Error ,,The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorised way. - General Questions and Answers

I root my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and when i want
to update it say's ,,The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorised way. Try downloading software updates using Smart Switch on your computer or visit a customer service center,, i have searched for tutorials on Youtube i have searched every page but nothing there's nothing. Please help. By the way thank you.

Once you root your device, you void the warranty and any contracts to get new software updates, however your actual apps will still update. This is why in many tutorials it is mentioned to backup the stock ROM before rooting.

Need help rooting my Samsung Galaxy Young Plus TV GT-S6293T

So far I have tried Kingoroot through USB, at 99% it displayed a warning message saying it would flash recovery through Odin and that it could potentially brick my device, so I cancelled the process.
Is there any *safe* way of rooting this specific device? I could not find any custom ROMs for it (but I would rather like rooting and staying with the stock ROM, anyways)
I have also tried other auto rooting apps that failed to root my device because the exploits included don't support my model.
Thanks

[ROM] Vodafone Smart V8 (VF710) Official Rom (Update.zip)

Vodafone Smart V8 ROM
Alright the original ROM can be found on the official ZTE device Support website which you can find here: ztedevice.com/support
This would be useful if many users have already messed up their phone and still have access to stock recovery.
Since we have the firmware now it can progress onto TWRP being made for the smartphone. If anyone does attempt this please do remember to turn off the system updates, disable any logs or feedback logging which can be found in the phones settings -> about phone. Another thing is to remember to unlock the boot loader. This would be useful for rooting. I am not sure if Kingroot PC would root the phone since it does have a high success rate but the thing is Kingroot PC is very buggy. It can say that the root process failed but it actually rooted your phone successfully.
Please do remember that warranties will be void if someone does port the TWRP but if someone does port it post it here.
Sorry but I am a new member so I am having issues with links and etc so I will update this thread soon
Any news on ROMs and root yet?

Knox error, Device Status Changed, S Health not working, OTA Update wont work.

Dear All,
I recently installed on my desktop an application to recover deleted photos; dr.fone.
I managed to review all of my deleted photos, however, I noticed that some things were change within my phone.
I checked my phone's download mode, it says that the System Status: Custom, and Knox Warranty Void. Even under my Settings > About Device, it says Device Status: Custom.
Knox keeps on warning me about Unauthorized Actions etc, requesting that I restart my device, but restarting it results the same, nothing is fixed.
S Health is also not able to launch, error about Knox policy etc.
OTA update also wont work, it says that Operating system on your device has been modified.
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920F on the latest firmware/baseband G920FXXU5EQD3, Android Security Patch level 1 December 2017.
On this note, I urge to anyone to not use dr.fone. It will mess your phone.
***Sorry i just noticed that i posted this in the wrong section. Could not find a way to move the topic to a different section.. Again, I apologize.
I'm afraid it looks like the software you used has tripped the Knox Counter (irreversible). As a result, your warranty is now void and you won't be able to use some Official Samsung Services such as Spay, SHealth...
The way to get rid of the messages, is to CLEAN FLASH a STOCK ROM via Odin.

Any way to get software updates when you root Samsung?

Hi,
I've stock software installed Samsung Galaxy S9 with root. When I try to check updates, It says "The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorised way".
Is there any possibility to bypass that error and get updates?
Regards.
Samsung doesn' like it when you tamper the pre-installed Android OS, and that for good reasons: as soon as Android is got rooted the door is wide open for every hacker / malicious software and Samsung understandably doesn't want to have to take responsibility for damages that result from it.

Are you saying that there is no way to bypass it? I've read some topics like fake system status etc. but I'm not sure if they are still working.

Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-930F) displaying "security log agent" notification after root

Is this something that happens when you root a Samsung phone or my device has been compromised by shady software?
It is my first time rooting an smartphone and it seems that bank apps won't allow rooted phones. I am thinking about flashing an official rom to fix these issues.
By the way, I used this guide to successfully root my device:

If you are on the stock rom then yes, it will show security log agent notif.
And you wont be able to use banking apps on rooted phones on any rom official or unofficial.
You can try using magisk hide but i've never tried it so not sure if it will work.
