I've been using the rooted Samsung galaxy device previously, but now I've got newly launched xolo play 6x, which I'm unable to root... Kingo root software categorizes as HTC device... But can't root out... So as many other softwares and tools.... In really baffled and frustrated... Help me out rooting it..

I have same problem if any budy found out hot to root xolo play 6x-1000 please update it.. coz i really wana root my phone !!
Does similar to SAMSUNG all XOLO android phones support network 3g video calling / native video calling (i.e. 3g video call on network to network)?
Does Xolo Q1010i support network 3g video calling?

this is a same hardware handset like clone inew v8 so plz cheack out this video. i am responsible if any damage or hard brick.
follew step carefully its work. it creats cwm recover and root it. u just need ( mtk droid tool 2.5.3) (sp flash tool 1352) and a mind which is in
working condition

also our is mtk6592 its been locked by kernel with fake info that its mtk6591. we can also enjoy taste of android L in future.

Its get detected as MT6592. I created the scatter file successfully. Noted the scatter address of the CACHE.
But while doing the READBACK process, it fails at 73% 721.77M done.
Error says:
BROM ERROR: S_FT_READBACK_FAIL(4009)
Readback from flash fail! Please press CTRL+ALT+T to turn on debug log then reproduce again!
Please help!!!
can we unroot it completely so my warranty does not break

I am not able to use OK Google voice feature . I have to open Google app to activate it even from home screen it's not activating by just saying OK Google
And can not access music menu like play pause on lock screen
And last one is there are no emoji in my keyboard..
Please help me to access these all KitKat features please

guys this the best phone ever yes it has mediatek chipset mtk6592 which is octacore, we have overall 6 cores installed but our kernel supports 8cores, also we have 3gb of ram 2g as displayed on box and 1gb of zram i.e swap ram and that is the reason able to play real racing, asphalt8, mc4,browser xda web page, next launcher, youtube, simultaneously.:victory: apart from ythis it has clear motion technology which is amazing which gives decent video playback and this technology is not even present on iphone and note3.
have got auntut score of 25500, and quadrant score of 10k+ nena mark score 61.1 fps also we have 4k support video:angel:

I got the same error during the read back process. What you have to do is, put the the battery in after plugging in the USB cable but not switch on the phone. Then it will work fine.
This step is missed in the video tutorial but I found it elsewhere on the internet.

Please help me to root my Xolo Q 610s. I already ask this question before a week.But unfortunately the issue is still persisting. My issue regarding rooting are
1) my phone get switched off during the rooting process & again the process restarted this will repeat several times & at last shown a message the unable to root.
2) I tried Blackmart apk romjd Kingo root Framaroot Root genius
Please help me to solve this issue as fast as possible.

Unfortunately I can't find any development on XDA for your specific device. However there are a few threads about rooting devices with the same MediaTek chipset, those are likely to work.
[UTIL][WIN][MT65xx] MTK Droid Root & Tools | MediaTek Android Smartphone <- Try this first.
[TOOL] Rootx 2.2 (Rev 3 )- Root almost all android devices

There are thousends of apps on internet for this . None of those worked for me . If you have a PC , then it's better to root your device using it ( check this :- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3007964 or use flash tool )
Anyway I am listing some apps here , sometimes work for you .
1 . Framaroot

U can root Xolo One by Downloading KingRoot (not KingoRoot) apk (english version) and just simply tapping on ROOT. Sure shot it will work i have tried it myself.
Dear friend the king root shows your phone rooted but the binaries are not updated so it ain't root lollipop devices completely

ok, i dont normally turn to forum boards for help/advice, but i really want to root my new android phone after loving my rooted samsung s5.
my phone is a wileyfox spark x
i have tried kingroot pc and apk
kingo root pc and apk
and irook apk
non of these have been successful
does anyone have anyother tools i could try? or a working method?
for the record i know Cyanogen is collapsing and wiley fox is moving to stock Android N, in which rooting should be easy.
i dont want to update from cyanogen and i wish to root it how it is
dont suggest anything involving updating or flashing stock android, rooting isnt that big of a deal for me
