Hello,
I hope I am in the right area to ask for some feedback this issue.
I am unable to log into my Gmail account on my S6
I have 2 steps authenticator ON and an App password setup, and I can not log in either way. If I remove 2 steps authenticator and install it onto another device, I can log on without any issue!
Model SM-G925F
Android Version 6.0.1
What's the deal!

Hi!
I got an Note 3 for a test but there was a Samsung account before it activated... I did not know the password for it, so id did wipe it within the recovery. but now when I start the device it still asks the Samsung account information.
Rooting option is not an option because it`s not my device, but just for the test. also I can not find the my locations software version ( SEB) for it, so I could try to flash it using Odin.
Any other options to get rid of the Samsung account verification option on setupwizard?

Sounds like the Reactivation Lock has been switched on. There is a guide on the forum somewhere, however it's not as simple as ABC.
Sounds like a challenge.. Thats good Thanks

In reality it was so simple...
For other guys that have the problem like me:
After the wipe via recovery turn on your phone.
In the first screen when you must choose the language, go in to the Accessibility options.
Go to Text To Speech Options and in the settings find the option to download other and Install Voice data.
Just choose to install any voice data.
At this point it will ask you to log in to the Samsung account. You can create new one or just log in with your existing one.
When the download has completed go back to the start and keep on setting up the device as always.
At this moment it will ask you to log in with the Samsung account anyway, but at this time log in with the same account with witch you logged in when you downloaded the Voice Data. Vuola! You are in.
Then go to Security Settings and uncheck the Reactivation Lock, to disable this option if you don't want that anymore.
Hello,
I recently obtained a Huawei Honor 3C H30-U10 with International ROM. In this ROM the Google App Store comes pre-installed installed. When opening the Google App store I am asked to enter a new or exsisting Google Account. So far everything works fine. But I have two separate Google Accounts which I want to use. It is not possible to add an additional Google account through Settings > Add Account > Google Account. In this menu the option is missing.
Some references on internet say that it is due to a wrongly installed Google Apps, so I have unlocked the bootloader, added custom recovery and tried to flash gapps-kk-20140606-signed.zip from Goo.im but this does not work because I get a message that Gapps is already installed and that this package is signed differently.
I tried deinstalling the original google apps. Although some form of root and SU is pre-installed, the Phone will not let me de-install original Gapps because they are system files.
Phone specs:
Huawei Honor 3C H30-U10
Android version 4.4.2
Build number EMUI2.3_H30-U10_9.7.1
Any clues?
Regards,
Zollthar

You Cannot add any account or just google account?
So you're saying there is no Google account option when you try to add an account, after setting up a primary google account?
Correctly. There is no option to add another Google account when the primary account is added.
I found a work-around by installing google+ app. In this app there is an option to add another account. When I add an alternate account in Google+, the account is added to the list at Settings>Accounts, but at that location it is still not possible to add an account at that location. Strange, isn't it?
To be fair: the primary account is also not installed by using the 'add account' option, but it is triggered when first setting up the phone.
Although resolved by means of a work around I am still wondering how this situation is possible. So if anyone has a fair view on this, I would like to hear their opinion. For now I am changing the subject to "resolved".

I still use a tablet with android 4.1.2 and access to my google account is maintained. I know the problems of users even with android 4.4.3.
My hypothesis for devices with android 4.0.3 - 4.4.3.
1.
The problem may be caused by not using the old device connected to the internet for a long time. For google account devices are not anonymous. Never, even after factory reset, custom ROM flashing, etc. Google maintains a database of devices and knows about their activity. If the inactivity of an old device exceeds a certain period of time, the devices are marked as dead and are not given the opportunity to reactivate and access the google account (not counting browser access).
2.
The method of logging into the account also matters, as old devices are unable to transfer data using newer encryption protocols.
mmm, when I open google play again it downloads, it downloads by 2 steps, on one tablet it quits directly without ability to download
I flashed new firmware stockrom and updated normally google play and gp services? so what is the peroblem where is the problem?
Google has changed the way you log into your account. If you have an old google account that hasn't been converted to the new one (I don't think google has forgotten about it) and you log in via www then it will definitely be converted to the new one. If you don't log into that old account, you may be able to use it to log your phone into the account. It's all there to be checked, I don't have time to do it though.
