Hello xda it's my first post here
Recently i tried to install on my xperia z5 android 6 by following these steps from the link below:
http ://xperiafirmware.com /8-firmware/108-sony-xperia-z3-e6553 (delete space after http)
In detail, after downloaded Android 6.0 - firmware 32.1.A.1.185 i tried to install it into phone from flashmode with flashtool as tutorial shows.
In flashtool after:
"processing system.sin
Checking header
Flashing data"
the program stacked there the green bar didn't load at all and after 6 hours passed it popes up an error message and phone's disconnected.
After that the phone is acting like video below(rebooting all the time and says "software update fail make sure your phone is connected to computer and try again" )
https ://www .youtube.com/watch?v=Ou0v0ifxzZk (delete space after https and after www)
Any suggestions what's going on ? Is there any way i can fix it?

Your given link shows that you have installed Z3+ fw.

Hello, after a sleepless night trying to fix the problem, I finally succeeded!
He had to remove the battery, connect the usb cable to the phone, keep pressing the volume- and reinsert the battery while remaining support.
I reinstall the firmware and official ST21i_11.0.A.0.16.ftf I rooter. Everything went well, the phone works again.
For cons, I have another problem, when I want to update with PC Companion or Update Service already st21i_11.0.A.4.22_Generic.ftf impossible, he told me that the software is modified and therefore I can not not update.
I tried with FlashTools and I get this error:
05/025/2013 4:25:23 p.m. - ERROR - Error in processHeader
05/025/2013 4:25:23 p.m. - ERROR - Error flashing. Aborted
How?
Thank you in advance!

Good job on fixing it!
not big deal, if u flashed 152 or 201 fxp (which their boot.img r faulty) reflash the fxp151 boot.img and will work
There is ftf for .22 build also but root for that is not known
Thank if i helped
You should have flashed the FXP151 boot.img instead of reflashing the whole FTF and you should read about bugs on the official thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1997251

Download Sony PC Companion .
Connect your phone in firmware flashing mode.
it will automatically install the required drivers.
And make sure to put the firmware ftf file into the folder named 'firmwares' of flashtool.
Please press the thanks button on the bottom right corner of this post if I helped you.

Don't worry, Your phone is not hard bricked. As you mentioned that on starting , phone is vibrating that means there are chances to recover your phone.
1.First go through this guide :Using Flashtool
2.Download your current stock firmware . Visit this: Miro all official firmwares
3.Install proper drivers as mentioned in the above 1.flashtool guide.
4.Flash the firmware for your phone , according to the above 1. Flastool guide.
5.Wait untill flashing completes. start your device when you are told to do so.
Good luck

Flashtool recognize it in flash mode but some error. I'm stuck now and I need your help. Once phone boot, flash tool recognize it connected with USB Debugging off although it was on before I flash it first time. Lollipop firmware was installed from Xperifirm. I have attached screen print showing error from flashtool if it can help.

Fahadam, I did not find a solution to upgrade the firmware, but managed to get my phone working properly again.
I downloaded the version of the firmware corresponding to my Carrier from Xperi firm (the version I used before flashing my device), and excluded every single file except "SYSTEM".
I'm still on Kitkat now but at least I have my phone back
Hope that helps
Solved. I just flashed lollipop firmware excluding everything except system. Now mobile is working having lollipop 5.0.2

Hello everyone!
I wanted to root my phone, following this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-xa/how-to/f31xx-how-to-root-xperia-xa-noob-t3430170 (by the way you can see the OP's gently trying to help me at page 15)
My phone is a single SIM XA, not ultra (it's the F3111 model), and it's now stuck in a bootloop after I've tried to flash the 33.2.A.3.81 firmware with Flashtool (so... something like the first step of the tutorial?).
here's the Flashtool log (the error is at the bottom, near the end): http://pastebin.com/n724rffm
Any of you guys have any ideas of what can I do?
I'm currently downloading 33.2.A.2.93 firmware to see if I can flash it without any errors.

My xperia C was a says a message "criptografy phone", after rebooting results in boot loop. I try to restore using:
- PC Companion, but show a message "UEUpdatefailed, UE_2005";
- Flashtool, but show a message "INFO - Unable to read from phone after having opened it. INFO - trying to continue anyway" and not starts flashing;
- Flash with wmshua (starts flash, 5%, 10% and failed);
* Obviously, in two times i used different .ftf files (16.0.B.2.16) for c2304, latin america/brazil and installed flashtool/wmshua/adb drivers;
- Wiped data and cache partition in recovery.
In the recovery, i selected the item like "checksun verify{...}" and shows a message like "c2305 16.0.B.2.16", but, in behind phone, shows "model: c2304"
I searched and follow guides/steps in the forum and net, but i tried all.. unsuccessfully
please any suggestion or help? questioned sony about error in pc companion UE_2005, but not response
Most people reported similar problem (not in xperia C) and not found solution).
Sorry for bad english,
