Yo cannot do this when you are using fingerprint lock.
Disable unlock with fingerprint then you will be able to disable your password because fingerprint unlock needs an alternate password/pin in case if it is not able to recognise you fingerprint

All I have to do to get out of this screen is hit the back button but still have NO idea why this is here. Anyone ever see something like this?
DL mcafee anti virus and scan to see if it's detected. Also try the I'm built scanner too.

Click to collapse
Looks like the iPhone lockscreen and if you are certain you did not set up security, I would lean towards that actually being malware

[Completed] Many problems

So my phone has alot of problems after I did factory reset. After I fully reseted my phone weird things started happening.
1.My screen isnt working properly , even if I change my password or pattern to unlock , whenever I press the lock/unlock button it automaticly unlocks
2.Status bar isnt working properly.I hear sounds from notifications but none of them show up on the status bar. Also when I swipe it down button for quick settings such as wifi , mobile data , brightness etc. cant be pressed (screen is working, I tried using that part of screen)
3.Last but not least , my home button isnt working.I have built in application for testing things on my phone and it works there..

Lock screen controls Play Music

Need help, since new firmware update I've noticed my Google play music lock screen widget has the controls missing. Album art is displayed but controls are not there. When I click where they were it goes from white to black and I can see them for a second. I've done a FDR, setup as new device and still same issues.

Un-install good lock and see if the issue still persists. If it doesnt, then good lock is the problem.
It's an issue with the recent good lock update. It will get fixed. In the mean time, go to the good lock settings, advanced, and check/uncheck the "Enable colored notification card". It will bring back the control buttons (the text is still funky to me).
