Hi all,
Is there a way to add a Toogle to Fast Switch use of Cellular Data from Sim1 to Sim2 on dual sim devices. If someone knows about any mod or App i'll apreciate it.
BR
Maybe there is an xposed module that you can use. :good:

I had thought only one sim slot supported 3 or4 g on dual sim phones?

Good day.
So i purchased a htc one v from the virgin mobile network.
On opening the base compartment i discovered that there was no Sim card area exposed. Instead this version is enclosed with plastic.
I would assume that if i open the device with a screwdriver that there will be a Sim card area. however i'm not sure if it would be enabled.
Secondly, I'm not sure if the virgin mobile software would accept a Sim card.
So i want to know:
1. Will the slot be there and active if i open it?
2. Will it be possible to flash the phone to a different carrier?
Plz give me a detailed response with some sources. I wanna be sure of whether or not it is possible to use this as a gsm device

Hi this question is in regard to the dual SIM model XT1033
Is there some way that we can get both the networks active at the same time such that we are able to download files using both the connections resulting in higher download speed using only the phone networks?
I do remember reading that this was possible for wifi and mobile network
It, however, would be really useful if this option is created in some way.
Please forgive me if this is technically not possible.
I am new here

I'd say it's technically impossible, since we'd need 2 radios working at the sime time. It's like being able to switch between calls received on different SIMS.

Hi
need your help, I have tried everything..
I can not connect to 3G
I tried to flash image factory/set correct APN setting with the operator/switch radios/replacing new SIM.
didn't helped my!
When I connect to 2G everything works for me, calls and online.
When I switch to 3G, I have no service, it writes me Unavailable operator.
It get stuck on the "Search" when I try to search manually.
When I try to go back to 2G, it is still stuck on "searching.." and I have no reception! Only reboot fixes it and I can go back to work with 2G.
It is important to note that when I take out the SIM I can find operator on 3G.
How can I fix the problem or even understand what it comes from?
I have Nexus tool kit, maybe I can sent you Catlog \ bugreprot?!
Thank You in Advance
What about, when you are in LTE ? Will you get 3G ? You should get either 3G or Edge (came to know that your country don't have LTE yet).

I don't have LTE in my country yet, and my operator only have 2G (no EDGE)
If you choose LTE on your phone, it supports all lower versions (i.e 3G / Edge) ! So you must get Edge (2G) !
LTE option doesn't force only LTE !

I know, if I choose LTE I get the same problem, no service..
Which network do you use?

This. The Nexus 5 very well may not support the 3G frequencies your network uses.

I certainly know that this is not the problem, Nexus 5 is supported in my country
Should not be a problem with the 3G frequencies of both models 820 \ 821.
If that's the case, I'd recommend contacting your carrier.

Hello every body
same with me also. I have a dual XT1033 one. it is working nice when it was running in a single SIM. when I inserted anther one then the problem started. every 5 to 10 seconds a pop-up coming 'Restricted access Changed Emergency service is blocked' that time my data stops and after few seconds it's start. also changed with the different SIMs but problem remains.
aNY suggestions highly anticipated
Thanks in advance.
Any update guys...

^^^Problem solved. it was showing me because of two particular SIMs/networks. I think it was conflicting with each other. Now change of SIMs(different network) solved the issue.*

2. Reliance*

Hi all,
Can anyone highlight details of the dual sim functionality? Can it receiving incoming calls from both sims at the same time? Also, can you 'turn off' one of the sims if need be? I'm really attracted to this phone as it allows me to have my work and personal phone in one!!
Thanks a lot!
The first question, I don't know as I am using one data sim only.
To the 2nd question, yes you can switch off any sim.
But why you are interested to get 2 calls at a time?

I can confirm you can receive calls from the two sims at the same time. Just wish we could have 4g on both slots at the same time.

What is the meaning of having both 4g at the same time?

You can only have one sim operating on the 4g network at one time, and can't have them both.
