Possible fake lockscreen malware? - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have no lock screen activated on my S6 but after about 10 minutes of screen off, I get this random lockscreen.

All I have to do to get out of this screen is hit the back button but still have NO idea why this is here. Anyone ever see something like this?

DL mcafee anti virus and scan to see if it's detected. Also try the I'm built scanner too.

Looks like the iPhone lockscreen and if you are certain you did not set up security, I would lean towards that actually being malware

Blank Chrome screen

Is anyone else periodically getting a blank Chrome screen like this?

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
No buttons, no text box, no UI elements except the Chrome watermark. The only way to get the UI back is to press the back button and then relaunch Chrome.

Aha, I'll try that.

Who spies after me?!

Hi.
I assume that someone spies against me. look at these 3 reasons:
1. my notification list contains a transparenr/black icon. see image (i marked the "hole" yellow frame):
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
how can i know which app activates it? the active apps list seems pretty ok.
2. after i turn on my device (samsung galaxy s2) and wait for about a minute or so, i turn on the screen, want to draw my pattern but it screen tells me that i should wait 30 seconds, means that someone or somewhat has previousely tried to guess the pattern and failed to do so for 5 times. it happens every time i turn on the device.
3. my waze app sometimes loads by itself, even while i'm not touching the device.
what do you guys think?
Thanks!

S-Pen screen issues

I recently noticed that part of my screen for the S-Pen isn't working. Just wanted to see if anyone had trouble with it or for those who felt something was wrong but couldn't put their finger on it. It'll register your finger presses but will not do so with any S-Pen function in that specific area.

Try diagnostic *#0*#
Ran the test and now it works. If it pops up again going to do an exchange. Thanks for showing that diagnostic tool

Ok it came back and I believe I found the real culprit. That's a magnet and it coincide with where I was having trouble with the screen.

Glad you found the culprit. Had the same issue with the magnet on my folio case causing a dead spot. Annoying, but thankful it's not an actual issue with the phone. Time for a new case.

Google tap to speak voice to text frozen.

I could replicate this all day long. On any application that I could use the voice to text, if I accidently don't close it out and I hit my power button to turn the screen off it will freeze and can not be removed until I reboot the phone or give it about 5 minutes and it will eventually disappear. I've gone as far as factory setting this thing twice and it still does it. Any other ideas or does this happen to anyone else?

I tried on another note 5, same thing.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I'm surprised not many complaints.
I tested on a 3rd note 5 today, same thing.

You need to go in the samsung pay app and in setting disable the favorite cards setting from lock screen.
