on many devices ...ie: samsung galaxy s2, htc inspire, htc vivids. and i follow directions pretty well but this has got me stumped.
now i just got a new sony xperia tl lt30at from at&t (rooted and cwm installed) and have been trying for days to install a custom rom.
the first rom i have tried was Xperiment and i get
-- Installing: /sdcard/XperimenT_2.0.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "
LT30p" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "LT30p"
|| getprop("ro.product.device") == "mint
" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "mint"
E:Error in /sdcard/XperimenT_2.0.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.
Checked my prop.build and states LT30at.
every other rom i have tried gives same error.
Device info:
Android Version: 4.1.2
Kernal: 3.4.0-g3c4s0f6-00786-g0cc4bd6
Build#9.1.F.1.120
I have searched the forums and i guess i just don't understand how to fix this problem.
Thank you guys for any help provided. This forum is an asset to the community.

Even With 5.0.2 i am still having old issue of streaming music in the car. The audio still skips. Any suggestion for that ? Expect that Cm12 5.0.2 is running smother than before.

Can you update using CM updater?
I can't, every time I update, it does reboot, but the version of the rom is the same. I have to manually install downloaded zip using recovery.

CWM is not the same. CM Recovery is the new recovery developed by Cyanogen.

It works with CM recovery and also with TWRP. Is CM12 no more compatible with CWM or there is just a problem with my device?
On their wiki page the CWM recovery is still the reccomended one: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_hammerhead

CWM is outdated since Jelly Bean and this wiki page too
TWRP remains the more powerful and updated recovery for Android.
Sounds are very low with the last update. Notifications, messaging and charging sound, very very low. Nightly 10/02

Give more details... Maybe it's caused by the new bootloader.
